Το ξενοδοχείο, η τοποθεσία, το προσωπικό, οι εγκαταστάσεις, οι παροχές, η καθαριότητα, η εξυπηρέτηση, η προθυμία, η ευγένεια και οτιδήποτε μπορούσα να προσέξω ήταν άψογα και συνετέλεσαν σε μια πολύ ωραία διαμονή και εμπειρία.
Το μόνο που πρόσεξα και με στεναχώρησε αλλά δεν έχει να κάνει με το προσωπικό, τις παροχές και τις εγκαταστάσεις ήταν το ότι, προφανώς με επιλογή της ιδιοκτησίας/διεύθυνσης, κατέστρεψαν όλες τις χελιδονοφωλιες σε όλα τα μπαλκόνια (τουλάχιστον 30, τα σημάδια φαίνονται από μακριά) χωρίς ιδιαίτερο λόγο. Οικογενειακό ξενοδοχείο είναι και δεν νομίζω ότι γονείς ή παιδιά θα ενοχλούνταν με μια φωλιά χελιδονιών στο μπαλκονι τους, ίσα ίσα! Το στενάχωρο ήταν να βλέπεις τα χελιδόνια να μαζεύονται σε μπαλκόνια ψάχνοντας άδικα τις φωλιές τους! Επαναλαμβάνω, μόνο αυτό! Όλα τα αλλά ήταν τέλεια!

The staff were very polite and helpful. The food was average however, I liked the frequency of that.
Rooms were extremely small with zero cabinets to store your clothes and personal belongings. There were no layers to avoid the mosquito entrances into the room. The pool was not for small kids and the kids pool was only for babies.

Το μέγεθος του καταλύματος είναι μικρό σε σχέση με αλλα all inclusives, πράγμα που το κάνει πολύ ξεχωριστό για είναι «συμμαζεμένο», ήταν όλα κοντά σου, όπου κι αν έμενες. Ενώ πήγαμε σε περίοδο που ήταν πραγματικα ολόκληρο το ξενοδοχείο κλεισμένο, δεν υπήρχαν καθυστερήσεις στον μπουφέ η άπειρη πολυκοσμία στην πισινα. Περάσαμε υπεροχα και θα ξαναπάμε σίγουρα!

Very clean place - all staff friendly and welcoming. The sea, the pool, the bar, the restaurant, the spa - all absolutely fantastic! We are definitely going back!

The reception could not provide an invoice for my stay at checkout. They promised to email me the invoice that afternoon one week and 3 emails later still no response. Poor!
Bathroom shower-head hip height, literally. Water goes everywhere but not on you. Corners of the shower have build up dirt and grime.
Bed sheets had red stains on them. Looks like old blood...Please, do not put these on the beds..

the rooms were simple and clean
it was incredibly loud, at the beach they played trash EDM which made it practically unbearable. The restaurant at night also had a terrible pianist playing trad covers until very late and this was so loud the sound bled into the rooms. it’s also just not an enjoyable place to stay in general, the vibe is extremely whack. all the communal areas are insufferable. on top of all of this the staff are quite rude

The renovation was very well done. Everything looks clean, well-kept, and spacious. The Buffay breakfast was better than hotels three times as expensive
The location isn’t amazing. It’s a 20 minute drive to get to Chalkida where you can enjoy more exciting activities. For a resort hotel however, it’s perfect

Breakfast was buffet style with almost everything you could think of from different types of eggs to various cheeses, cure meets, fruited, cereal, cakes, breads and much more. They had indoor and outdoor seating by the pool. George, the mixologist, makes the best cocktails, Bianca and Spiro are outstanding servers and cater well to your needs. The beach bar and the restaurant by the beach are a must to either have a drink and lunch. The night entertainment performed by Roula is exceptional.

Super friendly front desk lady. The propert was lovely, with live music nearly all day, and a buffet breakfast which made the whole experience even better.

The room was comfortable even for three guests. It was nicely decorated. Good wi-fi connection, nice flat tv. The check-in process was fast. Very comfortable bed.
Although the room at first sight appeared clean, with a more careful inspection it was disgusting. There was a bottle full of cigarette ends left in our window and our toilet sink was full of tiny white worms (like those found in the fruits)!!!
The beach of the hotel is nothing special and it was full of litters. Even worse, at night there was a rat moving around sunbeds! At the reception they told us that this happens because the hotel is surrounded by fields.
On Saturday night there was live music at the pool area up until 2:00 AM and it was quite annoying even inside our room.
We really regret for paying for a dinner, since it was completely tasteless.
The hotel should really consider disallowing Bluetooth speakers in public areas. There were some people celebrating something and it was really annoying.
There is a special place in hell for people who put glass doors in toilets!!!

Polite and accommodating staff. All well-spoken and with a smile on their faces! Hotel was beautiful, with a modem feel. Very clean and well-looked after spaces. Will be returning next summer.
