Amazing room, staff and breakfast.

The size of the room was big with high ceiling, the washroom was modern and clean

The lady at the check in counter was extremely stubborn, we mentioned in the booking that we will be two. Adults and a child age 11 but she ask all three of us to sleep on the same bed or pay extra for additional bed. This became very frustrating as she refused checkin until a gentleman named Usama came and resolve the matter. Just imagine you are coming after a long travel and have to face such employees at checkin when you actually need rest.

The bathroom exhaust need to be more effective.

Прекрасный, новый, современный отель. Чистота везде, персонал выше всяких похвал. Отличный матрас, очень качественное белье. Косметика в ванной комнате Karl Lagerfeld. Учтены все мелочи, которые на самом деле, делают пребывание восхитительным.

Неплохой завтрак, но на мой взгляд, не хватает хороших сыров и мясной нарезки. Больше ориентирован на азиатскую кухню. И для 5* отеля не хватает диетических блюд - диабетических, веганских, безглютеновых и т.п.

2024 in Dubai gestartet Stop over auf dem Weg nach Kapstadt über Silvester eingelegt. Das Grand Millennium eignet sich hervorragend für einen Erkundungsaufenthalt in Dubai. Tolle Lage, große schöne Zimmer, sehr gepflegt und super nettes Personal. Loui begrüßt einen immer so herzlich am Eingang, gefühlt ist er immer da!! Super gutes Frühstück, mehrere Restaurants im Haus und ein schöner Pool mit Bar. Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Touren ideal! Rundum zu empfehlen!! Herzlichen Dank und ein schönes Jahr 2024 dem ganzen Team!

Loved the location, fantastic for central Dubai and great for walks along the canal. Lovely view of the canal. Very attentive staff. Breakfast options were great. Bed was very comfy. Room service food was delicious. Great salon on site.

Decor was a bit dated and there were some stains on the room carpet. An initial smell from the bathroom which disappeared once used. TV remote control not working properly - cannot lower volume.

Breakfast had limited options.

The rooms were large. We stayed in two corner rooms on the top floor (19th). Both had good views. The location was good in the sense that this is a newly developing part of Dubai. However, metro was not accessible. We had to opt for taxis mostly. But, the hotel provides shuttles at fixed times to the Dubai Mall and the La Mer beach.

Though the rooms were good, and were on the same floor, still there was an atrium in between. The type of room we booked (Superior King) apparently does not have interconnecting facility.

Breakfast was adequate and had lots of options. Location was perfect with business bay not far away from downtown at all, 5-6 mins from taxi which was always available at hotel doorstep. Canal boardwalk was a bonus and lots of restaurant options within the hotel itself.

Not much vegan options on the breakfast or the menus. The vegan options are indian dishes, and not everyone is keen to eat indian food. There is no milk variety in the breakfast also. The room amenities are very basic as there is no nespresso machine, for example.
