Gatlinburg est l'endroit pour vous et notre condo Fairway To Heaven est l'endroit idéal pour votre séjour. Notre condo est à seulement 5 minutes en voiture du Rocky Top Sports World et à 10,5 kilomètres du centre-ville de Gatlinburg. Il a été récemment rénové et est situé sur le fairway de Bent Creek Golf Course.
La chambre principale est meublée d'un lit king et d'une salle de bain complète hors de la chambre. La 2ème chambre a deux lits doubles avec une salle de bain complète juste à côté du couloir. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec vaisselle, casseroles, poêles et tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour faire le repas parfait. La zone de rassemblement a une salle à manger, un salon avec une grande télévision et un foyer au bois. Le pont a une table avec des chaises pour s'asseoir et profiter de la vue !!
Vous êtes à 20 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Gatlinburg, de l'aquarium de Ripley, des musées, des restaurants et des clairières pour l'artisanat fait à la main. The property was nice and clean. It would be a great place to relax. It wasn't as convenient for our getaway because of the Christmas traffic it took too long to get there, however it would be perfect any other time.

We chose this property for the option of 3 actual beds in bedrooms, vs two beds and a couch in a main living space. This is surprisingly hard to find! The space was great for our family of four (two older teens). If anything the photos didn't do the living spaces justice. We also enjoyed being a bit out of the way of the hustle of Gatlinburg.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! It was beautifully kept and more spacious than we anticipated. Although we enjoy the shopping and entertainment that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer, it was nice to unwind in the quiet among the trees on the balcony. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place for you.

I stayed in this condo with my friend over Memorial Day weekend. It was so nice having our own bathrooms and super comfortable beds. The property is on a golf course, and the neighbors were friendly. This is an upstairs corner unit. We sat on the balcony one night during a storm and had dinner. It was so peaceful. Everything in the condo works and check in was easy. Would definitely stay again!

Would like to have had a better access to TV viewing channels especially when it comes to sports. Such as golf snd baseball. Had to place a call to the owners to provide guidance on how to access channels offered only on UTube for baseball and other live sporting events.

THANK YOU for easy, quick communication in answering questions/concerns! Condo clean, quiet, comfortable, beautiful surroundings, accurate description. Did not buy/bring grocery as we planned just to stay overnight, appreciated the coffee grounds in the morning! I'm sure that isn't a stocked feature but whoever left it - thanks :) Ease of ramps to third story condo exceptional, so much better than stairs. Instructions for check-in/check-out were extremely easy and convenient. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family & friends!

This was our second stay at this charming condo. It is so close to all that the area offers yet far enough away to be so peaceful and relaxing. The condo was clean and spotless and has everything you could possibly need. Internet is great and the beds are amazing. Thank you for letting us stay again. We will be back!

Distance from parking to unit
You cannot park in front of the unit, instead there is a walkway and a ramp to the third floor. Individuals with mobility issues may have difficulty.

It was a great relaxing weekend at Fairway to Heaven. It was supposed to have a trip with our grandson who was going to play in an AAU basketball tournament at the Rockytop Sports Complex, but ended up not playing. So, it was just my wife and I for a relaxing weekend. Thanks.

The cabin is not good for cold weather. We felt guilty running heat so much, but it was always cold. The kitchen should have had more of everything, plates, utensils, pans, etc. It served it's purpose, but it could use some maintenance. As for Gatlinburg, as well as Pigeon Forge, you can keep it. It has gotten so busy, there's not enough eateries for the amount of people, one shouldn't have to wait 3hrs. for dinner. Luckily, 3 Jimmies was available.

We loved this condo! Not in the heart of Gatlinburg busy section which was a blessing. It was so busy in downtown Gatlinburg. Nice to be away from all that! We enjoyed rafting, horse back riding , and hiking. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We loved it. Would definitely stay again.

The property and location were sufficient for our needs. The property in general could use better outdoor lighting and signage. The property is an end condo & quiet as long as the neighbor’s dogs were obedient. The entrance door was sticky and extremely difficult to open and close. Needs to be repaired. The layout was comfortable. However cleanliness was lacking. The bedding was not clean and the bathrooms could have been much cleaner. Which is a shame since the overall condo was good.

Its an easy drive to get to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge & the various trails we hiked, but it was away from the craziness of the downtown areas. The unit is well-stocked. The beds are very comfortable. It is very quiet & serene. I highly recommend this property if you’re in the area. I know I’ll be back!

We stayed at the condo in late July/early August 2021. The directions to the condo were easy to follow. The condo is easily accessible by following a well-lit path to a ramp leading to the top floor. It’s a short walk from the parking area. Inside, the condo was well equipped and nicely furnished. The two bedrooms were nice sized. The master with the king bed and private bath was huge. There is another full bath in the hallway just outside the second bedroom. The beds are comfy. We were a party of 5 and had adequate room in the condo. The covered deck was huge and comfortable. Grab some moonshine or wine and enjoy the evening on the deck. The condo complex is quiet and peaceful. The property manager, Tammi, was kind and helpful. We would definitely rent the Fairway to Heaven on our next trip to Gatlinburg. Thaks, Karin &Tony!!

This was our families favorite stop on our 10 day trip. The home is very spacious, clean, and in a quiet location. The balcony is an especially nice bonus! Perfect location to visit Gatlinburg and the National Park and still get away from the tourist noise when you have had enough.
