Nothing every thing worst
Worst experience.. Stated at different hotel saying that room not available i already conformed before 2 hours saying that rooms are avilable but checking time they denied and giving another hotel.. Whose conditions worst. Service worst cleans worst bed sheet piolw cover dirty location dirty.. Everything worst... They just looted to coustomer

The staff was kind of attentive and approachable
So, the room given was on -1 floor. It was not so clean and old. Lot of things were broken like door and window. Lock wasn't working properly. Flees were all around and it was kind of smeely. Then, I got my room changed to ground by paying extra amount, even that room door lock and flush wasn't working.

Food, Value for money
It's google location is not correct. On Google it shows like in front of logix mall but it is actually about 1 km apart from it(on the left of Surbhi hospital). Please correct the location, as it took us so much time to find the hotel.

All the Staff members are very friendly and attentive all the time. impressed by the attention to detail from the housekeeping team, everything was pristine.

Location wise very convenient, hotel is small but in that area this one is best as compare to any other hotel near by and staffs are good and listion if any requirement they try to fulfill best as far as possible ,so overall I can say good one keep it up
There is nothing negative comment from.my side but I can say they can do much better than this like providing hand towel,room freshner,misquote machine and bathroom doormat need to change every day as it get wet due to taking shower thats all from my end and if they can able to arrange breakfast ,tea, lunch and dinner also than this will complete the facility of big hotel stay.

Asked for extra money, Reception person and staff cancel my booking and thay don't allow me to check in. Then I have to pay extra money on same time.
