My friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend. It was amazing! The house was clean. The inside and outside spaces were perfect for relaxing and entertainment.

6 bed 3 bath plus a lofted bedroom/ hangout area. Plenty of space in the house. First floor game room was great. The pool table and the arcade games kept the kids busy. We would’ve appreciated more toilet paper and garbage bags but we came ready. We also thought there would be more outdoor space. The fire pit area was nice but the fire pit was loaded with ash that had sat in the rain. We had to clean that out to use it. Minor things, but overall we enjoyed the house and are interested in returning or renting something bigger if possible.

Very clean and had plenty of space

This is our second year going to Lake Harmony for a college reunion with all our children and this house was perfect for our large group. Close to the beach, plenty of accommodations, game room and hot tub were a hit with the kids and the adults enjoyed the fire pit at night time. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed your home so much. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen had all cooking supplies needed. Had 20 plus 3 toddlers and never felt crowded. Perfect location. So close to the lake. And we loved the fire pit and hot tub. Would definitely return. Thank you!!

The issue was mainly due to communication with the property owner. The unwillingness to help and receiving one word responses hours later was beyond me. For a four day vacation, with 10+ people there were no additional toilet paper or paper towels rolls. The single roll of both the paper towel and toilet paper both ran out within hours of the first day. That is not accommodating for a CABIN STAY. When we reached out to the property manager for any additional toilet paper or paper towels we were left with the response of “Go buy it.”. The micro aggressions and blatant disrespect was not worth booking. The fridge does not work, the food never got cold after four days and our some of our food did go bad. The air conditioner does not regulate the entire home. It was 85 degrees in the cabin upon arrival and stayed that way the entire trip; very uncomfortable. The home looks good online, but issues with the property will be evident upon arrival. I would not recommend this property.

Rented this home for a cousin's weekend. The home was well appointed, clean, and had all the amenities you would need to have a wonderful stay. The property management company was also friendly and responsive. Would definitely rent this property again!

Great property. Very easy to deal with from a communications perspective. The realty company was very responsive as well. Would stay again.

Our experience at Gobbler’s Knoll was great. The house had the perfect setup for our family’s needs. The game room was a very popular spot with the kids. Pictures and description of property were accurate. We would return to this house next time we are in the area.

My entire family came for a long weekend. We were very satisfied and enjoyed our stay very much. Looking forward to renting same home again first time up there for some of us. Only thing I would reccomend as far as things needed there wash cloths or remember to bring your own.

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway! Super clean, great location. The sink on the 3rd floor backed up a bit but that was the only issue.

We had an amazing cousins weekend here! It was the perfect house for a large group - every person had a bed! The neighborhood is in a perfect location. Highly recommend!

Had a great time!

We rented this property with 11 cousins for our cousins daughters wedding. It was the perfect backdrop to the weekend festivities we attended. Clean, confortable snd perfectly located.

We loved staying at gobblers knoll. The house came equipped with everything we needed for a weekend of hanging out and cooking meals. Supermarket very close by. Check in was easy and communication was seamless. House is just as pictured. Major plus: house was spotless upon arrival. We were really able to make ourselves home here.

The photos do a great job of outlining the space. Very spacious rooms and comfortable accommodations. Two things to note are 1. it is extremely close to other houses, so there is no privacy if you are out on the deck, which wasn't a problem for us. 2. I guess VRBO doesn't require some minimums of basic items, which is probably good for Covid anyways. But we did have to bring our own toilet paper, paper towels, salt, oil, etc.

Great area, beautiful house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with friends and family. There was plenty of room for our group of 20 and it didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The hot tub was wonderful and a huge plus! A few complaints:The refrigerator was really wonky up until the morning we departed. The temperature reached a whopping 64 degrees and it was nerve wracking as there was a lot of money's worth of food inside. The note on the refrigerator stated to give it 24 hours to regulate, but it went well beyond that. (There was no food blocking the ventilation either). Luckily, nothing spoiled, albeit many things were room temperature that shouldn't have been. The heating/cooling system could also use updated instructions as it was a little confusing to operate. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay, even with the refrigerator situation causing a little stress.
