The property is on 3 levels with steep long staircase from the frint door to the kitchen & then to the next level. The 3rd level being the 2nd bedroom is serviced by a narrow spiral staircase. The young, the elderly, thise with mobility issues are badley effected. The owner should take pictures if these so one can easily & fully understand the ussues at hand.

Location.

There could have been some comfortable seating such as a small sofa. It was either the bed or stools after a long day out. Also, the stairs are very steep so difficult to negotiate with a suitcase.

Bed was really comfortable. And equipped nice kitchen. kitchen could have been smaller and fixed a sofa instead of big empty cupboards. Plus a bathroom in the first floor is needed.

Unfortunately we did not know that it was just 3 rooms on top of each other. I had my dad with an immobility scooter. Took my parents for a holiday as a present. Unfortunately Bosa didn't go so well. Not gonna get much into this but there are stairs....stairs....and more stairs. Couldn't even get his scooter to be charged for the next day - above all.....there is no bathroom after you go up on the first floor, so for someone like my dad that was impossible. Otherwise nice location, but honestly till today....there was no stair pics anywhere or ever mentioned. I'm really disappointed.

Modern, spacious, location, well equipped, easy communication with the host. Exceptionally clean especially given we booked at pretty short notice.

Not a big negative but there are currently renovations going on in the outside of the building so you have to enter through some scaffolding. Also as others have mentioned be aware there are narrow stairs and no lift.

Checking in was very easy and the hosts have been welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. Thank you and we look forward to be back!

Chiara went way beyond her duty to make my stay successful, helping my arrival at Bosa on a Sunday considerably easier than it might have been by giving me a lift. Thanks again! The property was exceptionally clean. Minimal decoration, but all the equipment was modern and worked well. Beautiful outlook on the river and within the old town.

Such a nice apartment. Everything was really new and clean. The bed was very comfortable with really comfy pillows! The location was excellent, overlooking the river. Such a beautiful setting. Nice restaurants close by also Chiara was very helpful on WhatsApp and we met Anna, the owner's Mother who cleaned the apartment. She too was very nice. Overall an excellent place to stay.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it, but I think should be mentioned. The apartment is on 2 floors with narrow stairs. If you bring big suitcase, consider this.

Perfect place to stay - big rooms, 2 bathrooms, big kitted-up kitchen. Nice view, close to grocery store, bars and historic center. Host - Anna - was incredibly kind, she gave us good recommendations for beach and restaurant. Really nice stay!!!

All perfect, however attention to high and narrow stairs if travelling with kids or having mobility limits
