Joe was a great host, very accommodating and easy to reach when we had a question it need. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable. Great location too.

We had a great stay. The location was beautiful and steps from the beach. It was perfect for having 4 kids under 4 with us. Lots of toys and other things we needed were available to use. The bed rooms had enough space for all 8 of us as well. We had a great stay.

We had an amazing time at Joe and Kim's property. Everything was just as described but the VIEW was 10x better than expected. The private beach was perfect for us and even allowed our small pup! Thank you for a beautiful stay and for allowing my family to make everlasting memories, we're truly grateful.

House was clean with plenty of space for my six kids. Walk to private beach which they fill with new sand. Close to town!

This was a great house that our family used to attend a wedding in Falmouth. The property manager checked in to be sure we had everything needed and responded immediately when we had a question. I would definitely recommend!

Gorgeous views of ocean inside and outside of this home. Neighborhood is beautiful. We had great weather for October but did not go swimming. The beach is just steps from the house. Great deck. Comfortable house. Upstairs bedrooms have 3 sides of windows and views with great air circulation. Outdoor shower with good water pressure. Close to good seafood restaurants and golf courses. Very functional kitchen. Nice deck with views. Additional beaches close by as well as a dog park. Family of 6 adults plus dog had a great time. Martha’s Vineyard is across the water. Winery and brew pub close.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at this lovely cottage. It is charming, comfortable, clean, and restful. The ocean breeze through open windows allows you the best sleep ever! The location is perfect. A few steps from a magnificent beach. A short drive into town. A short walk to other beaches. The view is breathtaking!

We loved our stay. The home is a bit dated but very clean, has everything you might need. The location is the best part, steps from the beach. Would come back or recommend to anyone.

Owner was terrific to work with. Best location and beautiful views. Has everything you need for family vacation. Beds extremely comfortable and large bedrooms. Only downside is outdated small kitchen but we made it work. Love it and would go back.

This is my first time renting through VRBO. Everything went very smoothly. The property was even better than described online. The view was amazing and everything detail was perfect, right down to the flowers in the window boxes. Joe was very responsive to my texts and available if we needed him. The second floor did get a bit warm without air conditioning, but it cooled down quickly at night with the windows open. Joe also provided several fans. My only real complaint Is that we did not stay longer. I cannot wait to come back here.

We loved this house! If you have infants, they had a crib, changing table, bouncy chair, toys and lots of beach supplies! Unfortunately, they were repairing the sea wall when we were there and the trucks definitely shook the house. The weather was pretty gray while we were there too so beach time was limited but it's only a few steps to a small private beach! It wasn't incredibly accessible for my father in law who uses a walker but overall the house was perfect for us! It is close to down town and other fun attractions! I would recommend and would stay again, with the hopes to catch more time on the beach! Thanks so much Joe for a beautiful spot to vacation with.

We were looking for a peaceful and relaxing get-away. This property certainly met our expectations. The location and the views were amazing. The property was clean and well maintained - inside and out. You could spend your entire day relaxing on the porch enjoying the views!

Overall good. Joe is very helpful. Access to beach was obstructed due to large construction. The crane was ugly and took away our views. My son was followed by a car and later another man while he walked with his GF in main St. He experienced racism and we became uncomfortable. We will never go to Falmouth again. But that has nothing to do with Joe. We thank Joe for his prompt responses.

What a wonderful location. Steps to the beach. And the view from the deck is just heavenly. Also, owners were so attentive and helpful during our stay. A prefect place for a peaceful vacation.

It was great having the beach a few steps away from the cottage. Beautiful view of the water from the deck and most rooms in the house. Spacious bedrooms and good beach essentials. The only downside was the kitchen. It is very dated and although it has lots of pots, pans, and utensils most are in rough shape. All in all it was a great stay.

A quintessential Cape Cod home on the water that was cozy and outfitted with everything you could want or need for a relaxing vacation! A perfect spot close to beaches and close to town and shopping.

We had the great pleasure of staying at this property for 2 weeks. Our son got married on the second Saturday of our stay, in Falmouth. The house is conveniently located close to town and therefore made it easy for us to do all we had to do leading up to the wedding. The Groom and Groomsmen got ready here and we took some lovely photos with Nantucket sound and beautiful gardens in the background. The week after the wedding was all about relaxing on the deck and on the lovely private beach. The house itself is cozy and is equipped with absolutely everything one needs for a beach vacation-all linens, towels, beach chairs, etc. We will be back, and strongly recommend to all!

Incredible views! The house description was accurate and we really enjoyed the deck and yard. The owner was so helpful giving us recommendations for our first stay in Falmouth! Great memories.

This place was fantastic. It had plenty of space for my group of 11 to sleep comfortably. There was also an ample amount living and dining space for all as well, but the main congregating area for us was on the side deck where there was plenty of room for everyone to sit out and look at Marthas Vineyard and watch the kids play in the back yard. The back yard provided hours of entertainment for the kids and had plenty of space to play a full wiffle ball game. There was plenty of toys and towels for everyone and it was just a short walk to the beach where most of the time we were the only ones there. Best of all was the interactions with the owner. Kim was always available for questions and did a great job ensuring we had everything we needed for a great stay. This place was perfect for us and we can't wait to rent it again.
