My daughter and I spent a lovely weekend here. The condo was very clean and well set up with all of anything you’d need for your stay. The only thing that could use some help is a new mattress.

The size room and the location wasn’t an issue for us—it was smaller than it seemed in photos, but we are a family of 4 (two small kids), and a pack n play still fit in there, no complaints about that. Walking distance from the beach access isn’t too bad, but if you’re carrying chairs, umbrellas, ice chest, etc. it’s not ideal. The tram situation was a little unclear, there isn’t instructions on where to go to wait for a tram, and the tram will not run on “inclement weather” aka its sprinkling outside. They are electric I guess so I understand.
My biggest gripe with this room/property in particular is that there is NO DRAWERS to unpack your stuff. We were literally living out of a suitcase for 4 days, in a small room, so that was pretty frustrating. There a couple of tiny shelves in a tiny closet to hang stuff, but there was already stuff on the shelves in there (extra blankets, etc.) and our stuff was meant to be unpacked into drawers—not hung up. It was probably my fault, I should have realized in the photos, there is a console table? under the wall-mounted tv but no drawers. That makes zero sense, to me. There should be drawers there in my opinion. It is important to me to feel organized in a smaller room, and the lack of it was overwhelming. Anyway, overall that alone would deter me from staying again, unless there was drawers put in.

The property was in a great location and good communication.
However, every-time the outside door opened the door to the condo would rattle and we got woken up many times at night because it happened at all hours.

This was our first trip to the 30A area and we couldn't have been more pleased with this rental or its location! It was the perfect size for the two of us. The pool area was conveniently just outside the door with the beach tram stop right around the corner. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Sandra was great to work with and very helpful and responsive to questions. Unit is small but has pretty much everything you need. Also includes 3 beach chairs which I don’t think we’re in the description so that was nice. Great location and very nice pool area and easy access to the beach via the tram. We absolutely love Seacrest and surrounding areas of Rosemary and Alys. So much to do and eat, shop, and ride bikes to. Couple things I would say are somewhat negative is that it did smell a little musty every time we walked in unit, AC had a little trouble keeping up to cool unit down and it was only 75 out but very humid a couple days when we stayed the last week of March, bed is very squeaky and mattress was uncomfortable and needs to be replaced, and there is no dresser for placing clothes only a small closet with a couple shelves that is even hard to get in to. A small dresser could definitely fit by end of couch. Other than that it was a great place and an amazing area and very reasonable price.

This was perfect for our little family of 3. It is in the building that is right by the pool and one of the pools is a zero entry, which was perfect for my two young kids. The rental is well equipped for cooking a simple meal and the full size fridge is helpful.

This was our first trip to Rosemary Beach. Perfect place for us.
Considering it was just me and my daighter, I wanted to be in an area close to dining and easy walk to the beach. This was perfect for our first time there. I felt safe and we could walk to everything we needed as well as close to friends staying in the houses. Our room was clean and perfectly appointed with everything we needed. Sandra was an awesome host, very quick to respond to any of my concerns or needs.

Great Beach Getaway!
The condo and the Village of South Walton is a wonderful place to be for the 30A experience, super clean and well maintained. Two awesome swimming pools. Everything is within walking distance. Great location between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Perfect for a quick getaway
This was our first time visiting Rosemary beach and it was a great experience. Saundra and Chantal was quick in their responses and the condo had everything we needed and more. The private beach access was a quick walk from the condo and was perfect for us. Many restaurants within walking distance and lots of places to explore.

Nice Clean 30A Place
Small, but well appointed. If you don't have a big crew, this is a great place. Perfect for 1 or 2. We had a third, and that made it a little tight, but we spent most of our time at the beach or the pool anyway. Owners were attentive and place was clean.

Wrong apartment
Property booked different than property we were given the access code to. Walked in on another couple that was in the room we thought we booked and received instructions for. Received text from owner for different property at 11:30am the day of. Very disappointing on our wedding night.

Excellent Choice for the Area
This unit was in a perfect location for exploring 30A-- it was nestled right between Rosemary and Alys Beach with affordable bike rental out front. The property was accurately described (just be sure to read all the helpful details!), and we enjoyed making the trip more affordable by utilizing the kitchenette area and the property's grills. The unit itself was very comfortable for 2 adults, and the balcony help extend the small square footage making it feel open and larger than it is. Sandra was so prompt and helpful with communication, and we'd definitely stay here again! We would however, recommend going to the public beach access Sandra recommended in the Welcome Packet-- the beach access included with the stay was unpleasantly overcrowded with vendors.

Easy choice for business trip
I had to be in the area for a business but decided to take an extra day for myself. I typically stay in Rosemary Beach but the overall price was too expensive. Since it was just myself I decided to look at the village studios and it was the best decision I made. This one had plenty of room, a sofa for comfort, and

Great location & proximity to everything! The room was perfect for me & my husband. I do wish the bed was more comfortable & AC/Heat was controllable by a temperature. Other than that everything was great & we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome!
We only had one problem. VRBO forgot to forward the check-in information and all the details for our stay. Luckily Sandra was the best!!!! She helped us by sending all the info by text so we were able to get into our condo promptly and then had someone bring by a hard copy for our condo too. This property was everything they said it was. So chill and relaxing as everything in the condo was exactly what we needed. And food and drinks from great doughnuts to yummy pizza, Mexican food and drinks were on the premises. We only went to the beach by tram once, as we found the public beach which was just around the corner, was less crowded and had nice restrooms handy. This is a perfect condo for 2.

Cozy & Quaint with all the bells and whistles
Cute gem hidden from the main attraction. Quiet and comfortable to enjoy with sun or rain. Convenience is an understatement... and with two young kids... I’m grateful for the little amenities that were provided. Definitely will rent this space again. Only setback was the community laundry room... two washers and two dryers for a big complex isn’t the most ideal setup (which is of no fault to the owner). Only two of the machines worked and the credit card payment option was a headache.

We loved it!
I was a little hesitant booking a studio for a family of four(3 & 9yr old) but it was perfect! The choice of two pools was fantastic and the condo had everything we needed! Had to cut our trip short because of Hurricane Michael and property owner Sandra was super helpful and even emailed us about the weather before we knew how serious it was! Thank you, we will be back soon!

Perfect for a quick getaway
We thought the location of the room absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed the easy access to bikes, food, shops, and entertainment nearby. The room is very quaint, but we knew that when we booked it. The room was clean. The kitchenette had all that we needed. We did find the bed to be very uncomfortable. Other than that, it was perfect for a quick getaway.

Precious studio condo!
My husband and I stayed here for our first anniversary getaway this summer. The condo is a perfect spot for two! Everything was so clean and well stocked upon our arrival. If staying a week or longer, I would prepare to eat out for most meals, as it can be difficult to cook a full meal in a small kitchenette. We were however, able to cook small and easy meals! Having the keurig was also a huge plus! We walked to the beach most mornings to beat the crowds, but it was really nice being able to ride the tram back in the afternoons. It could be a long walk for small kids or if carrying a lot of beach items. Overall, this condo was perfect for us and I would be happy to return again!

Great vacation spot in Seacrest!
We loved our recent stay in June for vacation. The room is very convenient to tons of restaurants (all within walking distance). Getting to the tram with your beach stuff takes a little work, but it’s worth it for the beautiful beach. Also the tram takes you right to the beach access once you board, which is awesome. They also provide their phone number so you never wait more than 4 minutes for it to pick you up. The room would be cramped for more than 2 people, but it was well stocked, clean, and adorably decorated. Sandra is super responsive should you need her for anything. We definitely recommend this unit!

Great location and pool for kids!
This was a great a getaway and the studio is perfect for 2 adults and a toddler. Close walk to everything and the pool is amazing for kids. There is a shallower zero entry with sprinklers pool for kids along with a more adult pool. The tram to the beach was perfect. I will for sure be coming back to stay here! The only thing it is missing is a washer/dryer in the unit.

It Was Perfect!
My best friend and I booked this condo at the last minute for Labor Day Weekend. It was exactly what we needed! Perfect location. Loved the pools and hot tub just outside. Sandra made everything painless.

Cute Studio
This was a very well kept studio very close to town. I was there with my daughter and her friend. It was a bit tight for 3 of us but would haven been perfect for two. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen was stocked and decor was quaint and updated. There was a cute little patio that we used a few times. We were close to Seacrest Village and Beach and felt the location was perfect. I would definitely recommend this studio! Thank you!

True to photos and description
We stayed over a long weekend. Very easy getting into unit. On Second floor and luggage cart was easy to get. Parking was also easy. Quiet section of the Village, even though the Pools are next to the bldg. Kitchen was well stocked and even had a full size fridge (even though the studios were only designed for a bar fridge. The unit was clean.
Cons- toiletries (only one tiny soap and shampoo). No Kleenex. Bed was too soft for my preference. The only reason I didn't rate it a 5 star was because the decor and furnishings were average.
