This property is beautiful! It was very clean and everything clearly labeled at the property. We traveled with my parents and 3 small children (6, 4, 2). The beach was private and right there as you walk off the deck. It was perfect to have our 2 year old nap while the older two kids could keep playing on the beach in the afternoon. We highly recommend renting this house especially if you have small children that nap!

Beautiful Home. Very clean and fantastic views. The home had all thr supplies we needed (trash bags, aluminum foil, etc) Rachael was on top of things and made for a great experience. Only neg was that it must have been bug season in the deck..but there was bug spray there. I would definitely rent again. John

This was our first time booking through VRBO, but it won't be the last. The pictures don't do this waterfront home justice. Beautiful waterfront views from front and back. The owner Rachel was very quick and easy to communicate with and a pleasure to work with. Everything thing was super clean and beautifully decorated. We didn't have the best weather, but it didn't matter because even just enjoying a cup of coffee on the couch while viewing the ocean was a pleasure. My daughter actually got engaged right there on the beach!! There were 6 adults and it was more than spacious. Definitely would come back in the future.

First, this was perhaps the cleanest rental we ever stayed-in. The ocean views in the back of the house were magnificent as promised, but we weren't aware of the amazing marsh (and its views) in the front of the property. It was like we could choose which vacation spot to enjoy on a whim. Getting to the house was bumpy on an unpaved road, but it added to the fun of the excursion. Loved our time on Spring Hill!

The house is beautiful, very tastefully decorated and spotless! It was very roomy for three of us. Location couldn't have been better - just walk down the stairs and you're on the beach! Kitchen is very well stocked, down to the electric tea kettle, a nice unexpected bonus (I had brought mine from home). The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Neighborhood/beach was nice and quiet since we were there after the summer crowd had left. We enjoyed the clam chowder at the nearby Pilot House restaurant and a day trip to Martha's Vineyard. Hoping to return!

Surprised because pictures of property did not do justice to rental. Over 50 years of rental vacations, this is the cleanest, most sufficiently supplied house we have rented. Except for Provincetown area, most restaurants, lighthouses, and sights are approximately within 30 minutes.

The house is as described and located on a private beach. It was clean and all amenities were as described. Would return in the future.

We had two visible mold issues. We had to eliminate a quarter of the house because of it. One of my guests got sick because of it. We had two choices, leave the property or just not use a bedroom and TV area which put one person on a uncomfortable couch and the other person on the floor. We’re in our 60s.

House met our needs ( 5 adults ) and the location was well suited for striper's & blue fish up and down the shoreline. Outlet of Mill creek to the left and a short walk to the right up to Scorton creek.

The property was clean, well maintained and had more than enough space for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, plates, pots and pans. The kids were able to watch tv in the downstairs family room in the morning, letting mom and dad sleep in. Of course there was also the upstairs living room with tv as well. Washer and dryer were a huge plus and allowed us to pack lighter. It was great to be able to walk right out onto the beach in the morning without having to drive elsewhere. The beach was wonderful and the water was exceptionally clear, though water shoes were a must. Since the waves were not very large it was better for the kids. It was great to walk down the beach to the opening of the creek. The location of the property was nice and quiet for a very for a very relaxing vacation.

Overall the house is as seen in the photos and the view is second to none and truly spectacular! The family enjoyed our stay and the beach chairs and towels were a plus. The house was well stocked accept for a lack of paper products. I would also suggest that the landlord clean up the vegetation around the driveway. It makes it difficult to exit and enter the cars and would improve first impressions.All in all it was a lovely vacation.

Our group had a fantastic stay! The house has a great layout for two families to have their own space and we basically had the beach to ourselves for the week! The deck is also a fabulous place to have meals and relax watching the sunset at night. The owner was so easy to work with and quick to respond the couple of times we needed to communicate. We would absolutely stay here again!

From the beginning we were in touch with the owners and they were wonderful. The property is just as it is described and the moment you walk out onto the deck the ocean was right there. The cottage was open and airy and very nicely done. We came up from Virginia to celebrate our 40th Wedding anniversary and Rachael the owner had beautiful flowers delivered to us on our second day there. So thoughtful and nice. You cannot go wrong staying here. I will highly recommend it to everyone.

We just returned from a great week. The location was perfect for social distancing or just being at the water. The view is amazing. The house was the most well equipped rental I've ever stayed in. Communication with the owner was great. Highly recommend.

Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. The communication was easy, the location is unbelievable- beautiful beach directly below the deck and many fun spots to explore nearby. The house was spotless and well stocked. We hope we will be able to return next year!

Great place to stay and it is right on the beach. My kids enjoyed the back deck, playing in the waves and not having to cart all of our stuff to the beach! They could come and go as they liked. The road is very private so you won't see a lot of crowds on the beach and it mainly just people renting or owners. This is great especially during this time. Thanks for such a nice week.

Everything one could ever need is supplied in this lovely beach cottage. The views are breathtaking and the home is well appointed and comfortable. The owner was super easy and very accommodating to work with.

Our family had an amazing trip! The house fitted everyone's needs. Each level bis like its own apartment so there is plenty of space / privacy. The beach is rocky - however its also empty. I would much rather have a rocky beach then a crowded sandy one. The kids had a great time, my husband fished off the beach and we lit bonfires at night. We will absolutely rent this property again! My husband already wants to come back in the fall.

This was the perfect vacation to socially distance. The beach was practically empty. It was lovely to sit on the porch and watch the ocean and enjoy the sunset. It is also conveniently located to explore other beaches and hikes on the cape. The owner was welcoming, accommodating, and responsive. The unit was clean and stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of space inside as well for a family of 4 and grandparents. The beach is rocky so bring water shoes. There are tide pools down the beach at low tide that are fun to play in!

Our family with kids ages 5 and 3 and my parents stayed here at the end of June 2020. The house location was perfect on a large stretch of beach. The house is well equipped and items are in good shape, in fact towels were brand new and we didn't need to bring half the things we did. The house layout was perfect for us as my parents had the first level all to themselves with a bedroom, bath and living area and we stayed upstairs on main floor with living room, dining room, kitchen and two bedrooms. The house is very clean and has new fixtures/furniture. We were we pleasantly surprised as the pictures didn't do it justice. We wished we could have spent more time in the afternoon on the deck but with limited shade from just one umbrella we often ate lunch inside. The beach was so quiet and there was only 5 or 6 other families around at any time. It does have some rocky areas as you enter the water but sandy areas too. Definitely bring your water shoes. My kids loved walking the beach to explore and we found crabs, snails, clams, sea shells and beautiful stones. It's worth mentioning the road to get to the house is hard packed sand and stone and makes for a bumpy ride. It's also very narrow so you have to take turns with cars coming the opposite direction. We didn't have to leave the house too much since the beach was footsteps away but we did venture out a few times. A short car ride and we rode bikes and fished down by the Canal. Had outdoor Lunch/dinners at local restaurants, like Fisherman's View, Belfry Bistro and Seafood Sam's. We noticed mini golf was open as well as lots of kayaks in the marsh lands behind the house. Rachael was easily accessible but we really didn't need much but to sit back and relax. We would definitely rent this house again.

The property was perfect for what we were looking for. A little tricky to find at night, but private and peaceful. We only saw one other person on the beach nearby, which gave us plenty of time to just enjoy ourselves. Kitchen was fully stocked, and we loved that we could go to the store nearby and buy our groceries and k-cups. Loved that there were both kinds of coffee pots. Also loved the fully stocked laundry room, towels, chairs, grill ,and so much more. We weren't able to grill during our stay or use some of the ammenities, but could tell the owners really pay attention to details. Very spacious and beautifully decorated.
