My family and I plan a vacation every other year together so we can catch up on what is going in in each of our lives and encourage one another to keep pushing through the difficulties in life. Our goal is to be together for the entire trip since we all live in different parts of America (one family in Houston, another in Dallas/Ft. Worth, one more in Fresno, and my wife and I in Georgia). This home provided all of us with the togetherness we needed and desired. Every person had their own room to which they could retire for personal space enjoyment, including the grands who just relished in the idea they had their own private room.
From pulling up to the door for the first time to locking up upon our departure we thoroughly enjoyed this home. There is a very good sized kitchen with an island, the cabinets we stocked with everything you could want in cookware, the home had appliances that were modern, the bedrooms were furnished with ample storage to hang clothes or put them in drawers. The most exciting part was the pool that was closed in with a screen and the jacuzzi. I was particularly pleased with the fencing that the owner provided to keep kids out of the pool unless they were supervised. The patio had quality lounge chairs for relaxing by the pool. The owner thought of everything. The only drawback was there was no outdoor grill for the Pit Master, so we purchased one. The location was close enough to the attractions. By far the best VRBO we have ever booked.

Very spacious and clean house with everything you’d need while on vacation, we enjoyed our stay here immensely. There was nothing more we could ask for, in a safe gated community, on a perfect location for us .

We had a wonderful time. The house had 6 bedrooms and the 11 of us had more than enough room. The manager was great with answering our questions. The only little hiccups were the TVs (hard to operate) and a bunch of things really needed updating or replacing...just like your own home. On the whole, it was terrific. And naturally, the pool and the hot tub were the highlight of the home !!!

The ants own the house. The closet was broken and the door fell on one of the kids in the house. NO tissue when we got there. Great neighborhood we were there a week and even though everything was done they still kept the deposit it's ok though on to the next situation.

This was our first Friendgiving and went well. Enjoyed the heated pools. Lots of space. Kitchen was well furnished although the ice maker was broke. The elements in the stove were weak and took longer to cook but it all worked out well. Great rapport with manger and host.

The house was amazing!
A little hick up at the start with the pool heating, bit was resolved as soon as we contacted property management.
The home was clean, but would have been great if property management would have done a walk through before our arrival. Things like flushing the toilets to remove the build up from not being used. The bathroom tubs had dead flies. Once we ran the water and flush the toilets everything was great!
It's a beautiful home and definitely accomodating for a multi family vacation.

Our whole experience was great and the house is beautiful. I have no complaints. The fact that every room has it's own bathroom is a plus. This property will definitely be on my list if we were to ever visit Florida again.

We needed a place to accommodate a large family and this place did not disappoint. There are 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, which were just right for everyone to have a bed. The location is in a gated community so we felt safe and it was quiet. We had a couple of hiccups in the beginning but the owner was easy to get a hold of. Close to what you need. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent other than the roaches.
We would love to come again. The place was spacious and loved the decor. We had plenty of everything we needed in the kitchen. I would suggest combat gel to put in the creases if the kitchen cabinet doors, the front door and patio doors and I guarantee you they will be gone. It kills the egg and the nest. We did read the rules manual and you told us about the bugs so it wasn't a surprise. We will recomm

This was a great property for visiting theme parks in Orlando. The house had plenty of room and a nice pool. We would stay here again!

Great home away from home
A great home for our vacation. The game room and pool were a hit for the kids. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. In a very nice neighborhood. The only thing that needs improvement is the beds - they were quite stiff and uncomfortable.

Nice place
Great space for the six of us! Went for a week long adults only trip and decided to rent a house rather than a hotel so there would be a private pool and shared common areas. I don't regret that choice. Yes, the home does have a little wear as mentioned in previous reviews, but it was clean and comfortable, and the slightly worn carpet did not affect the usability of the house at all. We would, however, recommend the owner consider adding a safety handle or railing to help with getting in and out of the pool and hot tub as the first step in is a long one, making it much more difficult to get out. Our only true complaint was that we did see some bugs that we could have done without (even after the exterminator came), so we had to take some extra precautions with food and such. (As a former Florida resident, I am used to Palmetto bugs, but that is NOT what these were.) Beyond that, communication with the owner was great, the property manager was very polite and helpful, and I would recommend this property. Would give five stars across the board and would stay here again in the future if not for the bugs.

Screen was busted out on Lanai, resulting in many flies which was not a pleasant experience. Had to call and demand it be fixed. In 2 bedrooms found hair in the sheets, not sure they were clean. Decor and TV’s need updating.

Nice pool!
The property was very spacious, there were 9 of us and we had plenty of room. The pool was very nice, we paid for the heat so the hot tub portion of the pool was wonderful after a day of Disney parks. There were a few maintenance issues, the ice and water feature on the refrigerator did not work, a section of the screen around the pool was ripped and flapping in the wind and there was a hole (from wear) in the carpet on the stairway. Overall I would definitely stay again! The beds were very comfortable, the location was fantastic for a Disney vacation and the neighborhood was moderately quiet (the neighbors had very noisy children). The owner, Paul, responded immediately to my messages and thanked me for letting him know about the maintenance issues. We had a fantastic time!

Enjoyable!!!
The house was very nice, clean and spacious. We had busy days out and about. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and enjoyed the hot tub. We had one night that the heater did not work in the hot tub and a couple other maintenance issues but nothing major. It definitely was a great trip.

Perfect Home for Large Group
Our group of family and friends loved this home, especially the layout. It’s a home, not a hotel room, so it’s been lived in, but nothing that would make me not want to come back for another stay. The owners are fantastic communicators. I thought maybe the backyard/pool area would feel a little crowded with the neighbors, but we barely noticed them and when we did we had some nice conversation. You can’t go wrong with this home.

Wonderful Stay
The property is exactly as it is listed we did not encounter any major issues that hindered our stay. The communication with the owner Paul and Liz was awesome and inviting. I advised Paul that it was the upmost importance that the pool/spa heater worked for my daughter who was celebrating her 5th birthday (the main purpose of the trip) because of a prior incident with another property and owner that I just experienced months earlier. Paul contacted his trusted team of property manager and pool technician to ensure everything worked wonderfully and correctly. My daughter enjoyed the pool so much that she didn't even want to visit the theme parks. The beds are extremely comfortable, the home was spacious and well decorated. I could go on and on forever on, I am glad that I chose this location and can't wait to stay here again.

We loved our stay here! Well-equipped, spacious, family-friendly home. Many hours spent in the Pool/ hot tub. (Hot tub temp fluctuated but if you ran the jets it would get nice and warm) Nice area. Wonderful stay!

Great place for the family
We really enjoyed our stay and all of the accommodations. The extra money for heating the pool was worth it to enjoy swimming in January. We also enjoyed the ping pong, fuse ball, and billiards in the game room also.

Extended family Disney vacation
Overall a good experience. Clubhouse hours need to be updated. They are currently much more limited then 8-8 on the information sheet provided by the owners. The gym was a reason why I booked here but I was unable to use it because of this. Went at 4pm and they were closing. Windows need washing and the beds creaked very loudly just getting in and out. Very annoying if you are sharing a bed. The windows were in desperate need of cleaning. I know this is Florida. The enclosed pool had a rip in the screen that I called the property manager about. I don’t even know yet if I am being charged for that. We arrived after dark and were out during the day and didn’t see it until days later. Also had issues with the neighbors music blaring till after 11pm, but this is not the fault of the owner. Had to call the police as resort security didn’t pick up. The house was big enough for our family of 10. The pool was heated when we arrived so we didn’t have any issues with that.

Worked well for our group
Our first impression of this property was not great, but it got much better. We had twelve in our group, mostly family. When we pulled up in a large van and an SUV, we couldn't pull in the driveway because the maids were still there, even though it was 5:15 pm and we were allowed access by 4 pm. They were loading up their car, so we waited in the street for several minutes. The house looked great inside (nicely decorated open layout), but upon stepping outside to make sure the hot tub was hot (having had a bad experience at a previous rental), we discovered it was barely warm. We called the property manager Yogi who was very friendly and directed us to the timer on the outside wall that turns on the heat and jets of the hot tub. After that, it was smooth sailing.
We were at the Disney parks for four days (it took us about a half hour to get there), and enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub when we returned. The beds were comfortable, and our large group appreciated all the bathrooms and space to cook our meals and play games. The gate keeper (the house is in a gated community) and neighbors all seemed friendly. Our son used the community center to work out when we were there during normal hours (couldn't figure out early access). We did wish there was more explanation about what exactly to push when setting and disabling the alarm, but I think we figured it out ok. We also wished we knew we needed to bring dishwasher soap, bath soap (some of the bathrooms had a small bar), and hand soap. We did have laundry soap provided.
We enjoyed our stay and would rent this house again.

Huge house, great pool area
Our family group ranged in age from 7-75 and we all enjoyed being together in this house. There is plenty of space for people to spread out.
The pool area is large with plenty of seating options and a great view of the sunset. We paid for the pool and hot tub heat which worked great, kids were in every day.
Other good points: well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, great communication from host and property manager, easy entry.
One thing to note if you come to this house you'll need to bring consumables with you. They provided toilet paper with extra rolls, one bar soap in each bathroom and dish soap. But we needed to get shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dishwasher pods and laundry pods.
Also, likely due to covid, there are no left-over spices or other food ingredients like sugar or salt. The grocery store is a very short drive away so there is no issue getting anything you need.

Basic
The house was clean. I have stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and AIr B&B’s and this one has SO many rules and nothing extra. The hosts were very pleasant. We had some issues with master bedroom TV cable not working and they attempted to get it fixed, found a live cock roach upstairs. Yikes. Over all big and clean.

Exactly what we wanted!
I was set with the task of finding a house to accommodate 11 people, a few of us with very specific needs. First and foremost, we didn't want to be in one of the party neighborhoods bc the houses can be so close together that it sounds like people are partying in the room next door. This house was exactly what we wanted and needed for peace and quiet before and after the insanity of the parks.
We had 2 very minor issues, but the owners and property manager took care of everything so quickly!
The house was very clean, pool and spa were clean, and it suited all of our needs. The only thing most of our group of 11 agreed on was the beds weren't super comfortable. We still got sleep, but the beds could probably use an update or at least mattress toppers.
All in all, we all agreed that this would be where we would rent in the future when coming to the area if this house is available.
Thank you for everything Paul & Liz (and Yogi!) We had an amazing 12 days in the area. Many good times were had just hanging out in the pool, playing games, etc at the house.
