People were friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was acceptable. Lots of towels. Location was convenient tp town and parks.

Bathrooms need attention and more counter space. Heating unit was odd. In-room coffee maker needs replacement. Hair dryer didn’t work.

The setting was a little out of town. What surprised us was the water view off the porch. The property is right on Munising Bay. Everything was very clean but a bit dated.

Not very much. The mattresses could be updated and the housekeeping staff could be more aware that they are putting double size sheets on a queen size mattress.

Incredible view, quiet, extremely accommodating by giving us 1st flr because I have trouble with stairs using cane.

The location & the view was beautiful!! Staff was very accommodating & pleasant. The gift shop is on site & a continental breakfast is available.

The room had cobwebs on the walls & spiders. We spent the 1st hour dusting & cleaning. The beds are flat & need updating as well as the pillows. They had a very bad smell. No storage, counter space but we made due. I know everyone is short staffed but lighting, safety & comfort for guests should be main priority especially when paying a premium.

The location was right on the water with a view of the lake. It was only a mile to most of the businesses downtown and just outside the National Shoreline scenic drives.

The sheets had stains on them, although I think they were washed. Just didn’t get the stains out. The bed had a large “hump” in it and gave both my wife and I some back discomfort both nights.

Bathroom walls needed washing. the drain in the shower drained slow as molasses at best.
