Location excellent for the TMB hiking trails. Well equipped. Owner was very friendly and helpful, with good advice of things to do in the town. Property has handy parking on site.

La casa in se' e il contesto abitativo.

Arrivati venerdi tardo pomeriggio siamo usciti.Rientrati la casa era fredda con i termosifoni spenti e senza acqua calda!per un blocco della caldaia. Problema risolto verso le 22.50, Con -7 e un metro di neve all'esterno! Anche con I termisifoni a pieno regime la sala rimane un po' fresca, ma ci sono le coperte. Mancavano le posate. Strada dal parcheggio all'abitazione completamente ghiacciata, si scivolava facilmente. Relativamente lontana dagli impianti di risalita e centro. Checkin automatico, e comunicazione solo tramite messaggi. Purtroppo e' mancata la tipica calda sensazione ed ospitalita' della montagna in inverno, ricevuta altrove anche a courmayeur Peccato. Probabilmente e' piu' comfortevole e consigliata per una vacanza estiva. Inoltre vi segnalo che Sebbene nell'annuncio ci siano numerose foto del camino e nelle regole non ci sia segnalato nessun divieto di utilizzo, il Camino NON e' utilizzabile ( a detta dell'host "perche' e' regola generale e comune "in montagna in inverno" vietarne l'utilizzo!!...in 30 anni di montagna tra italia ed estero e' la prima volta, ...bastava dire che a Voi non fa piacere che venga usato) Vi CONSIGLIO di eliminare le foto del camino o murarlo, o indicarne chiaramente nell'annuncio il divieto di utilizzo (e non di comunicarlo con un messaggio solo dopo aver ricevuto il pagamento non rimborsabile! X Onesta' e Trasparenza! (anche perche' strutture simili senza camino si trovano a circa 100 euro in meno)

Very clean. Lots of extra pillows and blankets to snuggle with. Full kitchen allowed us to cook dinner for our group.

The place was impeccable. Everything was extra clean and all amenities were present. Also the hosts were very responsive and answered all my questions. The place is located on a hill approximately 5 minutes up from downtown

Really well equipped, well decorated, and cozy place to stay. You have all the things to need. close public parking, and 15 min walking to city center.

Among most of the personally owned apartment and AirBnb that i have stayed, this is the worst hospitality from the owner - but i am sure this is an exceptional case. The owner was not too responsive to my messages. For example: 1. I asked for recommendation for where a 3 year old kid can spend time around the city - ignored. 2. Since i do not read italian, i asked if the washing machine has spinning function - ignored. 3. The heater of the house was not functioning well, because when i touched the heater they were not warm - however, the owner just keep saying the system showed 21.3 degree so it was really already really hot, but it really wasn't. but no followup from the owner afterwards. 4. They have a Wii available, Awesome!! but when i asked where could i find the cable to charge the machine - ignored. 5. When i addressed the issue about the upstairs neighbours being noisy at midnight, the response from the owner - is to inform me that i have to check out 10am next day morning..... Also, probably it is only happened during low season, but their neighbour is doing the rooftop construction so during day time there was a lot of hamming and banging from the top, my kid cannot sleep during the afternoon nap. - we were not informed prior to booking regarding the construction. The sound proof of the house was bad because you could hear clearly what upstairs neighbours was doing quite clearly, for the 2 executive nights there were moving of furnitures, kids crying, etc until midnight. Of course, these are not controllable by the owner, and probably only on exceptional days.
