Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartment mit praktisch allem was man im Haushalt benötigt.Apartment entspricht der Beschreibung genau. Die Betten sind ausgezeichnet.Die Wohnung ist sauber,das Interieur modern und bequem.Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön gelegen.Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkomend.Wir dürften 1 Std.später auschecken. Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral,Haltestelle ist einen Katzensprung entfernt,Französische Feinbäckerei zu Fuß 3 min. Sauberes, ruhig gelegenes und mit der Straßenbahn gut vom Hbf aus erreichbares Apartment. Besonderheit: Das Zimmer ist eine als Ferienwohnung genutzte Wohnung in einem Mietshaus - was auf den ersten Block etwas ungewöhnlich erscheint. Der Schlüssel wurde vom Vermieter hinterlegt. Dieser war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Kontakt per Telefon mit ihm verlief völlig unkompliziert, trotz wegen Anreise unbeabsichtigt verspäteter Ankunft.

Im Bad unangenehmer Geruch wegen vermutlich verstopfter Abwasserleitung o.ä. Das Bad an sich war jedoch, wie das gesamte Apartment, sehr sauber.

There were no coffee pads for the Senseo coffee maker. It would be a nice touch to make sure there’s always coffee for the guests. (We bought some and left it for the next guests :) ). Bathroom was nice but had no window and no out-take fan. Also, shower drain was clogged. Water started running out onto bathroom floor, so I had to stop the shower, take the drain trap apart and clean it, and sop up a lot of water. The bed was a bit soft for my taste, but seemed new and was comfortable enough.

The host was very kind and met us after the check in time. the apartment was clean and comfortable.

The description was 1 bedroom with bed and 1 living room with sofa bed. In actual fact living room and bedroom were all one room. Not what my husband and I and our adult daughter wanted - to all have to sleep in the one room. Seemed expensive for this. I really feel a price reduction is called for

Very clean flat and all needed equipment in place. A peacufull location.

Its sofa bed is good.

There is time restriction in accessing the shared washing machines and dryers; they cannot be used by a guest arriving late or leaving early.
