RARE "DOUBLE UNIT" BEAUTIFUL Deluxe Studio Condo just steps to the ocean!
Ce condo studio de luxe est situé au "coin" du premier étage de Bogue Shores, vous offrant une intimité supplémentaire. Spacieux et joliment décoré, comprenant un salon et une cuisine complète avec une chambre séparée qui a deux lits queen et une salle de bain complète spacieuse avec douche à l'italienne. Le canapé-lit queen-size du salon permet un espace de couchage supplémentaire pour les invités. Il y a une porte entre les 2 chambres pour plus d'intimité. Vous pouvez voir la grande piscine de cette unité au rez-de-chaussée et le magnifique accès à la plage est à seulement quelques pas. En plus des plages de sable, vous aurez également accès à la voie navigable inter-côtière située derrière l'installation. Vous aurez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances merveilleuses et relaxantes. Il y a des barbecues sur la propriété, un kiosque et une balançoire pour s'asseoir et se détendre tout en regardant les bateaux passer. Il y a beaucoup d'espace "gazonné" pour les enfants! Si vous souhaitez apporter votre bateau, cette installation dispose d'une rampe de mise à l'eau qui permet aux clients d'accéder à un coût supplémentaire. (VEUILLEZ CONTACTER LE PROPRIÉTAIRE / ASSISTANT POUR PLUS D'INFO) ou, vous pouvez réserver une excursion d'une journée sur l'un des nombreux bateaux de pêche charter. Vous ne vous souciez pas de la pêche, mais vous voulez faire un saut d'île en île? Prenez le ferry pour Cape Lookout ou Shackleford pour la journée. We loved this property! It's the perfect size! We were able to cook meals and enjoy them with family due to the large kitchen area. Beds were very comfortable! Loved the Pool! Very easy access to the beach. All in all a perfect 10!

I would recommend this room for anyone,it was very clean and convenient for my family. It has two entrances for early risers to keep from waking up other family members.We have rented several times and we will definitely rent again.

We had a great time and perfect wreathed this year. The property location is perfect to go from pool to beach to bay side multiple time a a day. The double room allowed us to bring 3 kids. There was plenty of storage. Kitchen had what we needed to make meals. Hostess was responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Excellent unit and great location
Wonderfully spacious unit with everything that you could want for a beach stay. Dock for boating and fishing with beach access out the front door. Very clean and well kept! I will be back!!

Wonderful rental and location!
The property is nice, clean, and well furnished. It is also very convenient to all area attractions; access to the beach was a breeze. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is because I got injured during my trip; however, this had nothing to do with the property. It was wonderful; and I would highly recommend it to a couple or small family!

Great Location
We enjoyed our stay here aside from dodging rain showers all weekend. Location was great especially as we had to adapt our plans due to the rain. Beach access right across the street, grocery store right down the road, great restaurants nearby. The aquarium was awesome. The beach music festival was fun as well. Overall we had a great stay. Thanks for allowing us to stay at this property. Only issue was the need to have the door locks repaired.....it was a constant issue trying to get the key to work in the locks.

Enjoyable vacation!
We had fun at the pool and beach in the good weather days. On the rainy days, the unit provided entertainment with kid movies. The unit was private but the ac / dehumidifier noise was a little loud.
We got used to it quickly but if someone is a light sleeper maybe ask about different settings on machines.

Enjoyable vacation spot
This rare unit at Bogue Shores was the perfect spot for our getaway. The owner communicated quickly, the place was clean, and the location could not have been better. The view of the sound and the ocean just steps away made for lots to do. I will be back…maybe just me!!

Clean, safe and across the street from the beach access
The property was clean and a quite environment at night. Me and my daughter felt very safe there at various hours entering and leaving. The people that live there year round were very nice and would speak as well. The rooms were clean and decorated beautifully. No smoking in the room or on property as stated, with the exception of a nice smoking area with a picnic table overlooking the sound at the end of the complex that was easy to get to. This is a downstairs corner unit and very close and easy access to the parking lot. The lock on the door needs to be replaced as the key can often take a bit of struggle to enter in which I am sure she will address. The beach access was right across he street. Half way down the sandy path there is an opening in which you can walk in a parking lot the rest of the way and then enter the beach. It made it easier as often times heavy sand is no picnic to walk through. The beach area was beautiful and lots of shells anytime of day we went. Better shells were about midway from where the sand starts and the ocean begins. Seemed to be a very family friendly area of the beach which was nice and peaceful. Food Lion was just down the road and many restaurants close by. This unit was great for the 2 of us and we would stay again. The owner Edwina is wonderful and responds quickly if you have a question.

Great Get-away
The condo is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. It is across the street from the beach, with easy access. It is an older property but that doesn't take away from its charm. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Fantastic Property!
This property is absolutely perfect! A double room for a little more space, right at the pool, and literally across the street from the beach! The accommodations were clean and we felt right at home. Lots of appliances to help make cooking at "home" possible and well stocked! We will definitely be back!
Also, the Bogue Shores community owners were so very welcoming and we enjoyed meeting new friends.

We had a great stay. It was clean and very comfortable. Close to the huge pool, a short walk to the beach. Close to stores and restaurants too. 6 of us were very comfortable.

Cute place with great view of pool!
This is one of the few rooms at Bogue Shores that is a double unit and can accomodate more than 4 people. The unit is decorated with beach theme with bright colors. We loved that the extremely large pool is only steps away from the room and sound. We had a few minor issues and Sheila the rental assistant manager responded quickly to get the issues resolved. She was very friendly and able to get the issues resolved quickly so we could get back to enjoying our vacation. We love Bogue Shores and have stayed here in the past. The unit had everything we needed with exception of washer and dryer. One suggestion I may make to the owner is to get rid of the futon in the living room because it is not comfortable and hard to set up for sleeping and taking back down- alot of pulling and frustration went into setting up and taking down the futon for the kids to sleep on. It is not very comfortable for sitting either in a family room. Would love to have had a community washer and dryer on the premises since one is not in the room because wet clothes do pile up quickly. Overall the location is great and the condo is nice.

Close to beach and eateries and great pool
Overall my family had a good stay at this property. however we do wish we didn’t have to worry about buying soap for the shower, additional trash bags, and additional toilet paper for the four days and nights we stayed. Although parking tags are required to park in the lot, when we arrived, the tags were not in the rental apartment as indicated. It took about an hour to get in contact with the owner to find a resolution to this problem which she quickly dealt with once she returned my call. I highly recommend that the owner consider installing a small washer and dryer unit just for the convenience of washing clothes and towels for those who travel long distances and have limited or no other options. It is a nice place to stay otherwise. The pool was large and a wonderful option for our children, especially since the beach was under Red Flag warnings. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, plates, cups and utensils although we ate at local restaurants most of the time. Since I did not cook in the unit, I did not look for spices in the cabinets. The entrance key was easily located as described in the owners initial email at time of booking. This property was in a convenient location to the beach, restaurants, shopping areas, Fort Morgan, and other nearby towns. This property is also across the street from a public access walkway to the beach and has a beautiful view of Bogue Sound.in the back. We were able to regulate the room temperature and humidity to our liking. A beach chair and pool noodles were located in the closet which came in handy for our children. We recommend this property for a girlfriend or couple getaway, or a very small family. This is a no-frills property, but it is convenient to nearly everything you would need or want.
