Cette spacieuse villa climatisée de deux chambres et de deux salles de bains a été récemment rénovée avec une ambiance de plage moderne.
Une cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle à manger et un salon sont conçus avec un concept frais et ouvert et un espace complètement interactif.
De larges portes-fenêtres de la chambre principale et du salon s'ouvrent sur le spacieux patio arrière. Installez-vous avec votre café du matin surplombant le lagon avec des fontaines à eau.
Notre cuisine haut de gamme peut vous accueillir, vous et votre équipage, que ce soit pour un séjour d'une semaine en choisissant simplement de faire des petits-déjeuners ou même de vous adonner à un séjour d'un mois en préparant des cupcakes et en cuisinant des repas complets. Un concept ouvert permet au chef de participer et de s'engager avec tout le monde pendant la cuisson ou la cuisson.

We enjoyed our stay at this very well maintained condo. We found it very clean and fully equipped. We are a family of six and cook our own meals on vacation and we had everything we needed.
We loved having quick access to the beach, and the quiet neighborhood is very nice.

Very clean and well appointed condo in quiet neighborhood within a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Even though it was spring break for colleges, neighborhood very quiet and beach was not overcrowded. Really enjoyed our first visit to St. Augustine and would definitely come back to this condo! Pool/hot tub area nice and not busy. Sad the tennis court are not open but there was a public court not too far by car. Thanks for a lovely vacation :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Winds. We were only 4 minutes from the beach through our private access. The condo was clean with plenty of room. Great master shower. Would recommend this as a stay at St. Augustine Beach. Plenty of restaurants close by and the Publix is only a 2 min. drive.

Condo was clean and spacious. While it's not right on the beach- It's only about a 4-5 minute walk to the beach down the boardwalk and through the n-hood but they had a wagon that made that very easy. Location was very close to many great restaurants and to downtown historic area. Owner was very communicative throughout stay and there was plenty of basic supplies (even though we brought much of our own items) and they provide quality towels and linens. Overall it was a great condo for a great beach stay.

This is the best place we've ever stayed. The condo was very clean, kitchen has everything, beds were comfortable. Communication with hosts was great. They kept us informed about every step of renting from check-in to check-out, so we knew exactly what to do. And they promptly responded to questions. The location is perfect. We had birds right outside the back every morning, grey herons, wood storks and cormorants. And the beach is beautiful! Highly recommended!!

The pictures online were very accurate as to how it looked and it was very clean and nicely decorated inside. We were disappointed that we were forced to buy extra insurance on top of a deposit before we could rent it. We were also disappointed that tissues, shampoo, and conditioner were not provided.

We loved this property. The kitchen was very well equipped so we cooked regularly and ate out occaisionally as there are many excellent restaurants nearby. We walked on the beach every morning through the boardwalk attatched to the condo complex. Everything was very well maintained. We were 2 couples in our 60's and the area was quiet at night and people were very friendly. The back patio of the property is always shaded so that may be a feauture for some people and not for others. There is no barbeque which we would have appreciated having as we like to cook. Overall we were very comfortable , all the amenities worked well, we were able to do laundry, watch netflix, read by the pool and it was a short drive to historic St Augustine which is interesting and very pretty by the river. There is a publix grocery store and Winn Dixie within walking distance also. We would certainly go back and recommend this to friends

Loved this property! Had all we needed and more. The main shower was truly awesome. Great water pressure which is often absent. Patio space was awesome. A bit chilly to enjoy the pool but lovely area. The beach was a short walk made easier with the 'beach buggy'. Very spacious condo and the owners are wonderful...quick responses and results! This condo is very well equipped with anything you need for a GREAT week at the beach! The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms and kitchen were very nice and well-stocked! Location was very good! We will stay here again!

Perfect place for a vacation
This place was extremely clean and made a perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. The two biggest selling points for me were the overall space that the unit has - it didn't feel like just a hallway with bedrooms like others do - and the master bathroom shower. That thing can really help you relax after a long day out.
If I did have one small complaint, it was that the hot water would run a little low after being in that shower with both heads going, but then again, that's a ton of water coming out at once, and I most likely lost track of how long I was in there (definitely not a bad thing).
It wound up being a perfect place for my family to stay for the week while visiting with some of my extended family that lives in the area.

Beautiful condo
This condo was quiet and relaxing. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in St Augustine Beach. Pool and beach were just a short walk away. It was impeccably clean and had updated furniture. We never heard any neighbors. I was sad to leave.

The condo was perfect. The location is great and just a walk down the parking lot to the beach. The condo was clean and just like the pictures, maybe even seemed bigger than the pictures showed. Only issue was hot water ran out if all 4 adults showered back to back, but this was easily solved by waiting 10 minutes between people. The owners are easy to contact with questions as well. I highly recommend this condo.
