the restaurant and the food. very nice food and very good price. the pool and around was also amazing.

A/C shouldn’t be paid extra. First time we see this in a hotel and we use to travel a lot. Beds just a bit uncomfortable and the bathroom conditions could be improved.

Exceptional! The hosts and staff are all lovely made us feel very welcome . Our room was very clean. We had everything we needed towels and bedding were changed throughout our stay . The bar is Reasonably priced with nice food. my daughters absolutely loved the pool area I liked that they have a shallow pool for children. location is perfect within walking distance to the beach, bakeries, supermarket, a bus stop right outside which takes you to the main town . Excellent value for money . Highly recommend!

Run Family Business, Stelios was waiting for us at 2 am. with our keys. The place is well located, great value for money, we had all what we needed in the property, my son loved the pool. Loved the place , we had an amazing time in Crete , and our stay in the property was excellent. will definitely come back. Many thanks to Stelios and his Family.

The location was perfect, close to the bus stops which is just outside. The food that was served was reasonably priced, the pizzas where excellent. T

Wifi could of been better, thuis could only be accessed whilst in the bar or pool area.

The hosts were nice and welcoming. They helped us with recommendations and schedule one of our trips for us. The prices are good compared to other places and you still get a pool (albeit not very large). You also have your own kitchenette to possibly cook on your own.

The location is not ideal, because you are not in the city. There's a buss to reach Chania every 30 minutes. It takes ~25 minutes to reach Chania. This can be improved if you rent your own car. There's a beach in the nearby, but that is true pretty much anywhere on the northern Crete coast.
