Proximity to the airport

Comfortable room with a tarrace. AC was working well, the room was clean and cosy. Sea view available. Location was really good - ~ 500 metres to the beach. Great starting point to Cabo de Gata and Almeria. Friendly and helpful owner, I can recommend the place.

Very dirty room amd bathroom. When we arrived hairs were on the bed and on the bathroom floor. We asked to change the sheet, but they only get us another dirty sheet over the one before. Only one towel for two persons, but we didnt dare to use it, it was old, a lot of staines. No AC, but it supposed to be. Get to squezze into the bathroom, because an unuseful peace of furniture block the half of the door. Hard to find the place, instructions were really bad. Nobody ask for my ID, so they dont pay taxes. Noisy, like in the zoo (dog, cat, I think.I also heard a parrot). No locker on the room door, so if you go out, everybody can come into the room. ....Just an awfull place to be.
