The Carr’s home is perfect. We came out to celebrate my mother’s 80th (9 of us). Rooms were perfect, the pool was amazing, the layout of the house was perfect. Right by the water, 2 minute walk to a private beach and a beautiful 1 mile walk to town. Larry was just a text or phone call away if we needed anything or had any questions- which we didn’t. Truly the best host. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended

Our third year renting and I may have run out of superlatives. It is simply a lovely home and yard/pool, with gracious hosts who have tried to think of everything guests might need and are very responsive should any issues arise. Once again, our multigenerational family a great stay. The only negative I can think of is this: If you don't like the people you are staying with, family or otherwise, this might not be the home for you as the layout is highly conducive to lots of good interactions, both indoors and out.

We just finished a truly delightful week at this fabulous house. The host really understands how to make the experience easy for the guests. Everything was clean. Everything was well organized. The location is just a short walk from Sag Harbor beach. We truly loved our stay. It’s a quiet neighborhood. The house is well stocked and in great condition. Will definitely try and schedule another stay at this wonderful home.

This is our second time renting this property and it’s just so fantastic. From the furniture and appliances to all the little touches to the gorgeous house itself - everything here is first class. And Larry and Jennifer, the owners, are wildly helpful. Just a true five star experience start to finish. Every room is sleek and beautifully done, and yet the house feels like a home. Great pool. Multiple washing machines and dryers. Very well appointed throughout. Highly recommend!

Our second stay as a multigenerational extended family and I hope just one of many to come. Over the years we have rented several other houses in Sag Harbor and this is our favorite. A beautiful house, great layout and space, and with everything provided other than food. The huge heated saltwater pool is exceptional and the setting, with chairs, tables, plants and grill is perfect. Short walk to the bay beach. The hosts are absolutely wonderful: thoughtful and responsive. Could not ask for a better experience.

Incredible home and experience
Everything was truly top notch here. Starting with Larry and Jennifer, who are wildly helpful and responsive, continuing with tons of little features that are appreciated - Bliss products in the bathroom, every possible kitchen appliance one could need, etc.. Absolutely wonderful
I really don't want to write this review because I would like to keep this a secret so that I can be sure to rent again, but here goes. This was a family three generation rental ranging from ages 6 to 73. The house is beautiful -- modern inside but designed to fit the esthetic of the beach community in which it is located. The owners have clearly been very thoughtful about providing everything one would want to have in a short term rental. The pool is great -- large, saltwater, and heated. The location is ideal for a short walk to the private bay beach or a short drive into town. The owners are gracious and respond promptly to any questions or concerns. We had a wonderful stay.

Family vacation
Larry’s house was even better than expected-- the house is immaculate, very well appointed and in a great location (walking distance to private beach and near Sag Harbor town). Our kids loved the pool & beach! There was plenty of space for a large group of two families with kids. Larry was super helpful and communicative, and made sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

Great week!
My family and I had an awesome week at this house this Fall. The house was immaculate and decorated beautifully, we were taking notes for our own homes. Larry was great and quick to respond with anything we needed and the location was great. A lot of us were working from home during the week and there was a lack of desk space in the home and that was really the only negative. Would definitely come back to this house!

Wonderful property and experience
All the other reviews praising this beautiful home and exceptional service from Larry (the owner), were right on. It’s a 5 star resort experience: Large, open and airy, beautifully furnished and stocked with everything you need, including kitchen and bath amenities. Larry bought an extra beach chair for us since we were seven adults and There were only 6 chairs. He spent about three hours on the phone with my sister to help get a bedroom TV working. He consistently went above and beyond. And I have to at least mention the 88 degree pool! We loved our time there and would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks again to Larry and Jennifer for such a great experience.

Fantastic Home, Fantastic Location
This home is truly exceptional. This is, by far, one of the best home Rentals we have ever had - spotless, perfect location, wonderfully stocked with incredible appliances and kitchen tools, beautiful pool, and the beach literally 3 minutes walk away. Everything is different this summer, due to Covid, but we didn’t feel like we were missing out on anything. Relaxing with family was just what we needed. There is enough space for 10, and Larry is beyond attentive. We will definitely rent the house again.

Great stay
We had a great two week stay here with our extended family. We have rented a lot in the Hamptons and this is a great house - it is beautiful, super clean and well stocked with everything you need. The pool and backyard are nice, you can walk to town from the house, and the small beach at the end of the block is great for a nice beach day and has beautiful sunsets. Larry (homeowner) is available and helpful for questions and very nice. We definitely recommend this house!

Fantastic Find!
The other 11 reviews said it all. Larry and Jennifer are attentive, warm and thoughtful hosts. Their practically brand new home is beautifully designed and immaculate. We loved each space. The high-end kitchen had everything we needed for the many meals we cooked during our stay. Among the home's features is a spacious upstairs master bedroom with a charming balcony and a fabulous bathroom. We loved being in the downstairs suite on the first floor while our children and granddaughters had the upstairs to themselves. We enjoyed the perfectly heated pool for laps as well as having fun with our 2-year-old granddaughter. The short walk to the beautiful bay beach was simplified with a wagon to fill with provided towels, umbrellas, chairs and mats. The neighborhood was quiet, and a short drive to town where we ate in several excellent restaurants that Larry recommended, and where we enjoyed the harbor and shops. Overall excellent few days. Thank you, Larry and Jennifer! Hope to see you again!

It is a very comfortable and well equipped house, the heated pool, excelete. 300m from the access to a private beach and 10 'from the town walking. The place is very quiet, full of hares, turkeys and antelopes. A beautiful place. The owner of the house very friendly and helpful.

Sag Harbor perfection
From the moment we arrived we knew we had made the right decision in renting this property. Larry and Jennifer welcomed us warmly with a tour and champagne. The house is exactly as pictured with beautiful furnishings and high quality linens, abundant towels, and all the kitchen equipment you could possibly need. The pool is heated to a comfortable temperature and we loved all the pool and beach equipment. Great location that allows you to avoid the worst of summer traffic while being centrally located. Walkable to Havens Beach and close to Sag Harbor town. Our group (five adults and three children) was totally comfortable and sad to leave! We hope to return! Thank you so much Larry and Jennifer.

This modern, newly built home is large, spacious, clean and modern furnished.
The kitchen is well equipped and perfectly suited for two families. There is also an outdoor dinning area with a deluxe weber grill. The kids enjoyed the heated pool.
The owner was readily available and very helpful. The house is very close to the beach.

Lovely hosts and a great stay overall. The house was perfect and provided everything we needed.
The moment we arrived, Larry and Jennifer were already waiting there graciously to greet us and show us around the house. House was very well stocked with everything you'd need and with the added special touches (2 bottles of the bubbly stuff, big bowl of fresh strawberries in the fridge, and cooler stocked with drinks/beer, and the extra last minute ice run), they made the stay that much more perfect for my family and I. They were never more than a text or phone call away.
Overall the house was immaculate (shoe-less house!), open floor plan, which was perfect for family time as the kids played in the living area and the adults were mainly in the dining/kitchen area. Pool was huge and kept at the perfect 88-89 degrees as well as a brand new grill that was able to cook and feed all 10 of us. Linens, towels, beach equipment, everything you'd think you need for a summer getaway, was already there, and all you really need was a good pair of trunks/swimwear and you'd be good to go.

Clean, luxurious, minutes from the beach!
Our family was greeted by Larry and his wife. Not only did they give us a tour of their well-built home, they had a “welcome” bottle of champagne, strawberries in the fridge, and sparkling water chilling outside. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, bathrooms are clean and modern, and the backyard including the pool is so inviting. Larry is extremely attentive and gave us recommendations on where to eat and what to do. The private beach is just a few minutes walk. The Main Street is just a few minutes drive away. Truly enjoyed our stay and looking forward to returning!

I can’t say enough good things about this house. My wife and I are extremely picky and expect the best whenever we go. That is exactly what you get in this house. Perfect, welcoming, and we'd rent again in a heartbeat!
We could not have had a more wonderful stay than we did at this beautiful home-away-from-home. The house is new, with tons of light, and is both impeccably clean and impeccably finished. The layout is perfect, with an open plan downstairs, airy, spacious bedrooms, and big, flawless bathrooms; the kitchen is great, with every appliance and utensil you could need, all of the highest quality; and the heated salt-water pool is gorgeous and just the right size, good both for little children in the shallow end and, as it gets deeper, for adults who really want to swim--with just the right amount of shade when you need it. The location is perfect; Sag Harbor is charming and minutes away, and you can get to all the other Hamptons towns on back roads instead of spending precious vacation time stuck on 27. But most of all, the house is as gracious and welcoming as its lovely and responsive owners Larry and Jennifer, who greeted us at the door, showed us how everything worked, and even left us with bottles of chilled wine. Our family (six adults and four small children) loved our stay and definitely plan to return--in fact, one couple in our group has already signed up for another week this fall. Perfect vacation home
From the moment we walked into Larry and Jennifer's home, we were struck by its beauty. The newly renovated home is stunning and impeccably clean, yet very comfortable, too. We really enjoyed meeting both Larry and Jennifer who welcomed us upon arrival and we were all quite taken with their kindness and generosity. Larry was a pleasure to work with and always responded to emails quickly. Their home is in a wonderful location (walking distance to both the town and beach), and we thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool, taking advantage of it day and night!

Perfect summer vacation!
Our two families include four children, so this was the perfect house and location for our summer holiday. The hosts couldn't be more accommodating and nice. The house is brand new and a 3 minute walk from the beach. We used the pool everyday and had some great BBQ's. It is also a nice walk from the village of Sag Harbor. We would all love to rent this house again. It's hard to find the perfect house, location, and hosts, but we found it here!! I highly recommend this to anyone wanting a hampton's getaway!

Perfection
The house is gorgeous, clean and new, everything is top of the line. Larry and Jennifer couldn't have been nicer, they walked us through and explained everything we needed to know for our stay. The home is conveniently located 5 minutes from Sag Harbor village and 10 minutes from East Hampton village. Loved it -- we will be back!
