War alles sauber und entsprach der Beschreibung. TOPP.

Location near Pinkpop by car. Glad to have it booked after an intensive day but very classic and functional. No real positive surprises what you can expect in Germany. Good communication but .. a lot. ;-) Unknown reason why they need 6 hours to clear the room 10u - 16u . No flexibility at all while fully booked. for this low price you better book 2 days to have more time spending the village buying a breakfast of grap some coffee. We had flexible plans but nothing fits unfortunately. We sleep very good between 0100 and 0900 and leave the appartement without coffee (we forgot to bring our own) and have a lovely day with our family further on.

TV not working, no instructions and fully help your self (code wifi at modem we know when you’re clever) the rest was extremely fit to the booking.com specification. Coffee machine (no coffee, city view a busy road, electric socket near bed but not at 2p sofa, one (very good!) shower to get clean before 10u with 5 people actually not possible. Bring your own breakfast and put your day start at 07am so not suited for just one day with people fitting appartement (6p we were with 5). Next time we’ll book 2 days because the appt is good.

Some light bulbs were not working : one light bulb inside the bathroom. and worse : no light outside of the house, we had to use our cellphones lights. And outside of the house there is a dangerous stairs going to the basement. Without lights there’s real danger.

Nice and confortable place! We didn't meet the host, but we received a code number ( by email) to unlock the key /door of the house. The apartment is very large and the beds are very confortable. Kitchen and bathroom are also big, clean and nice. We liked the area, the neighbourhood is clean, safe and quiet. Bus no 21 goes from Ubach-Palemberg train station right to the address, but we couldn't find one on that saturday evening, so we had to walk about 3 km from the train station to the house (and back, the next day - Sunday).

Very comfort apartment with everything one needs for short-term stay. Good location to visit Aachen, Cologne etc.

The quality of beds could be better, they are very soft, mats not good for sleeping. The only thing that should be improved in this excellent apartment.
