Le chalet se niche derrière les dunes de sable. Il est plein de caractère mais a été rénové à un niveau élevé, avec 4 chambres, il peut accueillir 9 personnes plus un lit de voyage, il dispose de 2 salles de bains et de toilettes séparées supplémentaires. Avec des murs blancs, une cuisine et des salles de bains modernes et bien aménagées, un grand salon décloisonné et nous venons d'ajouter une grande véranda, c'est une maison loin de chez soi à quelques instants des dunes et de la belle plage de sable primée. Il dispose également d'un jardin sécurisé principalement pelouse pour les enfants à jouer aussi. Disponible pour les séjours de 2/3 nuits hors saison également, nous proposons souvent de réserver pour 2 nuits et d'obtenir la 3ème nuit gratuite, notre changement de jour est vendredi mais nous pouvons être flexibles hors saison - veuillez envoyer un courriel pour plus de détails. Nous possédons également le chalet à côté qui peut accueillir 12 personnes, voir la liste n °: 8277176.

This is a wonderful property for a family with children who want to be close to the beach. Groceries, restaurants/pubs and the beach are all super convenient. The house already had lots of toys/games/books for the kids so that was really great. A fenced in garden also provided a great place for the children to play.

Super location. Short 2 minute walk the the beach and a few minutes drive to Rye Golf Club. The house was well equipped and maintained with comfy beds and modern appliances. Lots of communal space to enjoy company and a lovely conservatory which even in mid December was warm. Highly recommended.

Great location for the beach and nearby eateries like The Owl which was lovely. Short drive in to Rye for days out. Clean, modern and bright, well equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Plenty of bathrooms and sweet litte garden. We had a lovely stay!

Superb property. Very well equipped and great sea-side vibe. Great downstairs space and all bedrooms a good size. Worth noting that two bedrooms are downstairs and two upstairs which worked well for our group. Plenty of DVDs and games and children's toys for time inside. Nearby shops and cafes for everyday needs. Great to be able to walk to the beach and avoid car park costs. Room for two cars outside the property.

The house is very well furnished and supplied with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and convenient stay. We had a wonderful stay over the long Bank Holiday weekend and I'd highly recommend to others visiting in a large family or group of friends. Great house, close to the beach and shop. Extremely clean and well equipped. Fantastic space for us all to spread out in with a great choice of games, books and dvds. The whole family were very happy here, we would thoroughly recommend it.

Excellent accommodation close to the beach
This home was just perfect for our needs to spend time with our grandchildren and our daughter, just a few minutes walk from the Sandy dunes and beaches of Camber. The accommodation was exactly as described with a few extras home comforts that’s weren’t expected and the owner was very efficient at dealing with our bookings and a couple of queries before and after check in. We look forward to hopefully returning to this seasoned retreat. So much to do in the area too the grandchildren enjoyed the Romney hythe dymchurch railway, the funfair at dymchurch with very little mid week queues port lympne reserve and Hastings, but especially the beach and sea during the warm days we were lucky to enjoy. Simply Italian in Rye was very welcoming to families with young children.

A little gem
What a beautiful place to stay. The house was spotless and in good condition. It’s only a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach. There was nothing that was missing from the property that we needed.

Family holiday
We had a lovely stay in Camber - the house is perfect, warm and spacious with lots of lovely light. So close to the beach which was great with two young children and we enjoyed exploring the area.

Great holiday
we had a lovely week at the tides. Really helped by the lovely weather. Property is very good and we made good use of the fantastic garden. We had some extra guests outside our window (baby seaguls) but very noisy!! But you do get used to the noise. Really needed relaxing break. Thank you.

Absolutely lovely property. Beautiful open plan living area with a lovely garden and just a stone's throw from the beach. Felt very welcomed and had all the amenities required. Couldn't have hoped for a better experience.

Great place near the beach
Perfect place to stay for a long weekend (or longer!) - we were two families with 5 kids of varying ages and there was plenty of space for all of us. Great enclosed garden, and literally a couple of minutes’ walk from the beach, which makes it easier when you forget your bucket and spade and have to go back for it! The owners were really helpful ahead of our stay and gave us all the information we needed. Beach towels are a nice touch, and a good choice of books and games to keep everyone busy too!

Perfect Property!
This house was perfect for our Easter weekend. We were 2 families with 4 adults and 5 kids and the property was located in an amazing place for the beach and local shops and equipped with everything we needed. I did feel quite smug watching all the other beach goers driving or carrying all their stuff to the beach while we turned out of the house and walked literally less than 100 metres to the dunes.
Would love to stay again and would highly recommend.

Spacious haven by the beach
We stayed at Tides for 1 week in July and were lucky enough to be staying in the middle of a heatwave - this meant we went were able to take full advantage of this property’s close proximity to beach and facilities in Camber.
Clean, modern and spacious home, layout worked out well for our needs.
Toddler loved the toys and puzzles left by the owner.
A few maintenance issues advised to the owner on arrival, but nothing affecting our stay. Black out blinds would be a great addition to the children’s room at the front of the house.

Arrived to a beautiful home six adults one child and a baby felt at home straight away perfect for holiday or just for taking a break we had everything we needed beds were very comfortable and colour schemes were lovely. Louise the owner had left us a Christmas Tree and we were all excited because it was a real one! Decorating with my daughter and grandaughter was perfect such a lovely Christmas morning. We hope to return again perhaps in the summer. Thankyou Louise.

We've just returned from a great weekend at The Tides with friends. Plenty of space for nine of us with all the facilities you need. Ideal location - just a short stroll from the beautiful, sandy beach. Would definitely go again.
