Excellent location for walking the coastal path. Good size with comfortable sofas and good parking. Easy walk to the beach, local pub/ restaurant and shop. Has a drinks fridge which was very useful. The dishwasher was good and more importantly there was plenty of extra crockery etc to use while it was on.

The info in the file needs to be up to date re Wi-Fi codes, how to turn the heating on and using Sky TV. Also there needs to be something to say “step” as you walk through to the dining room in the conservatory as it was a UVP door with a bottom strip, as I tripped and nearly fell!

Perfect location and the house provided an ideal base for all our family.

Perfect location by the beach and a well kept spacious property. The neighbouring golf course was a delight to play with fantastic views.

Location near to beach, comfortable well furnished with a beautiful homely feel, family orientated and helpful approachable host.

A little cold in the conservatory at the time of year we visited - but only sat there for meals so not really an overall issue. Just bring a jumper - sorted!
