Nous nous engageons à garantir à nos clients une expérience merveilleuse depuis leur arrivée à l'aéroport jusqu'à leur départ, y compris des activités incroyables à prix réduit grâce à notre partenaire de services de tour opérateur.
Nous avons installé de nouvelles unités de climatisation, un lave-vaisselle et un réfrigérateur/congélateur avec machine à glaçons dans la cuisine, un lave-linge et un sèche-linge dans la buanderie, une nouvelle télévision dans le salon, une piscine rénovée, un nouveau toit ouvrant patio au salon barbecue du deuxième étage, de nouvelles toilettes, du mobilier d'extérieur et plusieurs autres améliorations autour de la propriété pour vous assurer de passer de merveilleuses vacances au pays du sourire.

Cette magnifique villa est absolument parfaitement située - isolée sans voisins mais à distance de marche d'une plage de sable paradisiaque, des magasins, de nombreux restaurants locaux et internationaux, salons de massage et bars ainsi que du populaire marché nocturne qui est un grand marché en plein air où vous trouverez plus plus de 100 stands proposant de tout, de la viande et des légumes frais aux vêtements et souvenirs à très bon prix.

Nous avons cependant une femme de ménage qui s'occupe de la maison et entretient la piscine. Elle peut vous aider si vous souhaitez de l'aide pour le service de nettoyage/de ménage/de chef, ou si quelque chose tombe en panne pendant votre séjour.

The property was very clean and beautiful! It was a perfect stay! The kids loved the beautiful pool. The owners were very responsive to messages. The area was quiet but close to lots of things! Cannot recommend highly enough!!!

Really great location and wonderful restaurants and bars nearby as well as being peaceful, isolated and safe. The swimming pool is perfect and the house was perfect for us. Not too high end specifications in terms of fixtures and fittings which suited us brilliantly. Really responsive hosts and all questions answered in record time. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to staying again.

We arrived and were not greeted by anyone. We had no hot water and tried to reach the owner. Five days into the stay the owner told us to turn on the water heaters under the sinks. This blew the circuit and we had no electricity. No AC! The owner provided 2 numbers for contact. Handyman left for Sweden and the housekeepers phone was disconnected. The owner suggested we use the outside shower and not use too much electricity. The circuit box was too small for the house. I believe it was 100amp.
The house as a whole had a lot if deferred maintenance
The upstairs toilet would not stop running. So, we shut the water off. Downstairs toilet wouldn’t flush. Waterpurifier in the kitchen was not connected. We had to purchase sheets for a bed. Pillowcases were missing from pillows . There was a stray dog that turned out to be quite friendly.The owner told us the dogs name and to feed it. All in all, this home should not be rented until the owner puts some money into maintenance. At one point we looked at hotels but it was too much work to move everything. The owner took about 2 days minimum to respond to our calls and really did not care about conditions.
The last review was in 2019 and the house had a good review. When looking at VRBO check out the dates of reviews. This house should not be rented. The owner had all kinds of suggestions and excuses but did nothing to address the problems. The house was run down and a disappointment.

Just returned from 2 weeks over Christmas and welcoming in the New Year 2020 in this lovely villa. It has charm. Very spacious and clean. From our first enquiry Jackie was speedy and efficient in her replies.
Views from the pool are overlooking a river which leads out to the sea (about 7 minute walk). The trees are so pretty and the sounds and sight of the birds is wonderful. We felt so safe and the house and pool are very private. We were a grown up family of 6 so only used 3 of the 4 large air-conditioned bedrooms. We used the bar-b-que on a few evenings and other evenings we tried various nearby restaurants of which there is plenty of choice.
The shops and restaurants are only a 5 minute walk away. The locals are so friendly and helpful but certainly not in any way pushy. Our transfers were well organised in terms of timeliness and again friendliness. We were able to stop off en-route from the airport to collect water/beers which helped with carrying.
The market is a 5 minute walk also and is on Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat for provisions and sells food to eat in as well as tourist merchandise on other days.
We took a trip to the Similan Islands early in the morning to avoid the trips that leave later (this meant everywhere was less busy when we arrived which was ideal). We also took a car to Coconut Beach and White Beach. We walked to other beaches. One evening we went to The Vue restaurant - they collected us and dropped us back near to the house - the food was delicious and the views beautiful for the sunset. They are quite slow in serving but we knew in advance so made the most of the scenery, views and ambience.
We would all very much recommend this villa to others. If ever we returned to the area it would be our choice too. It would be useful if the housekeepers were on WhatsApp or email as texts are expensive from the UK.

Such a relaxing stay and yet lots of opportunitites to do lots of things

Nice and spacious villa in great location, great for large groups
This was a very comfortable and large villa, perfect for the ones that are looking for a vacation house with walking distance to the beach and the local market which had everything you need to buy during your stay.
The property is nicely set in a lovely garden and together with the pool at the back of the property, it's a very nice place to enjoy your holidays in Khao Lak.
Many thanks to Jackie for helping us with transportation and giving us a great rate on the tours we took in the surroundings - great fun for all of us.

Lovely villa with fantastic pool area and location
After spending some wonderful weeks in this lovely villa in Khao Lak, I only wished that we could have stayed for some more time. Thank you Jackie for all your help and letting us stay in your amazing home. Those massage huts down by the beach was an excellent advise and our kids never seemed to leave the pool during our entire vacation. See you next time.

Houses/Villas are hard to find in Khoa Lak as most accommodation is based within a resort. The house is situated in a private location just behind the main Market which is held 3/ 4 times a week. It's an easy walk to the bars and restaurants as well as the beach. Lucky, the dog who has decided to live at the house (outside), is delightful and no bother at all.
The best view is from the back of the house. It's great to watch the birds and other wildlife. The front of the house looks on to the back of a large hotel which is not so inviting. There is a Burmese camp just down the road towards the beach which looks a little disconcerting at first. It's for the construction workers. We had no problem at all, the people were friendly. It was just sad to see the conditions they have to live in.
The house itself is a little tired. The kitchen is OK but needs new cupboard doors, worktops etc. When it was first built it looks like they used good quality fixtures and fitting throughout but it is now ready for an update/ refurb . I was a little disappointed as the photos must have been taken a long time ago. The lovely Jacuzzi bath is very interesting as it's impossible to get in. It's so high up and doesn't have any steps.
A word of warning, the electricity bill, at the end of your stay can be a shock. I'm used to air conditioning etc as I have a house of my own in a hot climate and even using it very frugally, just two people, over 18 days our bill was approx £100. The pool filter is the problem as it needs to run 18 hours a day to keep the water in good condition.
The pool is great but it's a challenge to keep the water right to swim and we had a couple of days when it wasn't good. If you are a large group please note there is limited room around the pool and only 3 main sun loungers. I had high hopes for this house as the communication from the owner was first class, although somewhat instructional. We have rented many times, via this site and in many countries and in a couple of instances returned to the same Villa. This is our first time in Thailand. We loved it and will return next year but not to this house which probably summarises this review.

Perfect villa for a family vacation in Khao Lak
We had a fantastic vacation in this lovely villa, spacious, clean and with such a great pool in the garden behind the house. Situated next to a river, there are absolutely no neighbors on any side and you don't need to rent a car as everything from beach to restaurants is only a short walk away. We loved the easy transfer by van and the driver ms Lora also helped arranging some amazing excursions for us that was so much fun.
Thank you all for making this a trip we will never forget and we hope to return some time.

Vi återkommer nästa år igen
Vi kunde inte ha haft en bättre semester i denna underbara, rymliga o mysiga villa som vi nu har spenderat vår semester de senaste två åren. Den fina poolen i trädgården bakom huset, det lugna läget samt närheten till strand, shopping och restauranger gör detta hus till en utomordentligt bra semester boende, särskilt om man är en stor familj med många barn.
Vi tackar Jackie o alla hjälpredor för ytterliggare en toppen semester och ser redan fram emot nästa år!

Lots of promises from the listing of this outstanding “five star” villa, our first disappointment was the “luxury transfer” turned out to be a rather old people carrier .
The whole experience has the mark of an absent owner using a poor management company without being prepared to spend the investment needed to maintain standards that might once have been.
The villa is situated a few minutes walk from the town down a sad, lonely lane boarded on one side by a back wall of a local hotel, on the other, mainly waste land part of which the hotel staff park their cars.
Opposite the villa is a ramshackle group of huts used to house poor overseas workers. Luxurious surroundings it certainly isn’t.
The unmaintained gardens description has also somewhat been enhanced to a disappointing degree, the four comfortably cushioned chairs were without cushions and extremely uncomfortable, just three sun loungers for six people, missing slabs on the patio that was so rough one had to wear flip flops to walk on it.
Absolutely no sign of the “secluded seating areas” in the garden, they don’t exist. An enormous ants nest and a child catching big hole coupled with uncut grass, up to 18inches high in places prevailed.
The pool, badly maintained and with green scum on tiles was worrying. Not easy to swim in as it has unusually two steps across the width, dissecting the pool into three levels making swimming difficult. One of the reasons of our booking, was that I swim every day so a good pool is important, this proved impractical, nay, impossible.
The checking of the chemical levels, for the temperatures in Thailand was absurd. Check google. They will tell you it must be checked daily, ours was poorly checked once in two weeks, and then only after a prompt via a phone call.
The villa .....forget the Home and Away listing photos with lovely upholstered chairs on the upstairs verandas, they don’t exist, just discoloured white cheap plastic chairs chucked in a corner.
We were asked to pay for our own electricity used, which we did not object to, this turned out to be TWICE the rate charged in Thailand.
Since May 2017 it is illegal to make a supplemental charge to tenants for electricity supplied .
Before leaving the villa I received an e mail from the owner saying “you don’t have to pay for the electricity if you don’t like , but in return leave a nice little five star review “

The unmaintained gardens description has also somewhat been enhanced to a disappointing degree, the four comfortably cushioned chairs were without cushions and extremely uncomfortable, just three sun loungers for six people, missing slabs on the patio that was so rough one had to wear flip flops to walk on it.
Absolutely no sign of the “secluded seating areas” in the garden, they don’t exist. An enormous ants nest and a child catching big hole coupled with uncut grass, up to 18inches high in places prevailed.
The pool, badly maintained and with green scum on tiles was worrying. Not easy to swim in as it has unusually two steps across the width, dissecting the pool into three levels making swimming difficult. One of the reasons of our booking, was that I swim every day so a good pool is important, this proved impractical, nay, impossible.
The checking of the chemical levels, for the temperatures in Thailand was absurd. Check google. They will tell you it must be checked daily, ours was poorly checked once in two weeks, and then only after a prompt via a phone call.
The villa .....forget the Home and Away listing photos with lovely upholstered chairs on the upstairs verandas, they don’t exist, just discoloured white cheap plastic chairs chucked in a corner.
We were asked to pay for our own electricity used, which we did not object to, this turned out to be TWICE the rate charged in Thailand.
Since May 2017 it is illegal to make a supplemental charge to tenants for electricity supplied .
Before leaving the villa I received an e mail from the owner saying “you don’t have to pay for the electricity if you don’t like , but in return leave a nice little five star review “

Impressive pool house, walk to the beach!
There are several advantages with staying in this lovely property in Khao Lak; spacious rooms all have their own bathroom, very nice pool area totally secluded behind the building, no need to hire a car as everything is within 10 minutes walk, excellent airport pickup service free of charge, very service minded house keepers and owner Jackie truly made this vacation stay an absolute favorite. We hope to come back some time in the future. Give a warm hug to ms Lora for waiting for our delayed flight!

Exceeded our expectations, great for families!
We were a large group arriving at different times/days to celebrate my mothers 70th birthday at this wonderful property. Ms Lora picked us all up at the airport and she was busy organizing everything perfectly at the airport - thank you for your service minded attitude. The villa is large and comes with a fantastic lounge and pool / barbecue area which we absolutely adored and used everyday. There is a nice market on a 5 minutes walk where you can buy food, clothes and everything else inbetween - even get a nice foot massage. We all had a vacation worth remembering and can warmly recommend this amazing house. Thank you all for taking such great care of us during our short stay.

Truly amazing property, perfectly located secluded
I can only congratulate the owner Jackie for making our vacation such a wonderful experience staying in her lovely house in Khao Lak. The driver was waiting for us at the airport which was a super nice thing to offer complimentary after such a long flight. The property is really located close to everything so we didn't really need to rent a car, walking to the beach in 10 minutes as well as the night market and shopping in the other direction. We spent a lot of time by the pool, which by the way is totally private with no neighbors on any side and a river floating by the garden.
We will definitely come back next year - until then!!

Great House to Unwind
Four Bedrooms with private facilities makes for an excellent start. House was extremely quite, neat, tidy and well presented.
About a Five minute walk to some great Thai restaurants and bars, Ten minutes to the beach and ten minutes to the market and some shots.
There was four of us and the house provided plenty of room. The pool was clean and inviting. Views over the mountain and river was relaxing.
If you haven't been to Khao Lak ( our fourth time by first in this home ) do yourself a favour and go. Not a Phuket ( much, much quieter ) but very enjoyable.
We certainly would take the opportunity of renting this Villa in lieu of a hotel.
Jacki was prompt with her replies and provided us with all the information required. We were picked up at the Airport and meet at the house to allow entry and explanations.

Vietimme lomamme viimeisen viikon perheen kanssa,tässä upeassa talossa.Talosta löytyy kaikki mukavuudet mitä toivoa voi,avarat ja isot huoneet,erittäin isot makuuhuoneet ja mukavat sängyt.Keittiössä kaikki tarvittavat kodinkoneet myös jääpalakone löytyi.Uima-allas oli aivan mahtava ja hyvänkokoinen,siellä tuli polskittua tunti jos toinenkin päivittäin.
Wifi toimi loistavasti,pystyi tekemään töitäkin tarvittessa koneella.
Autoa tai mopoa ei tarvitse,lyhyt matka ravintoloihin,kaupoille ja rannalle,tosin sinne ei enää tarvinnut mennä kuin kerran loppulomamme aikana,talon allas vei voiton.
Iltamarkkinat olivat 300-400m päässä ja siellä tuli käytyä aina kun oli auki.
Olle,talonmies,oli opastava ja kertoi kaiken selkeästi.
Ilmainen kuljetus sisältyi hintaan tullessa mikä oli mukava extra sen lisäksi että jääkaapista löytyi tervetulopaketti.
Tulemme varmasti uudelleen tähän taloon jos kohteena on Khao Lak.

Absolutely wonderful villa in perfect location!!
We all would like to thank you for letting us stay in your amazing villa and for making this vacation an absolute favourite - we will definately come back soon!
The entire house is very nice decorated and super comfortable with everything you need for your stay, including a barbecue grill which we used almost every evening around the pool deck. The garden is truly impressive with several palm trees, orchids and several bougainvilleas spreaded all around the house.
There are no neighbours on any side and the river floats by the back of the property, where we saw so many different birds trying to cath some fish. We did not need to rent any cars as everything you need is only a few minutes walking, which makes everything so much easier.
I can warmly recommend this amazing villa to anyone looking for the perfect vacation rental in the best location of Thailand.

Exceptional vacation property in amazing Thailand
We were a large family of 10 people who spend two amazing weeks in this wonderful vacation home in Khao Lak. The entire property is very large, clean and comfortable with high speed internet, an amazing pool with barbecue are and a on-site adorable little dog who quickly became a favourite among our children.
The owners and the entire team are doing a fantastic job in making sure your vacation is everything you expected, all the way from picking you up at the airport in a nice van and bringing you effortless to the house, where the house keepers are waiting, until the swift check-out and return to the airport.
Thank you all for some truly amazing days in this little paradise on earth, we will definately return next year for another beach vacation in the land of smiles.

Incroyable villa dans un endroit parfait!
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette maison fantastique et pouvons le recommander chaleureusement à tous ceux qui recherchent une maison de vacances en Thaïlande.
La propriété est très bien entretenue, parfait état et complète avec une piscine très cool dans le jardin derrière la maison.
Le transfert de l'aéroport de Phuket a été inclus que nous avons vraiment apprécié et rendu le voyage beaucoup plus facile après un long vol. L'emplacement est vraiment excellent avec une distance de marche de la plage et tous les restaurants de la région.
Nous reviendrons certainement l'année prochaine!

Perfect!
I love this villa! It is beautiful, clean and in a perfect spot. The pool is awesome. The best though, is Dottie, the resident dog. Oh my gosh she is a good girl. I will miss her terribly but she has a good life here, and hopefully I will see her again. I highly recommend this place.

Exquisite house in tropical village khao lak
We were a large group travelling to Asia for the first time, for a family reunion / wedding anniversary, so I did extensive research for the best vacation property.
This house definitely was our best choice of all wonderful properties for rent in Thailand, as we were looking for a relaxing beach vacation and without the need to rent several cars etc.
The airport transfer for all 15 persons of us was included in the price and the service worked out perfect, with the driver waiting for us at the terminal exit, even as our plane was 2 hour delayed.
The house is truly amazing for a large group with spacious bedrooms and lounge areas everywhere, not to mention the absolutely central location with walking distance to everything you need for your time in Khao Lak.
The house keepers were very nice and super helpful in all aspects during our stay - a warm hug for their friendly service minded attitude!
We had a lifetime experience during our stay and will definitely make plans to return in the near future.

We had never been to Asia before, and was worried about how difficult it would be to rent a private home in this part of the world.
I can warmly recommend this house, and we had no problems taking the taxi shuttle service from the airport to the house.
The spacious areas inside the house as well as in the garden are great for a large family or group of friends, especially as every bedroom is very large and has it's own separate bathroom which we found very convenient.
The property was very well maintained, clean rooms and bathrooms and very nicely gardened, not to mention the lovely pool area where we spent many evenings.
What we found extremely different from other vacations, were the vast variety of animals - something we are not used to in Europe. Especially the geckos that are sitting on the wall light eating insects that are drawn to the lights.
The location is very nice, and we found no need to rent any vehicle for transportation. You can easily walk to any points of interest including the beach, shopping areas, restaurants or the local bus stop up by the highway.
The absolutely best day trip we made, was the diving excursion to the Similian Islands which was by far the best diving we have ever been on - fantastic coral reefs and a huge variety of sea life, not to mention the warm and clear water makes this destination world class.
Also do not miss out on the visit to one of the beach hut massage places, they are offering great full body massage for very cheap prices.

The house is located on a side road off Bang Niang beach road at Khao Lak. There are plots of land for sale along the road, but this is the only house which has been realised, so it stands alone in the forest. It is exceptionally quiet and secluded, but only a 10 minute walk (with children!) to the road linking the Highway to the beach, and a 15 minute walk back up to the main highway 4 between Ranong and Phuket, or down to the beach. A tidal river flows at the back of garden, which makes the location a paradise for bird watching. We saw Brahimny kites, Taylorbirds, Sunbirds, Greater Coucals, Kingfishers, Herons and numerous other birds which we have yet to identify. There is also a myriad of butterflies, and some small squirrel-like mammals. In the evenings the fireflies put on a display. The house itself sports a welcome collection of geckos.
The house is a tastefully furnished 4 bedroom villa. The ground floor is an open plan living/ dining / kitchen area arranged around the stairwell. There is also a separate laundry and garage. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs in this building above the living area, whilst the other two bedrooms are in an annex, one bedroom upstairs and one downstairs. These two rooms are reached by either walking past the pool, or via an external walkway. This provides privacy for those using these rooms, but is not convenient for young children. All bedrooms are spacious doubles with en suite bathrooms. The garden is well-kept, walled and private. The pool is 1.5m at its deepest and is an ideal play-pool for children. There are several shaded sitting areas outside, both upstairs and down.
The house was very clean and well-maintained, although the wood in the house does show the usual signs of tropical damp. We were welcomed with a fruit basket, fresh flowers and some drinks in the fridge. There is air conditioning, a dishwasher, washer and dryer. The electricity is metered and must be paid for on leaving the property. You have to take your own rubbish back to the village to deposit this in the green bins in the street.
The road between Highway 4 and Bang Niang beach has many shops and amenities, all low-key and friendly. Here you can find bars, restaurants, resorts, massage parlours, tailors, ATMs, mini-markets and tour agents, whilst at the junction of Highway 4 and Bang Niang beach road is a small 7/11 store, more restaurants and the local Saturday market is held here.

This villa is located in a very good area and is especially designed for large groups or families as there are no traffic on the road, yet walking distance to all areas of interest. A big hug goes to the service minded house keepers. We had a great time and will definitely come back.

We celebrated our 50 years anniversary in this lovely house, with all our children and grand children. Thanks to the size of the bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, we had no problems to live comfortable for the two weeks we spent in Khao Lak. We rented a car, but actually didn’t really need it, so I can recommend to only rent some scooters if you need to make some day trips. Very clean and comfortable house that provides great value in a prime location.

This was our first vacation in Asia and I must say that we all had the vacation of our life in Khao Lak.
It was very convenient using the airport shuttle service and the house keepers were waiting for us when we arrived.
This house is very spacious and suits large groups or extended families, with no need to hire a car as you can easily reach the beach and all shops and restaurants in 10 minutes walking.
Don’t forget to explore the small beach hut restaurants owned by local people – tasty food and service right on the beach.

After 3 weeks of vacation in this house in Khao Lak, we can only give our best recommendations for the property and the house keepers. The location is great with no neighbors, away from the noise of nearby bars and restaurants yet walking distance to beach, shopping, night market and restaurants. The house is very big and clean with complete kitchen even with a ice-machine and complete water cleaning system which we really appreciated as there where some infants in our group. The night market was only 5 minutes walk to buy all local food and all kinds of vegetables & fruits and even lots of souvenirs and clothes.

We can warmly recommend this house. Very big rooms and each bedroom had their own walk-in wardrobe and bathroom which was much appreciated. Clean and well maintained by the nice house keepers and we liked the barbecue that we used almost every night. Only problem was the interruption of water one day, due to some broken pipe in the main road we heard. We will especially remember the elephant safari and the massage huts by the beach.

We enjoyed the very spacious and clean house for our large group of friends. There was not really a need for renting anything else than bicycles as everything is so close from the location. You have to take the time to visit the Similian Islands, which was the best diving trip we have ever experienced. Warm hugs to the nice house keepers for waiting for us when we arrived late. This was just the type of vacation we wanted. Nice, clean and spacious house with close proximity to beach, restaurants and entertainment.
