Really enjoyed our time in Tennessee and our stay in this beautiful cabin. Multiple bedrooms with bathrooms gave everyone plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen was better supplied than any other place we’ve ever stayed. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and games downstairs. Would definitely stay here again!

Breath taking views, comfortable private quiet space! Kitchen stocked full of all of the essentials needed to prepare food. Everything was perfect, we even got an unexpected surprise visitor seeing a black bear up close and personal. Felt like home away from home! Would love to book again. The roads leading up to the cabin are steep be prepared in a well equipped vehicle.

Amazing!! Can't beat the view!!!!. Kitchen very well stocked. We enjoyed everything from the amazing view, snow, hot tub, pool table and games. Our grandchildren were elated and so were we. Amazing mountain view!
The cabin is beautiful & well maintained, great house keeping, and well stocked kitchen. The dining room table only seats 8 comfortably, so it was a bummer that everyone couldn’t sit down to meals together (we had a family group of 11). It is a the top of a mountain, so 4-wheel drive would definitely be necessary in the winter months.
It’s a bit of a drive to the National Park (35 min-an hour to some trails) but the view makes it an easy drive. Lots of places to eat or shop within a 30 min drive.
The hot tub was perfect & well maintained. We didn’t get to see any bears on the property, but one of our cars was broken into by a bear (it literally opened the doors & left muddy paw prints on the doors & interior)! There was plenty of rodent activity, but I guess it’s assumed when you’re living in the woods.
Overall, it was a beautiful place to stay with our family!

Family vacation
Perfect for a Multi family getaway. Plenty of beds and there was always hot water for showers.
The view from the upper deck was amazing. We saw a mama bear and her cubs from a distance out the front door.
There was no cell signal for us, so the wifi was important. Internet was spotty. Definitely pull up directions before you head out.

Excellent Vacation Cabin
Our family of 14 had an amazing time at Bear Paw Cabin. The views from the cabin are awesome and seeing 2 momma bears and 5 cubs was great. We didn't spend near enough time here, should have planned at least a week. Would definitely stay here again if we make it back to the Smoky Mountains.

Family Retirement Celebration

Girls Weekend
We had a great time staying at Bear Paw with 12-13 ladies. Cabin was the perfect space for all of us. Beautiful views of the mountains sitting on the porch. Even had the honor of seeing some bears. Highly recommend this cabin

Lovely view and nice home. Stay was marred by septic issues and downstairs flooding. Owner responded promptly in getting a plumber to the home, and refunded the cleaning deposit, but lingering unpleasant odors remained.

Beautiful Cabin with Amazing views!!
Upon arrival the owners gifted us doughnuts! They checked in often to make sure we had no issues. The cabin was stocked well with everything we needed! The drive up was a little scary, but definitely part of the experience.The views were amazing! Loved the secluded feeling! Everything was comfortable! We had a bear show up on 2 different occasions! I would definitely recommend this cabin and any other cabins they own! Thank you for our 5 ⭐️ Family vacation! We definitely plan on a return visit in the future…

Views of the mountains
Absolutely the best view of any cabin any of us had seen in gatlinburg. Only downside was being so far from gatlinburg or pigeon forge strip but we spent the Main portion of the stay at the cabin anyways so not a huge dealbreaker. Plenty of games, pool table, arcade, hot tub to keep occupied and have a blast! Would definitely return to this cabin again in the future!

Million Dollar Views!
We loved this property. The views of Mt. LeConte are spectacular. Accessing the cabin from the back side of Gatlinburg is much more convenient and less stressful than the main strip of tourism. Would certainly visit this cabin again.

Great Vacation Spot
My family stayed here with another family for vacation. The view of the national park from the deck couldn’t have been better. The house was perfect for families - comfortable, clean, had everything we needed. Only about 15 minute drive from downtown Gatlinburg. We saw a mama bear with 3 Cubs on our last day. We would definitely come back here!

We absolutely loved staying in Bearpaw Cabin! It was the perfect size for our family and everything we wanted in a mountain cabin! We were thrilled to actually see a mama bear and her 3 cubs outside our front door! The view from the back porch was incredible and a wonderful way to start and end each day!!!

Booked the property in 2019 for the summer of 2020.
Delayed our stay because of Covid-19 until now.
Absolutely gorgeous place, entire family loved it.
Didn’t get to see any bears, evidently they were there we just didn’t look down the road.
I read the reviews about the road getting there and thought oh it can’t be that bad…….definitely a lil scary.

Those mountains though!
No doubt the best thing about this property was the view. The house was also lovely and perfect for our 2 families. More than 2 families may have been a squeeze. The area is gorgeous. The pictures truly don't do it justice! The house had everything we needed. The hot tub was nice-- the control screen had some glitches- but the house owner was immediately responsive to my texts to allow me to troubleshoot and even checked in the next day to make sure all was well :-) I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area-- close to everything you want to do, but not right in the middle of the very touristy Gatlinburg strip. Simply gorgeous and peaceful place to get away :-)

Amazing Views, Great Location!
We stayed here at this cabin for my best friends bachelor party, it was the perfect place for it! The views were absolutely incredible, it's hard to find such a great cabin that overlooks the borders of the Smoky Mountains National Park! There is a Food City very close also for anything you could possibly need, as well as places to buy firewood and check out local liquor stores. The cabin was the perfect size for what we needed, everyone had more than enough space and the beds were comfortable. The charcoal grill and wood burning outdoor fireplace worked great for our steaks and mountain pies. The hot tub is huge! Water was warm upon our arrival. The house was a little dusty in spots, but other than that we had no complaints whatsoever. This is a cabin we plan on coming back to as a group and I also plan on coming back with my family as well, highly recommend! The owners were very quick to answer our questions and the easy check-in made our stay easy as one could imagine. Already looking forward to our next stay!

Peaceful Weekend Getaway
The home is a large log cabin made out of massive timber logs. It is laid out very well on two levels with two king master bedrooms with attached baths situated between a small kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace on the first floor. The lower level has two king bedrooms with bathrooms situated between the game/family room. The game room has a pool table which was used a lot by my three grandsons and son-in-law as well as two arcade type games. The one bedroom has a bunk bed along with the king. There is also an area off the game room with additional bunks as well as a laundry room. The hot tub is very large and on the lower level off the porch. The upper porch has rocking chairs overlooking the gorgeous mountains. We loved sitting out there with a hot cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. So peaceful and breathtakingly beautiful. Enjoyed the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg during the day, but found it nice to come home to our comfortable peaceful home with great Mountain View’s in the evening to unwind. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer!
