Comfortable little apartment, adequately fitted out and clean and tidy. Once one gets the hang of it the access process is faultless. Excellent location near the market where great food is available, even at night.

It was warm and best to leave the windows open at night. Street activity does start early though but the location supersedes this inconvenience.

Hot water not stable it changes due to lack of pressure from hot to cold what it makes very uncomfortable to have a pleasant shower . Street lights are too close to one of the windows and despite the curtains the room and the living room are not 100% dark during the night . Apartment 1C the one confirmed in the booking it doesn’t appear on the intercom . Very dirty the building entrance and the common areas

Q solo tiene un baño para 5 personas es incómodo ! Llame y mande un wasa porq tuvimos un problemilla y no nos atendieron , muy mal por vuestra parte porq en todo momento, nos dijeron q si hubiese cualquier problema q avisáramos y no contestaron en ningún momento😤

Es súper acogedor y con una muy buena reforma con muy buen gusto

Cosy flat in town with good facilities

Although the apartment is in a very old building it was clean and the rooms were a good size. In a good location at the side of the main market.

The communal area on the ground floor was untidy and full of washing and stored property by the stairs that I presume belonged to the ground floor flat.

Great location, very close to the major sites. Nice finishings.

We were told there would only be a few steps to the first floor, but actually it's 2 sets of very narrow steps that were hard to manage for our 82 year old father. The hot water lasts for about 90 seconds, if you can figure it out at all. There is not enough toilet paper, soap, or dishwasher detergent, and the staff said that was normal, what was provided was just a "courtesy". Not worth the "value".

Aromas Del Mercado apartment is beautiful place in the very heart of the equally beautiful city of Cadiz. It is located in the close proximity of the Mercado Central, the central market of Cadiz where you can try the finest local products, especially the fresh fish products, seafood, all kind of tapas, a great wines etc. In the close proximity of the apartment are also a big grocery store, a place with excellent French and Spanish cakes, numerous restaurants, cafes, shops etc. The waterfront promenade, the Cadiz cathedral, and beautiful Genovese park are also very close to the location. The apartment is equipped with everything one need for their short or long stay in the city. It is clean, spacious, with good WiFi, TV, hair dryer, iron etc. In spite of the being located in the center of the Cadiz, apartment itself is calm and quiet and guarantees a quality holiday.

The agency that rents apartment uses the Hoomvip application instead of good old metal key to open and close the apartment. The main idea of this type of application is to make arrival and stay in the apartment easier because when you have this application in your phone you don't need direct, physical contact with agency or landlord on your arrival or departure. However, the application didn't function properly, and I waisted a lot of precious time on it. The problems with Hoomvip application started even before my arrival to Cadiz, since the Agency requested to register myself and other guests in advance, that is before arrival, which was not possible because Hoomvip application was an extremely confusing and poorly functioning. When I finally registered myself and other guests in it (it took us 2 days), after a lot of back and forth with the agency, it functioned properly for a few days, but after that once again we were not able to open the apartment with it, that once again cost us a lot of nerves and time. After the whole experience my well-meaning advice to the agency is to provide the normal, physical keys to its guests as it is unacceptable that something as basic as opening apartment becomes such a problem.
