The house was big and comfy, with plenty of space for all of us. The bedrooms were cozy, and we loved hanging out in the living room. We had a blast splashing around in the pool and chilling on the patio. Plus, the community had cool stuff like a golf course and clubhouse – we never ran out of things to do! Our stay was seriously awesome. We made so many fun memories and can't wait to come back!

Great property in a great gated neighbourhood.
The house was well equipped with all the necessities for a lengthy stay. The pool and spa were great and well worth the extra charge for pool heat. The property manager was quick to respond to any issues (which were minor) and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Our only complaint would be that the King bedroom was very small and had limited storage space. We would definitely book here again!

This property was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the property manager was excellent. They called me about a month ahead of my booking to see if I wanted to add the use of the grill and they also called the day of check in to make sure everything was ok. I also received numerous emails answering any questions that I could possibly have.
When arriving at the home we walked it to see two displays with my name on them welcoming me. I thought that was a very personal touch. They were smart displays that also told you about the property and the area.
I can't wait to stay here again. My group was women over 40 and it checked all of our boxes.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this villa and both times have not let us down. We loved it here, feels like a home away from home and had everything we needed. Above all, it was very clean. The beds were also very comfortable, and the pool was fabulous. We had 4 adults and 3 children and we had more than enough room, could easily fit another family and if you divide the cost of the home, its well worth it

We choose this home for the handicap accessible features. This area lacks desparatly as there are so many people that are disabled vacationing in the Disney World area. I am so grateful that I was able to find exactly what my family needed. The home was well appointed and comfortable. It met most of our needs. I wish it had a fenced back yard. It is pet friendly and it would have been nice for our 2 year old to run around safely.

The house is very nice, fresh and clean, everything is impeccable, Lisa took great care of us, talking to her was the solution and she is very quick to answer, we had a nice experience, my baby was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The pool was always at the temperature we wanted and we were able to enjoy it as we expected. We will surely return

Perfectly described!
This was a wonderful place to stay for our trip to Disney. My grandchildren absolutely loved it! Wonderfully decorated and has everything thing you could need. Resort staff very friendly and we enjoyed many days at the community pool and in the evenings relaxed in our private pool. Lisa and Martha made sure we had a great stay and was comfortable. We adored our trip and would stay again.

Enjoyed every part of the stay
Thank you for a great stay! The home was clean, comfortable and a perfect setup for our family of 8. Everything was as described and check-in was a breeze. The home is just a short walk to the clubhouse and amenities which is a huge plus. We enjoyed every part of the stay.

Great vacation rental
The property is very spacious with very modern look to it and is extremely well maintained. The lake view at the rear of the home is stunning and it was very tranquil to sit out here each morning an watch the sun come up. The wildlife will keep you entertained. Lisa and the team in Florida looked after us and made sure our stay was enjoyable. We will certainly venture here again.

Beautiful villa and very clean and well organised. We loved the outdoor space. There was a shaded area with table & chairs, and plenty of sun loungers for enjoying the sunshine. We'd love to stay here again in the future as we had a great experience.

Well equipped vacation home
We greatly enjoyed our stay! Lisa and her Team made sure we were taken care of! The home we switched to was huge, clean and conveniently located to stores, parks and highways. Gated community makes you feel very safe - PERFECT vacation home
This rental property exceeded my expectations and this being our first vacation home experience it was truly memorable. Lisa is very responsive and took care of all our needs, there is also a property manager on site who can answer any in person queries/ concerns. The house was very spacious and we all had enough space to spread out and focus on work/school activities, the heated pool was just amazing, made our stay feel more like vacation . We were all very sad after our 2 week stint, should have stayed for longer. The gated community makes you feel very safe. Highly recommend the place, cant wait to go back hopefully next year!

This home is beautiful, and clean inside. The community is safe and maintained really nice. The home has a private pool which gets the sun all day, but we also enjoyed the communal pool. There's a fun pool with slides and a second adult pool for swimming. If you stay here, you must check the communal pools out too.

Nice home, handicap equipped
The home is beautiful! The food items were nice, but it would be better to individualize it. The white bread, milk, cookies, I couldn't eat, as am allergic to all. Leaving a starter for clothes washer would've been very helpful. Also, some small salt and pepper.
The pool heater must've been left on by previous renters. We were eager to use pool, and it was 102 degrees!! Way too hot, even for a Jacuzzi!!
Termites showed up for a visit, in the master bath and pool. Management did take care of those quickly and appropriately.
Management company is fast and virtuous.

We had a great stay at Crofton Springs, we travelled with 4 kids under 2.5 and the free for hire child supplies were a saviour! We enjoyed the house very much, it was very spacious, lots of room for 2 families of 4!

It's a beautiful house very comfortable. It's a new house with good spaces. Looks just like the photos. It has a great pool and the community area is amazing because it has a big pool with fun slides for kids. Tennis courts and golf. It's a little far away from a food market or restaurant it takes 10 minutes to get there. 20 min to Disney and 25 to Orlando downtown. 20 min to the International Dr.

Family stay at Crofton Springs
A lovely property; modern, well equipped, clean and well laid out. From time of booking to after our return home customer service has been excellent. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure we enjoyed our stay and all of our many and varied needs were met. Location of property was excellent both for theme parks and airport and also access to attractions further afield. Being lazy, we booked additional cleaning services throughout our stay and these were thorough and unobtrusive. We would highly recommend Ellis Exclusive Villas.

The home was located in a gated community. Nicely decorated and had all the amenities needed for us as a family with a handicapped adult. The roll in shower & pool lift were much appreciated. Great place to stay, very nicely located close to all big roads and not too far from many tourist locations. Clean, spacious house with plenty of rooms/bathrooms/nice pool, good beds, plenty towels, big TVs and fast Wifi. Nice gated community with lots of homes, good community pool and playground and golf course. Very fast and friendly communication from agent.

Our overall experience with Ellis Exclusive Villas and this particular villa was very good.
The villa was in excellent condition and very well appointed with all of the agreed facilities.
The welcome pack was extremely useful, with a good selection of useful items, which helped us to settle in quickly after a long journey.
We were pleased to find that some basic washing and cleaning products were provided.
We had some issues with the pool heating which became an ongoing problem. However, we felt assured that Ellis did everything possible to address the issues as quickly as possible.
We greatly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to use Ellis again, or to recommend them to friends.

Brilliant Villa
Had a brilliant 14 night stay in the beautiful Crofton springs property located in the providence community. Was a perfect location for us traveling to the theme parks and the local restaurants. The villa was beautifully decorated and had everything that we needed in it. The beds were so comfortable to sleep in which I find very important when away from home so well done! We stayed when hurricane Matthew was about to hit Florida and the management team were in touch via email and phone to ensue our safety which I found brilliant. Thanks again and can't wait to re-visit again!

At home in Orlando!
This is truly a "hostess with the mostest". Our family took a vacation to Disney. We typically stay in a Disney hotel but happened on Lisa's properties. We'd never rented a home so I reached out to Lisa with plenty of questions. She was quick to respond, very polite and professional -- a real pleasure to deal with. We settled on one of her properties in a gated community about 20 minutes from the parks. This was truly the best decision. We stayed six nights...the kids had their own rooms, bathrooms and TVs, the pool was steps away in the lunai, and we were able to eat breakfast every morning before heading out. I can't imagine that we would have enjoyed our time as a family as much had we been in a hotel room with two beds, one TV and one bathroom! The property was decorated with upscale touches yet extremely comfortable. The house had everything we needed and more...we didn't realize the property had a game room as well! After this experience, I know that I will never take a family vacation in a hotel again. This was an incredible experience! Thank you, Lisa, for sharing your beautiful vacation property with our family! We will be back!

This home is beautiful..Everything was brand new, clean and well kept. Plenty of space for my family of four. The screened in pool area was perfect for the Florida heat. Overall experience/impression of this home wonderful. I plan on booking this home again next year for our family vaction.
