Récemment mise à jour pour marier le caractère de l'original avec les commodités du moderne, cette maison de 2 100 pc offre un plan d'étage ouvert et beaucoup d'espace pour se déplacer. We have stayed at this property twice and will definitely go back. We love what Boulder has to offer and this home streamlines everything positive and fun due to its charm and location—shopping, dining, hiking, exploring, relaxing. As soon as we arrive, there is a sense of comfort and opportunity. There’s no trying to acclimate to a vacation rental—t’s just immediate and natural. The owners are always accommodating yet not intrusive. We have had to make some last minute changes to our reservations and, if they can accommodate, they definitely will. If you love Boulder, we highly recommend this property.

Great location with easy access to local restaurants/breweries/Pearl St and hiking. The furniture inside and out was comfortable and relaxing. The playhouse in the backyard came complete with sporting equipment (assorted balls, tennis, etc., and a child's rocking chair that our grandson loved. He referred to it as "my house". The backyard area was a great place to relax with many seating options. Used the cooler when we spent the day in the Rockies. Owners were flexible and responsive to our questions.

We came with our college aged kids for 4 days in Boulder. Great location, just 2 miles from downtown, and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. The backyard is a little gem. There is even a snowy cap mountain view from the yard. We played corn hole in the afternoon, brought in food and enjoyed the sunny day. The kitchen was great for a group and had nice flow to the living room and back yard. Very comfortable beds and soft sheets! Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

This home is perfectly located in Boulder. Nice neighborhood close to shopping, groceries, restaurants, etc. Very clean and charming. The back yard is paradise. Derek was easy to communicate with and flexible. We will definitely have this home on our radar for the next trip to Boulder.

Boulder visit
The house is beautiful and very clean and efficient. Close to town but not too close.
It was quiet even though on a fairly main road.
Not too much traffic. The neighborhood has lots of places and paths to walk. Also easy to get to highways.
We had a great time with our son who lives in Longmont. We did not really cook as the restaurants are so good and plentiful in Boulder.
The kitchen was beautiful and seemed pretty well stocked.
We had a great experience staying here and would do so again.

Amazing spot in Boulder
As we pulled up, our kids began chanting "We got the jackpot house! We got the jackpot house!" which was entirely true. It was a great location with plenty of space for two adults and three kids. The backyard was perfect for relaxing, and we played a few rounds of croquet and corn hole (both conveniently available). Derek was incredible and made everything easy. We'll check here first on our next trip to Boulder.

Perfect Location close to bike trail and skip the town traffic!
We are actually from Boulder so we know the town very well. We sold our home 3 years ago and have been living in Florida but come back to Boulder every year for a visit with friends and nature. For the past several years, we have noticed the traffic has gotten much worse so this location on 55th St. was far enough away from the maddening crowds. We keep bikes in a storage shed and that is the first thing we retrieved when we got to town. The bike trail is literally half a block from the house and we rode every day that we were there. The kitchen was great as was the gas grill on the large patio with a huge back yard. I only wish we had our dog with us, as the house is dog friendly. Derek was very accommodating and easy to work with. My 4 year old granddaughter loved the Scott Carpenter Pool which has a fabulous new area for families. The upstairs master bedroom and bath was great and the downstairs bedrooms and bath were great for my son and his family tucked away for privacy for them as well. Great home and we will be back!

Wonderful multi-generation property
Home was pretty close to perfect for our multi-generational gathering of grandparents, parents and small kids. Close to parks and playgrounds. Big back yard and corn hole game provided lots of fun. Kitchen was well stocked and loved the gas stove top with griddle.

Spacious, comfortable, beautiful home
Wonderful for visiting local kids/grandkids. We all enjoyed the beautiful back yard, games, seating area, grill. Wonderful kitchen and dining room for family dinners. Lovely at all times of day and night; very convenient location. Many walking trails nearby.

In town for a visit and some great football!!
We were so glad to have found this house! Everything was perfectly clean and ready. The backyard is wonderful... especially if someone has little ones, which we don't anymore but still appreciate! It was nice to sit outside and the family room is super comfortable for just hanging out. Thank you and we will certainly try to stay there again the next time we are in town!

Perfect for family vacation!
The home was beautiful, with nice, large living room adjacent to combined kitchen-&-dining area, upstairs "master" bedroom and two bedrooms downstairs off the kitchen area. A small office in the front of the house, immediately off one of the downstairs bedrooms, was the perfect spot for 1-year-old to sleep, accessible to parents, while older brother was in 2nd downstairs bedroom, and grandparents were upstairs. Fully fenced-in backyard has nice swings and play area for young children. Dinner table large enough to accommodate all six of us as well as our local, Boulder-based family-of-four (worked given two babies/toddlers!) for steaks cooked on the nice back porch gas grill. The house worked out PERFECTLY for us, and we look forward to returning at some point in the future! Thanks so much to the owner, Derek Pine, for making the whole process so simple and smooth. RAC

Review
Very nice house overall. The only negative is that it's on a busy street, and you can hear the traffic from the front two bedrooms during the morning and evening rush hours. Otherwise, it is great!!

Beautiful house in East Boulder, Great for Families
Our family loved staying here. House is clean and has everything we needed. Our girls loved playing in the backyard. The owner is very accommodating and helpful.

Awesome back yard, plenty of space and very clean!
We loved staying at this house! We had plenty of room for our 8 guests. The backyard was spacious and great for hanging out. The house was clean and the hosts were very helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

Are best VRBO rental ever. it was perfect for us because we had elders with us and there was 2 bedrooms on main floor. Open kitchen to dining area very cozy. Back yard felt like a private park. Nice places for kids to play.
