The location could not be better, right on beach overlooking ocean. The kids went boogie boarding each day, I enjoyed walks on the boardwalk and watching dolphins in the ocean. One of my daughters remarked that we “splurged on happiness”. Gorgeous views from the penthouse and the manager, Julie, was very responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to return!

From the first contact with the owners via email to our stay and departure the process was seamless.
The location is magnificent, walk straight onto a pristine beach and a comfortable walk along a boardwalk to shops, restaurants etc.
The penthouse was immaculate in both deign and cleanliness. Had we not had prior commitments, we would have extended our stay. The attention to detail was exemplary. In short the entire experience was faultless.
We would stay there again without hesitation.

We rented the penthouse apartment for a week over Christmas and it was the perfect place to stay for our family. The beds were so comfortable, amazing showers and both kitchens (including rooftop) were very well equipped to cook and BBQ there. The view though is the highlight…. From the balcony but especially the roof. The perfect spot to watch the waves and boats go past. We loved our trip and would definitely recommend!

Beach side holiday 2021
We were looking for a getaway to catch up with our family and we loved this beach front apartment so much, It was extremely clean and had everything we could ask for and more. The location could not have been better. The apartment was very welcoming and comfortable with stunning views. The grand children were very excited when we were able to track whales moving north just off the coast. Three good sized bedrooms, clean and fresh.
The upstairs undercover roof top area was a terrific space to gather for a BBQ with everything you might need provided and the space was all ours. We were able to just relax have a wine or two and enjoying the amazing view.
Our host Julie has been nothing but accommodating and helpful. She had excellent communication with us and was very understanding making the check in and out process easy with clear instructions to follow. The underground car parks and lift was easy to access. Nothing was a problem. We look forward to returning in the not too distant future. Thanks again Julie.

Love, love and love this fabulous unit. I did not want to leave and now dream of owning such a property. The views are brilliant, the location could not of been better and bedding was high end, cosy and extremely comfortable.

Magnificent view
We had a wonderful holiday with the most magnificent view of the beach from the balcony and rooftop. The layout of the unit cleverly takes advantage of the beach view, and the unit was spacious and very clean. Julie was wonderful to deal with and promptly responded to any questions we had, and made the check in and check out process a breeze. Thanks Julie for sharing your unit with us. You can't get better if you want close to the beach. Just about everything you need is here. Local eateries are close and good but you will just want to sit and watch the whales and ships go by from the balcony.

Great location with Kings Beach literally on the front door plus cafes etc. Beautiful aspect from the huge veranda and lovely to have the sliding doors open for the sound of waves and sea breezes to come in. The roof top area is so good anytime of the day. The unit is well appointed - our stay was very comfortable and the property manager was fabulous - made the process very easy for us. Weekend Penthouse Getaway... "felt like millionaire's"
We went for a long week end recently with friends.
This place was way beyond our expectations. From the magnificent kitchen to the lounge with (not kidding) panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean or buttoned up cosy and private by the timber shutters, the choice was ours... all the way up to "that" top deck!
The entertaining options up there we found were almost limitless, with the huge stainless outdoor kitchen, lounge, dining and sun soaking zones... and that breathtaking view.
As an added bonus, when we didn't want to eat in, there are plenty of casual dining and entertainment choices facing the ocean on the ground floor.
We'll be back that's for sure... many thanks for recommending this penthouse to us.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views. Loved hearing the ocean at all times of day and watching ships go past. Easy walk to parks and beach and aging places, as well as ocean pool. Such much for kids to do. Pool is massive and would love to return in peak summer time when a bit warmer. Host Julie was so accomodating. And provided anything we needed. Great place to stay.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment and enjoyed having the upstairs balcony. The kitchen and kitchenette upstairs are catered well and the beds were comfy.

Beautiful Beachside Apartment
We had such a great time staying here, the apartment is beautiful and is perfectly placed for access to restaurants, cafes ect, and the beach is literally a stones throw away. The beach itself was quite cove like so it meant the water was much calmer than places like the Gold Coast. However, the prize topping moment for us was watching two whales playing in the water from the amazing roof terrace. Fab place with everything you will need, including WiFi. Julie was also a real pleasure to deal with and nothing was to much trouble.

Fantastic Accomodation and Location
We had the most incredible break at this Absolute Beachfront Penthouse. This penthouse has everything that you would need for a holiday and more! It is really well equipped and our favourite area was the private rooftop where we spent most of our time. The views from here are incredible both day and night. We took the opportunity to do some amazing walks north to Moffat Beach and South along the boardwalk to Bulcock Beach. Both directions offer stunning views of the ocean. There are plenty of local amenities so you will not need to take out your car out of the garage unless you want to further explore the wonderful Sunshine Coast and hinterland areas. The cafes on the ground floor have great food and great music and a visit to the Sunday morning markets in the main street is only a short stroll away. We will be back :)

We had an amazing weekend at the Beachfront Penthouse. We had three families staying and there was plenty of room for everyone. Julie was amazing to deal with and gave the best customer service. The views from both levels of the apartment are second to none. We will be back for sure.
