Beautiful high specification garden studio close to City centre
Un élégant studio d'architecte tout neuf conçu et meublé attaché à la maison principale mais autonome et avec sa propre entrée séparée. Cet espace contemporain contemporain orienté à l'ouest est ensoleillé, entièrement à double vitrage et donne sur le jardin de la maison principale. Il présente un plafond voûté, un éclairage design, un sol en céramique effet bois avec chauffage au sol, des stores vénitiens, des fenêtres à commande électrique et des rideaux occultants. Il y a un salon / salle à manger avec un nouveau canapé futon / méridienne, une cuisine haut de gamme et un coin chambre séparé avec une salle d'eau et des toilettes. Le studio est équipé d'un lave-linge, d'un lave-vaisselle à induction, d'un four combiné micro-ondes et d'un tiroir chauffant ainsi que de tous les articles ménagers nécessaires pour un séjour confortable. Il y a une table et des chaises à l'extérieur et vous pourrez profiter du jardin. Il y a de la place pour garer une voiture et l'utilisation d'un abri à vélos est disponible si nécessaire. La location de vélos est facile. Le studio est situé presque en face de l'hôpital d'Addenbrookes, près de la gare et à 30 minutes à pied, à dix minutes en vélo ou à 5 minutes en voiture du centre de Cambridge. Plusieurs supermarchés et restaurants express sont situés à environ 1,6 km. Les arrêts de bus sont situés à 5 - 7 minutes à pied et les bus passent environ toutes les 15 minutes. au centre ville

We had a fabulous few days. The studio was an easy cycle from the train station and a peaceful place to stay. Paul and Joanna were very welcoming hosts. The studio was really well equipped and set in a beautiful garden.

A lovely studio flat, well equipped and with all amenities needed as a good base. The studio in a good position for those able to walk into the city or avail of the public transport. We also drove to other areas including the American Cemetery and Saffron Walden. A very pleasant stay as the first part of our East Anglian holiday.

Paul and Joanna are the perfect hosts! This is our second stay. The apartment is wonderful, very clean, comfortable and a very short, convenient walk to the LMB and Royal Papworth/Addenbrookes hospitals. Close to bus line too making it an easy commute to Cambridge City Centre, Sights and shopping! Very highly recommend!

This was a lovely garden studio. Lovely glass windows looking out at the garden. The hosts have decorated the studio in a nice peaceful way. The bed was very comfortable. Joanna and Paul also had milk, tea, coffee, etc, available on arrival which was so welcome.
The instruction book they had prepared was very useful and easy to understand. It was an easy walk to the bus stop to get into the city center. I would certainly recommend the studio.

The studio is comfortable and well equiped, but very light and sometimes warm (on sunny days, even when the temperature was at most 21 degrees) because of the lack of window covering from the upper windows.
The studio is centrally located to visit Cambridge as well as places of interest in the surroundings.

Our stay was not a holiday but a home while our home was taken over by builders. The garden studio was conveniently located and well equipped enabling us to live comfortably. We would recommend it to anyone visiting Cambridge for just a few days or longer term. The beautiful garden is a wonderful place to relax after a busy day and Joanne and Tony are warm and welcoming hosts.

My hosts shopped for me multiple times. They checked in everyday. They provided rides on my last day to punting and the train.

This was our second stay in this Garden Studio. It has been beautifully designed and has all the amenities you need. Approx. 30min walk to the city centre or you can hop on a electric scooter/bike to get there quicker! The hosts are lovely and provided good instructions.

Being set in a beautiful garden this is a very serene place to stay. There is a calm quality despite some traffic and train noise. It's no good if you like dark for sleeping though as there are no blinds on upper windows. Overall, very clean, well equipped and tastefully done.

Lovely Garden Studio
We had a lovely 5 night stay in the Garden Studio. It was a great location for exploring Cambridge (nice walking or cycle/scooter routes into the centre) and driving around Cambridgeshire. The Studio had a well equipped kitchen and has been very well designed, with lovely views onto the garden. Would definitely stay there again.

Property was excellent for our two day trip to Cambridge and the layout was absolutely ideal.
I would go back to this accommodation and I would also recommend it to family and friends.
It took 25mins to walk in to city centre and we tried two different ways but we missed the brook walk in so might be best to ask owners for directions.

The property was well appointed, the hosts were friendly and helpful my only criticism was that the bedroom was very light at night as it had no separate curtain from the rest of the apartment.

An airy light and bright stay
The little studio is a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The outside garden is an oasis. All of the appliances are top notch and the kitchen is appointed with everything you need if you want to cook. Paul and Joanna could not have been more kind.

Fab studio for exploring Cambridge
Lovely, peaceful, very high quality studio with outlook to super secluded garden. Property had everything we needed for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Great cycling into and around Grantchester, Trumpington and Cambridge. Jo and Paul were lovely hosts who made sure we had everything we needed, gave us lots of local information and made sure we had plenty of space to relax. Brilliant stay - we’ll be back :-).

Beautiful and tranquil garden studio
We had a wonderful short break based from this delightful studio. The hosts, Joanna and Paul, were very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, right down to the tealights for the lantern on our garden table! We would certainly like to return when visiting this area again.

Short Stay - Gorgeous Garden Apartment
When we were looking for places to stay in Cambridge we came across this garden apartment and thought what a beautiful, perfect place....then we arrived and fell in love with the apartment just a little bit! It was a short stay but we will never forget it. You have everything you need and it’s all clean and lovely. The owners looked after us extremely well and gave us great instructions beforehand too. If we ever go back to Cambridge again we know where to book.

Superb studio flat - clean, modern, lovely area, excellent hosts.
We (my son and I) stayed here 5 nights July 2019. I had the bed and he slept on the futon. Faultless communication with owners prior to arrival. Place is just opposite back entrance to Addenbooke's site. This was ideal for us. Walking into town centre takes about 30 mins at a brisk pace. Studio is immaculate. Very modern and clean with excellent level of equipment. Lovely touches such as sachets of detergent for dishwasher and washing machine. Also a complementary bottle of wine and 2 bottles of beer in fridge on arrival! Never expected that!
You can sit out in the owners' lovely garden (we were blessed with sunny weather the whole time).
Owners (Jo and Paul) are very nice. They are there if needed but never at all intrusive (the studio is actually a small extension to their own home). Had a few very friendly chats and they are happy to offer local tips. I would never have found the lovely walk into town along Hobson's Conduit without Paul's recommendation.
I would say this place is probably not for you if you want wild parties in your accommodation, but if you want a quiet stay in beautiful surroundings in a very clean, modern and well equipped studio flat then you will struggle to find anything better.
