Modern Open Plan Bach Sleeps 8 - large sunny deck
Maison de vacances bien rangée et moderne de 4 chambres. Le salon s'ouvre sur une grande terrasse ensoleillée idéale pour les barbecues ou tout simplement pour se détendre avec un verre au soleil. L'ombre du louvre peut être modifiée pour laisser entrer plus ou moins de soleil et un store extérieur pour empêcher le vent de pénétrer.
Grande cuisine avec bar petit déjeuner comprenant un four complet et 2 réfrigérateurs.
Section entièrement clôturée pour garder les enfants.
1 salle de bain complète ainsi que des toilettes supplémentaires et une vanité au large de la chambre principale.
Grande buanderie avec une douche extérieure chaude à l'extérieur pour laver le sable avant d'entrer dans la maison.
Philomel Rd est à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage et de la ville, puis à seulement quelques minutes du Whangamata Club.

We had a lovely time. Host was great to deal with. Cleanliness could've been higher - I had to wash a duvet cover and some other items. Good size. Overall it's a great venue and we'd stay again. Thank you for having us.

Had everything we needed and more, was a great long weekend away even though it rained all weekend still plenty of games, books and movies to entertain us.

We had a great fortnight. Everything we could have wanted. Even with 2 days rain there was a winderful selection of books to cater for all tastes. Great podition in relation to shops and beach.

Great location, easy walking distance to the beautiful beach. The Bach was very comfortable and had all the amenities for a fabulous family holiday. Easy to find and great communication with the owner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything from booking in to booking out was simple and easy, great quiet location central to everything.
In fact I’m sure that’s my third visit!

Awesome Bach!
We were really happy we chose this bach, there was plenty of room, and the owners have been very thoughtful to provide everything for a comfortable stay. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen is well equipped - love the bench space! The weather was great for most of our stay, so it was great to have the outdoor shower for after beach rinse off - many guests have commented on the great water pressure on the indoor shower - and it did not disappoint. Checking in was very easy, and was in a great location- close to town, and an easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Lovely beach spot
We loved this bach! Four bedrooms so teens can spread out, modern kitchen and bathroom, sunny deck with outdoor seating and close to the beach/local store/ walk into town.

Cosy bach in great location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The Bach is in a fantastic location, close to both town and the beach. We decided to get away for a mid-winter beach stay and despite bad weather for half of it, had a great time. The Bach is well equipped, the owners are prompt and accommodating with communication and the heat pump meant the cold weather outside wasn’t an issue at all. A bonus was the warm water, outdoor shower which came in very handy when our children decided to go for a wintery swim! Would definitely come here again :)

We enjoyed our stay and house meet our needs. Suggestion for improvement would be cleaning or replacement of lounge seating particularly chair.

Great weekend getaway
All you need, pantry stocked with a few items as well. Little AC unit in the living room works well on hot nights. Nice and clean, very close to beach and store.

It had a nice open plan living with the 4 bedrooms coming off the lounge/ family area being useful. Being able to have a closed or open roof on the deck was nice.

Great house close to everything.
We had a great time staying at this house. It was a short walk to town and the beach and the house had everything you needed. Comfortable beds too. The owner was very helpful and accommodating.

Such a lovely home with everything you need plus more! The outdoor shower is so handy and all the rooms are a great size, love the outside deck with table and chairs too :) would definitely recommend staying here.
