Zentrale Lage, man erreicht alle Quartiere innerhalb der Altstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss. Das Studio ist schön eingerichtet und hat eine Waschmaschine.

Diese Wohnung haben wir gebucht wegen der guten Lage, und weil es gute Rezessionen über den Gastgeber gab. Es hat uns enttäuscht, als wir feststellen mussten, dass die ganze Abwicklung über eine unpersönliche Agentur verlief, die diverse Wohnungen vermietet- also ganz anders als in den Rezensionen, die wir gelesen haben und die den Gastgeber per Name lobten. In Booking.com stand, dass der Gastgeber vor Ort sei, was nicht stimmt. Stattdessen erhielten wir lange Anweisungen über WhatsApp wie wir den Schlüssel finden, wie wir die Dokumentenfotos noch am Vormittag vor der Ankunft senden müssen, wo wir den Schlüssel wieder versorgen sollen, etc. Als ich mal versuchte anzurufen, hat niemand abgenommen, die Korrespondenz lief grundsätzlich weiter über WhatsApp mit einer Agentur. Entsprechend lieblos ist die Wohnung gepflegt: Der Boden war nicht sauber - unsere Fusssohlen waren nach 2 Minuten dunkel, der Seifenbehälter war leer, die Duschwand hing schief, der Adapter für die Waschmaschine war defekt (einen anderen fanden wir dann in der Küche), sämtliche Putzutensilien wurden in der Ecke im Bad verstaut und nicht etwa in einem Schrank. Für diese Preiskategorie, könnte man Besseres erwarten, wie etwa auch Trinkwasser im Kühlschrank. Kurzum, wir haben leider wir den Eindruck gewonnen, dass die Rezensionen über den Gastgeber nicht authentisch sein können.

The location was perfect, the kitchen Was well-appointed, the bed was so comfortable, and it truly looked beautiful - even better than the pictures. The host had thought of all the little things I would need to cook, and they were on hand.

It is by a busy nightlife district - but that is also part of what I booked the area for. The location might not be suitable for everyone.

Alessandro is a really nice pleasant person helping in any case (recommendations for trips, restaurants, special places) The location of the apartment was excellent. Everything was reachable within minutes. The apartment itself was clean, tidy and well equipped.

The apartment is located right in the old city centre, close to restaurants and bars. But far enough away to avoid the noise. It's spacious and clean with good bathroom and kitchen facilities. Owner lives very close by and is very helpful with his knowledge of local food and places to visit. Parking is about five minutes walk away and wonderful beaches are less than 15 minutes drive. Local seafood restaurents are amazing!

Perfect studio in the heart of Cagliari. It had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Alessandro was a fantastic host and gave us local suggestions and was very friendly. The place was excellent value for money. The air con was very welcome in August, and the apartment even stayed quite cool without it. Just to note, parking is very tricky around this area, we parked our car about 500m away in a secure parking place for 8 euro a day.

Everything was just absolutely wonderful! The apartment is spacious, light, very cozy and very well-planned. Mattress in super convenient and orthopedic! That’s very important for me to relax and have a good sleep and that bed is the best. All furniture, plumber and other equipment work appropriately. The location of the apartment is just perfect if you want to live in the centre, but in a cozy and quiet street. I had everything nearby: shops, bars, sights, beautiful areas. It’s also very fast and easy to get to the bus stations to travel to different beaches and other locations if you don’t want to rent a car. Apartment owners Alessandro and Clara deserve a separate mention🙂 They are very friendly, nice, smart and responsive people. They helped when I had some questions just immediately. I felt like at home, when I was staying in Remy apartment. I’ll definitely stay again in this apartment when I cone to Cagliari next time. I am very very happy with my choice!
