Massey Country Cottage - 11 Kms to Lake Karapiro and 7 Kms to Cambridge Center
Cottage de deux chambres à coucher avec salon / salle à manger / salon avec lit simple. La porte coulissante du salon s'ouvre sur une petite terrasse et des marches mènent à un patio avec bassin pour tortues / point d'eau.
Le chalet est situé à 35 minutes de Hobbiton, à 50 minutes des grottes de Waitomo et à 25 minutes des jardins de Hamilton.
Le lac Karapiro est encore plus proche pour l'aviron, le kayak, le vélo et la marche.
Le chalet est situé près de notre maison familiale mais reste privé et a sa propre entrée. Notre chien border collie est très sympathique et accueillant. Il n'y a pas de machine à laver, cependant une laverie automatique est située à Leamington à seulement 5 minutes. En raison de la proximité des drains de ferme et des dangers, la propriété ne convient pas aux enfants de moins de 5 ans.

We have stayed at the property twice now, and both times we have enjoyed the very pleasant surrounds of the farm life. The cottage is very easy to stay in and has a lovely feeling of being at home on the farm.

The cottage was warm and clean we didnt realise it was so rural and was difficult to find at night a solar light at the gate would have been helpful but other than that we had a lovely stay and would recommend this property.

We had a warm welcome by the host, Kim. The bach is great. We enjoyed their board games at nights after a long day trip around Cambridge.

absolutely awesome to deal with AAAAA would definitely stay here again, all ammenities available apart from a clothes washing machine, has a small draw dish washer, everything was great and private, lovely people, handy distance to Lake Karipiro etc. top place, top hosts

We loved staying in your cottage. It had everything we could ask for and was lovely and clean. Unfortunately I didn’t get to spend much time getting to know the hosts but my husband did and enjoyed chatting with them. We definitely will stay again.

Comfortable and quiet cottage out in the countryside but close enough to drive to town. Right next to owners house but very private. Ideally situated to visit Waitomo caves and Hobbiton. Great fun playing with Rosie, the owners young dog. A very pleasant stay.

My husband and child are fond of the farm lifestyle and Kim's property provided that feeling and theur home was lovely, warm and beautiful. Not far from town either very convenient.

Lovely old style cottage with plenty of space in a very secluded location. Incredibly peaceful with all necessary facilities 10mins tea drive away. Rosie, the resident Poodle X Collie was an extra lovely bonus :-)

Rural outlook close to Cambridge
An ideal spot to explore this part of the Waikato. Just 10 minutes from Lake Karapiro and Cambridge township. The 70s built cottage has a nicely renovated bathroom and vintage kitchen with all the essentials. The space is compact and would be easy to warm in winter. Our hosts were unobtrusivly friendly and helpful - happy to answer questions and otherwise unobtrusive.

Clean, tidy and warm
Great accommodation and just what we needed for a short work trip. Stayed in the middle of winter and the place was very warm which made it comfortable. We would gladly stay again.

A great stay at Roto-o-rangi!
The perfect spot for our family of 5. Kim made the whole process so easy and communication was spot on especially when we needed to add another night last minute. A lovely, cosy cottage with beautiful outlook over the garden. Nice and warm with the heat pump and electric blankets. 8mins to Karapiro which made for quick trips to where we needed to be early in the mornings.

Great place to stay,
We needed somewhere for 4 people while we kept a terminally ill brother company in hospital. The cottage was further out of Hamilton than was expected but blame the Field Days! We loved it. Everything needed was there and the heater was on ready for us. So peaceful and was just what we needed at a difficult family time. We also loved Cambridge not too far away and plan to spend a holiday at the cottage in the future.

Very peaceful and private location down a long drive from a quiet country road, private. Very comfortable bed. Well appointed bach with all we needed. Very friendly and helpful owners (live next door but kept to themselves).

It was lovely to stay out of town, quiet and private.Possibly the bathroom needs work - shower experience a little cramped with not much water flow.All in all it was perfect for our needs, and we enjoyed ourselves.
