Nice appartment in the center of Santa Maria. Lucia was very freindly and uncomplicated

bedding was dirty , noise at night , charge to clean bedding and change towel .

location, close to the beach and restaurants

very dark, no windows only balcony surrounded by walls you could only see the sky. Good for backpackers I suppose. Pillows as hard as stones, we had sore necks for whole stay.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful, quick on responses! We appreciate that they helped us out the best they could. Apartment has a great location, just around the corner you will find the main road with plenty Bars and Coffee Places.

Well, in our opinion the photos are looking way better than the actually condition of the apartment. The Room was quite small, no couch or comfy corner included. A tiny open wardrobe for two people was quite challenging. The bathroom was absolutely gross, a naked stone floor with no tiles, it felt kinda awkward to walk there with naked feet. The water from the shower was all over the bathroom floor which brought us daily visitors (huge cockroaches). The Sink in the kitchen was dripping, even after repair it continues dripping so that the shelf underneath was all wet. Guess after some good renovations it could be a lovely place to stay.

Location

Very nice people that took care of me. Some small problems that they solved very quick. This is a perfect room if you dont want to pay so much. There was no view from the balcony...but for me as only slept there it was perfect. 100 m from the church and main street. .Possibility to cook self. They had fixed a taxi for me that met me at the airport at arrival. I will book this room if I go to SAL again.
