My friends and I really enjoyed the house, which is very spacious and cozy. It was very well equipped, especially the kitchen, where there is everything you need for cooking and baking. We've used the rental services for linens, which was very useful and worked well. Would recommend!

We booked this house for a snow tubing trip with 3 families. This place looked just like the listing. There was plenty of room for all of us! The kitchen is big, well-stocked and had everything we needed to cook and serve all our meals. The dining room table was big enough for all of us to sit together and enjoy our meals and play games. We all enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub! My son loved having his own bedroom on the lower level! It was private and roomy! We would book this place again, hopefully when the weather is a bit warmer so we could enjoy the screened in porch and deck. The property managers were very responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. Thank you for a great weekend getaway!

Overall our group was pleased with this stay. The house is beautiful, the owner was very communicative, and it had great access to the adjacent ski mountains. They do make note in the description, though be extra aware that the adjacent houses are very close in proximity. We had several members of our party arriving later in the evening the first night and our group received noise complaints that stemmed from their arrival. Also make sure to be certain of the number of vehicles your group will be bringing - we had communicated 5 during the week leading up and unfortunately several members of our group had a death in the family that adjusted travel plans resulting in 8 vehicles being brought. I'm guessing that this was something the owners needed to communicate to the HOA/community, but there was no flexibility and we needed to remove 3 vehicles from the property the second day. Overall, I would recommend this house for anyone looking.

This house was a great find. We were a group of 8 and it had everything we were looking for. There was more than enough space for everyone without feeling cramped. The house was clean. Great location! Also the communication between the owner/property manager and us guests was excellent. Only thing my group found "off" was that you do have to bring your own towels, sheets, etc... but I believe they do have a linen company that they can provide to you for an extra charge. Definitely recommend this home for a weekend getaway no matter the season.

Our family, who live in all different states met at this property to spend Thanksgiving together. It was just as the description stated, large rooms to spread out for the 12 of us, comfortable beds, and everything we needed in the large kitchen to cook a big meal. We used the pool table and the hot tub, and tv’s were in every room! We really enjoyed our week stay and hope to go back again.

We had a group of nine adults and there was plenty of room for all! It’s rare to find a house with so many Queen/King beds. We all really enjoyed the screened in porch room with the fire pit! The basement with the pool table was also nice. Would definitely recommend this house and stay there again! Jennifer was great with communication!

From the initial booking until check out, the whole experience was pleasurable. The house was super clean. We wiped most surfaces ourselves just because that's what we do and after wiping, there was NO dirt/dust on any of the wipes. AMAZING! The homeowner was a joy to work with and did everything to ensure we had a nice, worry and hassle free stay. Everything you can think of was available in the home and some things you probably didn't think of. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to get away.

This is, quite simply, a beautiful, well-maintained home and perfect for a few families and large groups of people as well. While it was probably too big for 4 of us and our dog(that was on us, course), it's just a perfect place for small and large numbers(up to 14 I think the owner mentions). The owners take pride in their home and make sure that you can find everything you need by labeling drawers and having helpful pointers for finding things as basic as remote controls, how to operate something, etc. The jewel of the place is the enclosed "Buddha Patio" (I called it that) with an actual Buddha statue, a large skylight, floor to ceiling screens that look out into the woods. Rain or shine, we spent time there meditating, appreciating the outdoors while staying indoors. And the indoor firepit adds an additional touch of beauty in the evening, too. Loved the Jacuzzi and used it nearly every night we were there as decompress from days activities. Overall, if you love lakes and sense of solitude while being amongst neighbors who are kind(everyone here waves and says hello and means it), I highly recommend coming to the area and spending it at this luxurious but low key home. It's got everything you need for the perfect lakehouse getaway.

We stayed for a weekend and found the home to be exactly as listed. The home owners’ communication was superb and very helpful. The home was spotless on arrival and well maintained. With much to do in the area, it was a perfect destination. Highly recommend!

This property is very spacious for a large group and has several spaces for sharing inside and outside the house. The owner was very kind and provided the necessary information for our stay.

Perfect home for large family gathering. We were 13 and house accommodated us beautifully. Bedrooms on opposite ends of house. Plenty of spaces to be together or to have some quiet. House is in walking distance to 2 of Lake Naomi beaches. Canoe and kayak available to you with rental. House managers available, responsive and helpful.

This is house was amazing. It was the perfect fit. Plenty of room in the kitchen which was fully stocked with everything you needed. Dinning room was big enough to fit everyone. There are three separate living room seating areas. The fireplace warmed us up on the super cold days. Fire wood was available around the corner at the gas station super close. Screened in porch was a nice buffer zone between the hot tub and the house. There was a bunch of snow so we didn’t use the outside porch. The manager of the property is super nice and accommodating. I hope to book again in the future.

I am so confused about the previous reviews - makes me wonder if we stayed at a different location? We have rented priorities (domestically and internationally) in the past thru other services like VRBO and private Property Managers and this was by far the ONLY disappointment. Given the lease obligations and communications with the Owner, I expected a lot more of our stay. Cleanliness: POOR. (Despite there being an additional cleaning fee to the rate). To name a few... 1. There were waxy, greasy brown drops on the wall. Seeing those on a bathroom wall is especially unsettling. Likely, it's from the humidity and could easily be fixed if the cleaning person just wiped down the walls with warm water. Kitchen and bathroom faucets were grimy. 2. Utensils and pots had residue from previously being used. 3.One of our friends spilled a drink on the floor and went to wipe it and realized the napkin was GRAY. Evidence that the floor needed a good cleaning. Cleanliness aside, the place needs TLC. There is writing on the walls, watermarks in the ceiling, cabinet draws are falling apart…Maintenance:2 days before arrival Owner provided us with additional instructions on what to do or not do. Fine by us, except some items were not followed by the previous visitors and unfortunately, no one is checking. In all my experiences with rental properties someone is there is to greet you. Walking thru the property not only provides for a welcoming stay, but also ensures all parties are aware of how the property was pre and post stay. Agreement: Read their contract carefully. Ask all questions and don't assume. Example, the house comes with a fireplace but beware - firewood is not included. I'm coming from out of state - how would I know to bring firewood. Either indicate “no firewood included" or be prepared to provide it. When I called the Owner, she said - it was noted in the contract (IT IS NOT), but that she would send some wood the next day. She dropped off a supply that lasted two days - our stay was 5. When we asked again, were basically told we were on our own. FURNISHING: Again, not as depicted in the photos. In a previous review someone mentioned the same and the Owner claimed old furniture would be replaced. Not the case during our visit. Especially in the LR - furniture was rundown and there were random pieces sitting around. All I could think of is they were trying to cover a stain or bad floor. Myself and a group of friends from high school stayed here for Labor Day Weekend. The property was beautiful, plenty of things to do! We really enjoyed the hot tub, and outdoor porch!

The pictures are accurate. House was spotless. Well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, pans and bakeware, etc. Owner was easy to communicate with and even contacted me after arrival to welcome us and to ask if we had any questions. Very relaxing few days with the family. Would definitely return to this property.

The house is very large and had a fully stocked kitchen. I was sad not to be able to use the pool or lake but totally understandable with COVID. We had everything we needed and the pool table, fire table and hot tub kept the kids entertained! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Our family of 8 adults, 6 kids, and our dog had a wonderful stay. Jenn was great to work with. House was large enough that each family had their own bedroom and privacy. We really enjoyed the pool at the Lake Naomi Community Center (highly recommend a temporary membership-fun place)and skiing and tubing at Camelback. Walking trails near the property are great. Only reason for 4 stars is one bedroom (upstairs king) had no window treatments and couches were pretty worn. We would definitely stay here again. I’m sure it’s amazing in the summer.

Our Christmas present to our children and young grandchildren was a weekend in the Poconos and a trip to Kalahari waterpark. This house was just perfect for the 14 of us. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, cozy blankets to curl up on the couches and watch movies, have conversations, and cuddle with the babies. The kitchen was fully equipped and a great space to fix meals. The dining room table fit us all for meals, games and great conversations! Thank you Jenn for such a great weekend full of memories! Beautiful house Plenty room for my extended family Owner awesome & very accommodating

Our family of 11 gathered at the house after arriving from all over the country for Thanksgiving. The house is big and we were able to spread out and enjoy time together and then have some quiet space. The kitchen is very well stocked and has everything you need for cooking big meals. Everything was clean and neat and exactly as it shows in the pictures. The fire pit on the porch was a plus in the evenings for making smores! The owners were prompt in responding to any of our needs. We would definitely go back!

The house was extremely comfortable. The Lake Naomi Community Center, pool and lake provided many fun hours, particularly for our grandchildren, ages 3 and 18 months!!

Really nice house, but in need of some upgrades (tears in the couches and the outside furniture is dirty and dilapidated).

Overall the house was comfortable, we had a great time. The host was very accommodating and helpful. A few things that could be improved - Big Kitchen knives were blunt. Had to manage with small ones. No medium/small size pans. We used the very large ones Patio and deck area could have kept cleaner, we cleaned and used. No bath mats in the bathrooms - we bought our own afraid of slipping. Oven heated up very slow. Upgrade would be nice. Enjoyed - the hot tub and patio very much. The fire pit in patio was great! Kids loved it. Would definitely recommend to friends! Thanks
