Le Boat House Studio se trouve dans une magnifique région d'une beauté naturelle exceptionnelle située à St Lawrence sur la pointe sud de l'île de Wight et surplombant la Manche entourée par les Downs et la campagne luxuriante et sa faune et sa flore exotiques. Venez séjourner dans notre élégant studio indépendant Boat House. Il est disponible pour les courts séjours. Il est idéalement situé si vous marchez ou faites du vélo autour de l'île, ou si vous voulez simplement découvrir la mer et le ciel changeants et écouter les vagues. Le studio est situé dans une zone d'une beauté naturelle exceptionnelle, à seulement quelques minutes des pistes cavalières surplombant le célèbre Pain de Sucre et Woody Bay et très proche de Steephill Cove et Ventnor et du phare de Sainte-Catherine à proximité.
Le Studio est autonome et léger, lumineux et original avec sa propre entrée et ses doubles portes-fenêtres, qui s'ouvrent sur un petit patio privé de style méditerranéen pour s'asseoir. Il y a une petite cuisine / salle à manger ouverte pour faire des repas légers avec un salon confortable avec TV et accès wifi. La promenade à travers la chambre ouverte offre un grand lit double et un canapé-lit idéal pour les couples ou une petite famille qui aiment vivre à aire ouverte. Notre magnifique Pergola donne directement sur la mer, avec des vues spectaculaires sur le Pain de Sucre idéal pour manger à l'extérieur, une boisson ou un thé à la crème et il y a un barbecue à gaz moderne à l'usage des clients.
. Un petit pack de bienvenue est disponible à l'arrivée - les dispositions pour la clé seront données à l'avance. Les heures de réservation sont à 15h00 et les heures de départ à 10h30. Nous avons une place de parking privée pour le studio. Il y a un bureau de poste / magasin communautaire bien approvisionné de l'autre côté de la route qui propose une gamme de nourriture et de boissons, de papiers et d'autres friandises. Il y a de bons endroits pour manger à proximité. c

lovely accommodation in spectacular location near Ventnor

Beautiful property, perfect for our trip to explore the Isle of Wight. Mark and Eve are wonderful hosts. They welcomed us with an afternoon tea, a bottle of wine, beers and juice and snacks for our daughter. The property has the most amazing views and we made full use of the garden and gazebo, especially in the evening. The studio is much more spacious than expected and is part of Mark and Eve's beautiful home. It's beautifully decorated, well equipped and very clean. The Boathouse was very easy to find and was a great location to travel around the island. Nothing was very far away. We very much hope to return for another stay soon.

We loved everything about the Boat House Studio from the welcome by Mark and Eve (including a glass of Pimms and a cream tea) to the wonderful location and the studio itself. It is very comfortable with every amenity you might need. It was so peaceful and fantastic views from the gazebo. We spent many a happy time drinking wine and tracking ships in the Channel. The property is really well positioned for exploring the whole Island and very easy access to Ventnor which is gorgeous. A special mention for the Spyglass Inn in Ventnor and the Garlic Farm restaurant. We definitely hope to return

Lovely studio. A little more space than expected. The welcome pack was thoughtful. We enjoyed the cream tea in the Gazebo overlooking the sea and sunset. Thank you Eve and Mark.

We stayed here over my birthday weekend and it was the most perfect weekend! We were able to have breakfast overlooking the water every morning and the coastal path is just down the road. The studio was immaculate, beautiful decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a break on the beautiful Isle of Wight.

Very nice and quiet place with unique view to the sea. Perfect if you want to relax.

Lovely stay in great location
We had a lovely relaxing time at Mark and Eve's. The property is perfect for 2 adults, and has lovely views over the sea from the garden. It's secluded and private, and well situated for access to Ventor, the Botanic Gardens, and the roads to the rest of the island.

Fantastic views and welcoming hosts made this the perfect getaway for us for a few days.
Close to Ventnor, Steep Hill, Botanic gardens with wonderful paths and beautiful villages.

Mark and Eve were so welcoming. We loved our stay in their studio and the outdoor space was lovely. Ventnor is a great area of the Isle of Wight to stay with fantastic views and lots to do!

We had a wonderful weekend break at Eve & Mark’s Boat House studio. Great hosts who made us feel most welcome! A lovely property which was immaculately clean, comfortable and stylishly decorated. The studio has a separate entrance from the rest of the house and was the quiet, relaxing break we needed. The welcome gift of a bottle of fizz and afternoon tea treats was a lovely touch. The view from the garden over the sea and use of their heated summerhouse to relax in the evening with a glass of wine was a real treat!Ventnor is a 45 minute walk along the spectacular cliff path and a 10 minute taxi ride back after our delicious pub lunch at the Spyglass Inn. We’d love to return someday to explore more of the island!

The property has astonishing views and very easy access to the beautiful coastal path. It was absolutely spotless, our hosts were very welcoming and super helpful. We just had a wonderful break and are planning to come back!

Amazing experience
We had a great experience in Isle of Wight. Mark and Eve are very accommodating hosts.We booked last minute, spend 12 days in the studio and had our bikes with us, and have been offered a safe place to keep them. The Boat Studio is beautiful, situated on the coast and the Pergola is overlooking the sea, perfect for sunrise or sunset. The area is stunning and the studio is minutes walk from Woody Bay, beautiful landmarks and there is coastal walk to the Botanical Garden and Ventnor. Definitely recommend The Boat House, Mark and Eve.

Mark and Eve are very friendly hosts and make sure you have a warm welcome. The Bot house is lovely decorated and all you need will be there to have a comfortable stay. The view from the garden is amazing. We definitely will come back and can highly recommend the Boat House.
