La struttura è molto bella. Ben curata. Pulita. Ben arredata. A misura di famiglia e non solo. Si trova a pochi passi dal centro storico nonché pedonale. La cucina ha tutto quello che serve. Il letto è comodo. Il bagno è pensato per ottimizzare ogni singolo spazio. La porta di ingresso alla struttura è direttamente da strada, tipico delle case delle zone storiche. Silenziosissima. La camera da letto non è adiacente ad alcun punto rumoroso. Terrazzino molto carino. L’host è gentilissimo. Ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino al nostro arrivo, la casa ben riscaldata, e un albero natalizio con le lucine accese. Vi sentirete subito a casa. Ideale per visitare la cittadina dimenticandovi dell’auto soprattutto.

Questa è la tipica struttura dove cosa non piace è da super pignoli. Provo ad esserlo non per screditare ma per dare maggiori informazioni. La casa ha 3 ambienti. Un soggiorno col cucinino. Una camera da letto. Una cameretta con lettino a soppalchino. Il bagno si trova in questa camera. Quindi, condividendo casa con altre persone, necessariamente bisogna passare per questa camera per accedere al bagno. C’è un terrazzino molto molto carino. Ma l’accesso è anche scomodo (scalini alti e passaggio letteralmente da una finestra) non per tutti. Il riscaldamento è comandato a distanza. L’host riesce a comandare da remoto il riscaldamento quindi in caso di necessità basta contattarla e vi farà trovare casa calda prima dell’arrivo, anche durante il soggiorno. Lato scomodo. Se sentite un po’ più freddo la notte, per farvi alzare la temperatura dovrete contattarla di notte. Ma non accadrà. Ci sono anche delle coperte in più all’occorrenza. Il parcheggio è strisce blu.

Lovely spacious and comfortable apartment.Immaculately clean!!! Most comfortable bed so far on our trip around Puglia. Fully equipped kitchen, sparkling bathroom and great living area. Private and quiet. Easy walk up the hill to the old town - on the street that goes into the old town. Only one step up to apartment - making it easy with luggage. If you’re travelling to Locorotondo by bus - bus stop is just around the corner. All in all a top notch place in a brilliant location. And Locorotondo is an absolutely gorgeous town and worth a visit.

excellent location to the historic old town. milk, juice and water in the refrigerator. We were able to park in the street, low cost but parking station was nearby too. Exceptionally well run property! would recommend.

Great place in a perfect location near centre of the town. Big enough for a family, cosy and with all the facilities. A public parking was near and helpful.

Everything was OK

Lovely chic apartment, beautifully outfitted in a perfect location to explore the historic centre. Heating and cooling and a cute little outdoor terrace. Parking was easy at this time of year. Plenty of shops for supplies just along the road.

Maybe a sharp knife for cutting? Very minor point

Apartment was beautifully situated at the edge of the centro storico. I expected parking to be a problem but was easy in the street outside: some of the day was at about 1 euro per hour but 11p.m.-9 a.m. and 1p.m. -4p.m was free. Clean, well set up for a couple or small family (2 bunk beds as well as the queen).A really good base for exploring the area, Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Host was friendly, helpful and available.

We were met by our lovely hostess Gianfranca upon arrival, and immediately she made us feel welcome. The apartment is beautiful with tasteful decorations and very spacious. There was nothing that wasn’t included, which is fabulous for travellers. It is only a short walk to the Old Town. Gianfranca was very kind and showed us some of the interesting towns near Locorotondo. She is a delightful lady. We can thoroughly recommend this apartment in Locorotondo. Fantastic stay. 😊
