Great villa, excellent location.

Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa located within 5 minutes walking of the main square. Owner quickly responded to any needs. Would definitely recommend this property.

Had an amazing time at this property again - Its location is perfect right next to the town and close to lots of golf courses. The property itself is also great - we loved the pool and went in everyday! Can’t wait to hopefully return soon! :)

After getting of to a poor start, as the property had not been prepared for our stay, we had a great time and the host did her best to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We did have to call the lettings management as we had a problem with the upstairs toilet. The very capable maintenance man came and fixed the problem. The beaches near to the property are excellent and we had a memorable meal at a reasonable price on the beach. I would recommend the property to others.

We spent a great week at charming Ferragudo. The villa is as advertised, clean and very nicely decorated. Kitchen is fully equipped. Check in,check out are easy. Couple of good local restaurants in a walking distance. Beautiful beach . Will definitely come back.

Lovely house in a very quiet location. Fantastic local amenities and easy to explore the local area

Situated in a residential development (of which there are very many) initial impressions were not great but as soon as we walked round the side of the house to see the pool area we were impressed. Privacy and space galore, coupled with a spacious, modern and well equipped villa made this exactly what we wanted. A short walk takes you to the centre/square and many restaurants (we didn't find a bad one, some were really excellent) but when you return to the house you appreciate the space and peace. First time for us in Ferragudo, we expect to return soon and would certainly check availability for this property first. Highly recommended.

Well what can we say, from start to finish jan was absolutely amazing. The rooms where great size and had lots of wardrobe / drawer space . Pool is a fantastic size , would be perfect for a family holiday & the living / dining room area is super spacious. The location is absolutely perfect & is literally a 10 minute walk to everything you need . Thanks so much for our stay & we can’t wait to re-book.

Everything as described, pool very clean, aircon with a young baby was helpful in very warm weather. With a 10 min walk to town where there was an abundance of restaurants and cafes, the location was great.

A great villa in a good location in the small village of Ferragudo. Everything is within walking distance - the beaches and bars/restaurants. Great communication with the owner who was very accommodating to us.

This villa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, the pool area is fantastic and is a suntrap, the beach is a 5 minute walk away as are the many restaurants and bars, the village has a couple of small shops that sell meat and groceries. We very much enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back.

Nice and peaceful and just a short walk from the town, property needs a bit of TLC from water damage but apart from the beds was very comfortable. The beds were rock hard and very uncomfortable for us.

Belle villa (intérieur/ extérieur) située dans une jolie résidence à 10 mn à pieds du centre de la charmante ville de Ferragudo et de la plage. La maison est spacieuse, joliment décorée, bien agencée, avec toutes les commodités. Une belle et grande piscine ainsi qu'un joli jardin avec salon située à l'entrée de la maison agrémentent les espaces extérieurs. Seul petit bémol, le salon qui comprend 2 canapés non convertibles mais cependant très confortables pour une 5eme voir une 6eme personne. La ville de Ferragudo à comme avantage d'être située à proximité des différents sites touristiques de la région. Comme autres prestations non négligeable, le ménage avec changement du linge (literie et serviettes de toilette) à mi-sejour et l'entretien régulier de la piscine. Un service d'assistance compétant est aussi mis à disposition en cas de problème. La propriétaire de la maison, Jan Murphy, vous fournira tous les renseignements indispensables pour faciliter votre arrivée. Nous recommandons donc fortement cette location après y avoir passé en juillet 2021 un excellent séjour.

The villa being at the end of a cul de sac is very quiet with there being little or no traffic. There is a primary school nearby but there is no noise or traffic issues with it. The street the villa is in, is about a 10 minute walk from the town square and the harbour area where you can find various restaurants most of which serve fish caught that day. The villa itself was very clean and comfortable. There are 2 large bedrooms and a large bathroom upstairs with a small bathroom with a small shower downstairs. The living room area was very comfortable, with plenty of room and 2 sets of patio doors leading onto the pool area. The pool area is quite large and gets the sun all day. The area can accommodate the 6 sun loungers that are there very easily and still leave room around the pool. There is an older house to the rear of the property, to the right of the pool but this does not block the sun and the owners are very quiet, so although it seems quite near, it doesn't detract from the niceness of the villa or the location. The owners have a local company look after the property and they seem to be very responsive to any issues. We have used villas for several years now from some major well known providers and found this villa as good as any that we have had from these companies. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed, the villa and the location and wouldn't hesitate to use it again.

The property is in an ideal location, near to a good beach, 15 mins walk and just 10 minutes to the main square of Ferragudo with its excellent restaurants, and a small supermarket which manages to stock a huge variety of products plus having a butchers as well. The villa itself was very quiet, except sometimes at night the local dogs are a bit noisy, but it had everything you could wish, pleasant garden with shrubs, lovely pool and comfortable outside seating. This was my third visit to Ferragudo which is an indication of how much I like this little town. It’s quiet, not for those who like a night life, but this and the villa suited me just fine. I would hope to return if this is possible , one day

We had a wonderful holiday, the villa was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a lovely family holiday. The booking process was smooth and Jan was always available to answer any queries. We would highly recommend this villa.

Ferragudo is a lovely place to stay, it’s also an ideal base if you are wanting to visit elsewhere as there are so many beautiful places nearby to see. The villa is in a perfect location, easy walk into town which has so many nice restaurants and there’s the barbecue by the pool (which is fab) when you just want to chill. Boys loved there games of volleyball in the pool and had a great time. The villa is very comfortable and if we weren’t going to visit family in Canada next year I would already have booked up to go back. Would not hesitate to recommend the villa and Ferragudo as a fantastic place for a family holiday and I am sure we will be back at some point.

Lovely villa. Great location 10 minute walk to the main square. Ferragudo has many wonderful restaurants. Lovely pool and well equipped kitchen. Can’t wait to return.

This is the first time we have rented a villa for our holiday and would definitely do it again - we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa and will book again in the future

Villa très bien équipée idéalement située pour découvrir l'Algarve

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und ist schön eingerichtet. Den Strand und den Marktplatz kann man fußläufig erreichen. Auch Restaurants und Bars befinden sich in der Nähe. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal dort und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen.

We had a wonderful time in this comfy villa in a lovely quiet cul de sac, And still only 10 mins walk to the beach and main sqaure of Ferragudo . Dirctions and details on the villa were excellent Would highly recommend .
