We arrived and Edwin was finishing up cleaning the place. Very thorough and much appreciated. Valentina is a superb host and very pleasant to talk to. She took the time to refer us to local restaurants and directions to the beach. And tips to navigate our way around Barcelona. We really enjoyed the location as our first night we visited s local tapas bar on a roof top and it was a 10 minute walk away. The rest of our stay we enjoyed the convenience of the subway (10 minutes away). We also took a 25 minute walk and enjoyed a local churros place. Valentina checked us in within 10 minutes of our arrival and responded to any questions via Vrbo that we may have had. Thank you Valentina for being a wonderful host to our family.

The location was away from the super busy areas, but close enough to a main metro to get us everywhere we needed to go. Rooms were great and the shower was wonderful! Our host was fantastic and was waiting for us when we arrived to let us in and give us any information we needed. Would stay here again!

Proximity to La Sagrera metro station was very convenient as it serves several metro lines. Supermarkets nearby. Host is super nice and I received everything promised from her. I would go back there with no hesitation. Thanks so much for your kind hospitality, Valentina!!

This apartment was so well located, spacious and Valentina is AMAZING. The parking definitely was a plus, given how difficult parking can be in Barcelona. This place was near every necessity - pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, bars and sights. I would definitely stay here again. I’d like to add that Valentina was such a great host and helped us get all of our luggage upstairs. Do mot hesistate to book this place.

We stayed in this flat with our teenage kids and it was a great fit for us. There were 3 bedrooms so everyone had their own space, and two toilets. We also were able to do a load of laundry, which was nice as there was a heat wave going on and our clothes were sweaty! The air conditioning kept the flat cool and comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy and we were met by a representative that showed up how to get in the security doors and where to go for the secured parking garage. There are many cafes and grocers in the area, so you can easily walk to grab a meal or a drink. It is a little far from some of the tourist areas, but that wasn't an issue for us since we had a car. Overall, it was a wonderful choice for our family and the host was very helpful. I would certainly consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

I could not recommend this place anymore! Super clean and tidy, absolutely massive, and in a wonderful location. Check-in and check-out processes are very easy. I wish we had stayed with more people as it felt like a waste of space for just 2 of us - and next time I’d love to stay much longer. The perfect place to stay for longer than a week.

I reviewed this flat after staying for two weeks in December 2021. We extended our stay and moved back in January for a week. Love this place. It is a clean, comfortable flat with three bedrooms and 21/2 baths. Heating/AC units at each end of the flat kept things warm and comfortable during some really cold weather. Kitchen is conveniently stocked with the basics. American second floor with a nice elevator, we will be back and hope available for our annual family visits.

Have been coming to BCN every year for years to visit family and over that time have looked for the perfect place to stay. This place is it. Stayed for two weeks and are coming back for another week before we return home. Clean, well laid out, close to public transportation, and a great host who was easy to communicate with and very helpful Nespresso was not working properly and Valentina immediately ordered a new one that works perfectly. Seriously, you can’t go wrong staying at this flat. We will definitely book for our next stay next year.

This apartment is in a great spot; close to restaurants and bars, and also very close to a subway line for quick transit to anywhere in Barça. Communication with the host was terrific and the apartment itself is very nice! Overall it was a perfect stay!

L'appartement est très chouette, très spacieux, avec un joli balcon. Propreté parfaite, tout était impeccable. Bonne literie. Cuisine équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut. Climatisé, une salle de bains complète avec WC et des toilettes supplémentaires, très appréciable. Valentina, la proprio, à proximité et toujours disponible. Le métro La Sagrera, à côté, vous amène au centre ville très rapidement. Le bus -U27 je crois, sur Meridiana- vous conduit tout droit aux plages en 15 minutes. Le coin est très vraiment sympa, deux supermarchés à quelques pas et des endroits pour manger à prix doux (notamment un tout petit bar de quartier pour le petit-déj à côté du Mercadona où on a pris des tartines avec de la confiture fait maison) Si vous allez à Barcelone, n'hésitez pas à aller chez Valentina. Nous y retournerons sûrement.

Clean, quiet, safe, convenient neighborhood near grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and public transportation (the apartment is a 5 min walk from the La Segrera metro station and we mostly used the metro into town and also to/from the airport..super easy!). Valentina was helpful and kind enough to let us drop off our luggage early even though the apartment was still being cleaned. There was often the smell from someone smoking when we were out on the balcony or if the bedroom windows were open, but most of the time when we were there we had the air conditioner on and windows closed. The downstairs neighbor complained of a water leak possibly from the washing machine on the balcony but Valentina's father came by to check and the issue was resolved. Overall, a great place to stay!

Leider haben wir Valentina nicht persönlich kennen lernen können, aber die Schlüsselauhändigung und die Wohnungsbegehung durch eine dritte Person war problemlos. Alles ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch die nahe Lage zur Metro Station La Sagrera ist vorteilhaft sowie auch diverse Buslinien verkehren unmittelbar in der Nähe der Wohnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es fast um die Ecke. Dort befindet sich Mercat de Felip II, eine kleinere Ausgabe der Mercat de la Boqueria. Auch wir finden, dass eine Kaffeemachine für mehrere Tassen ein Plus wäre oder ein großer Wasserkocher. Ansonsten würden wir die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

This flat was clean, and quiet. It was just what we needed to enjoy a few days away from busy families. The owner was helpful and kind when we were later than expected from the airport.

Not quite what the camera wide angle lens suggests but the flat was clean and air con worked well. Kitchen well equipped, regrettably no cork screw! WiFi worked well. Bathroom good and clean Works being undertaken on the inner well of building onto which main bedroom looked, so pretty unsightly and noisy at times. Would I stay again? YES! Valentina was very nice and I’m sure would have sorted any problems......, but we didn’t have any! Ah, if you are over 1.85mts tall you might find beds a bit small!

There are two strong aircon units cooling the living/dining room and the bedroom hallway area, with tower fans in the bedrooms. This was very welcome in the 35-degree heat!Valentina was a great host, helping us out when we had some problems. Overall, a big thumbs up from me and my family.

Logement idéalement placé (commerces-métro). Le logement est tout à fait fonctionnel, la clim du salon est un plus, celle du couloir qui arrose les chambres permet de gagner quelques degrés. Le fait de bénéficier d'un parking à proximité à un prix raisonnable est également un vrai plus. Valentina est charmante et très réactive. Si nous devions revenir à Barcelone, nous n'hésiterions pas à reprendre ce logement

This was our first stop in Spain. The flat was easy to find, the neighborhood was clean and felt safe. The owner was available when we needed help (there was a broken toilet when we arrived). The apartment is very basic, minimal linens and towels, some basic plastic furniture or older pieces. It was quiet at night and a nice view to outside. It was rather far from the central highly visited tourist sites, but the metro stop is close by. I think some distance from the downtown is what made it nice and quiet. No complaints. It met our needs.

We were on a driving holiday and wanted to include Barcelona without having to drive into the centre of the city. This apartment is well located, being easily accessible from the northern expressway and it is also served by two metro lines to the city centre. The optional parking (at 10 Euros a night) is located in a garage about 200 metres from the apartment. We had wanted to arrive at 5.15pm but Valentina was not able to get to the apartment until 5.45 when the cleaning was still being done. The apartment is quiet and clean and its furnishings functional rather than stylish (which the website photos show). It would benefit from better maintenance ¬– for example, there were several blown or missing light bulbs and one of the toilets was not working when we arrived. We were also unable to securely lock the door to the front balcony. The galley kitchen is fairly well-equipped (although a couple of microwaveable bowls would be useful). There was a useful array of basic cooking essentials – oils, pasta, tea, coffee, sugar etc. We did not use the washing machine, which is located out on one of the two balconies. The wifi is strong and reliable in the living room, but it dropped out in the main bedroom at the other end of the apartment. The main advantage of the apartment is its very convenient location. Inside, it is serviceable, but not as well presented as other comparable apartments. If returning to Barcelona we would probably search for another option in the same area.

Schöne große Wohnung Hallo Valentina, wir haben uns in deiner Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Schlafzimmer sind ruhig. Die zentrale lage hat uns gut gefallen. Vermisst haben wir eine. Kaffemaschine für losen Kaffee in der man mehrere Tassen kochen kann. So gab es bei uns jeden morgen Instantkaffee. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten. Gruß Ellen und Renate
