La villa Les Oyats est magnifiquement située, directement au bord de la mer. Il vous invite à rester et à en profiter. Il y a beaucoup de belles plages de sable dans les environs de Kerlouan et toute la Bretagne occidentale est facile à explorer. Pour 6 personnes, une toilette et une salle de bain peuvent être trop peu. Pour nous, c'était parfait.

L’endroit idéal pour se ressourcer au gré des marées et profiter du panorama! Une destination en soi! Un lieu préservé et pas touristique! Parfait pour ceux qui recherchent le calme et même la solitude !

Très bon emplacement à Neiz Vran ((Kerlouan ) avec belle vue .Petite plage en bas du terrain. Grand jardin Vélos à disposition .Intérieur très propre. Point négatif : la télévision dans la chambre du rez-de-chaussée .

Excellent ! Tout était parfait : accueil, propreté, aménagement, emplacement .... Vue exceptionnel, Reposant !

direkt am Meer, eigene kleine Bucht, wunderbare Gastgeber .. jederzeit wieder! Sehr empfehlenswert für einen ruhigen, abgeschiedenen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Bretagne.

Beautiful house that sleeps 6 people, however, I would recommend for max 2 adults and 2 children as there is only 1 bath/restroom and one small kitchen/living room, especially if the weather does not invite to stay outside (wind, rain). There are bikes to use which is perfect to explore the beautiful scenery and coast line of the area. Great restaurants in Brigognan-Plage with seafood, fish or simply yummy crepes. We would definitely recommend this absolutely fantastic location

Gîte préparé avec soin, agréable et confortable avec une vue magnifique sur la mer.

Nous avons été ravis de cette location. La vue est sublime, la maison est confortable et très calme. De la maison il y a un sentier pour descendre sur la plage. Les échanges avec l agence et la propriétaire étaient parfaits, très cordiaux et très réactifs. Les petites attentions de la propriétaire étaient vraiment sympathiques: déco de Noël, biscuits et bouteilles... milles merci à vous et nous conseillons fortement un séjour à Kerlouan au sein de cette splendide maison.

La maison très cosy et bien pensée donne directement sur la plage. Il y a tellement de fenêtre que l'on ne fait qu'un avec la nature environnante. Excellent accueil des propriétaires qui ont tout fait pour nous faire plaisir.

Wir haben die Zeit genossen und uns in dem "Kleinen Paradies" sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn man sich an die Größe des Badezimmers und des Schlafzimmers gewöhnt hat , kommt man gut zurecht. Für eine Familie mit Kindern ist es perfekt. Großes Grundstück, ruhig und direkt am Wasser.

Für unsere Kinder hätte die Lage nicht besser sein können. Bei Flut waren sie jeden Tag im Meer (aufgrund der geringen Wassertemperatur mit Neoprenanzügen) und bei Ebbe gingen sie auf Entdeckungsreise im Watt. Der Service der Agentur war erstklassig und das Präsent der Vermieterin mit leckeren Keksen und Cidre super nett.

We loved it here. Great views across the estuary, and a very quiet beach at the bottom of the garden. It isn't a big property, and 6 people might be a squash, but it was great for 4. Everything felt new. Very restful.

Très agréable maison avec un emplacement de rêve. Nous avons profité de la plage, des vélos, du barbecue, du calme... Nous recommandons absolument Les Oyats, avec l'excellent accueil de Louis de l'agence, et de Fabienne la propriétaire.

Einfach traumhaft

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Die Lage direkt am Meeresarm ist ein absoluter Traum! Vom großen, gut mit Mobiliar ausgestattetem Garten hat man den direkten Zugang zum Strand, bei Ebbe kann man herrliche Wattspaziergänge machen oder Muscheln suchen. Bei Flut Baden. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll und nett eingerichtet.

The house has a brand new feeling. Perfect for 5 people. The view is amazing and a few steps away is a beach that almost no one else (in the end of June) visited but us. The effect of the tide is quite large but that was not a problem. The photos of the property does not do it 100 percent justice. It’s much better in reality.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Domizil mit wunderbarem Ausblick. Unserer Meinung nach für nicht mehr als 4 Personen geeignet, da die sanitären Anlagen teilweise sehr beengt sind. Wir waren nur zu Zweit und hatten genügend Platz.

Perfekter Urlaub

We enjoyed a relaxing week at Villa des Oyats. It is a very social space and the ever-present view over the garden to the sea is the highlight of the property. A great place to enjoy some downtime.

Wir, meine Frau und ich, haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Es besticht durch seine direkte Lage am Meer, den schönen Garten und die moderne, funktionale Architektur und Einrichtung. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Organisation hat wunderbar funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen.

Wow! Perched just above acres of beautiful soft sand (when the tide is out), this villa is the perfect place for creating many happy family memories. The location is spectacular and when the tide is out it is only a short walk along the beach to reach the sea. There are also lots of rocks to clamber over. It is a short drive (or cycle ride) to the nearest towns of Kerlouan and Guisseny which have all the essential services such as supermarkets, restaurants, shops and the essential boulangerie! There are also many interesting places to visit within an hour’s drive such as Oceanopolis, the historic village of Meneham, and several lighthouses to name just a few. The villa has been newly renovated and contains everything you need and more! The open plan living area is full of natural light and dominated by the beautiful sea views through the huge glass wall and sliding door. The kitchen area contains a fridge freezer, dishwasher, 3 ring induction hob and oven/microwave as well as cooking pans, utensils and pantry items such as oil and condiments. The living area is very comfortable with the most amazing views straight across the garden to the sea and the opposite coast. The TV is in the main bedroom but who wants to watch TV when there is such a magnificent view! There are several games and tourist maps/leaflets available for guest use and the house has WiFi. The dining area seats 6 comfortably. The bedrooms are all well equipped with clothes storage and bedside tables as well as comfy beds. The shower room is attractively tiled with heated towel rail and fab shower. The villa has been very tastefully furnished and decorated and all the bedding and towels are new and of excellent quality. The villa was also spotlessly clean with beds already made up when we arrived. The garden surrounds the villa giving lots of space for children to play and the electric gate means they cannot easily stray onto the road (although it is a very quiet little lane anyway). A path from the garden leads to the top of the rocks with a couple of pathways down to the beach and no road to cross! The shed contains items for guest use such as 3 brand new bikes, 2 new skim boards and other items. The agents and owners were all very helpful and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed the cider and biscuits that were kindly left for us. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa as the perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing holiday suitable for all ages and hope to return.
