The house matches the pictures. It was clean and new linens provided at check in. The pool and hot tub was clean and worked. The house had plenty of space for 7 adults , 2 babies and 2 dogs. Great location close to plenty of restaurants and easy walk to the boardwalk. Our family had a great time and would go back again.

We enjoyed our two night stay very much. The rental was very clean and well-kept. We especially enjoyed all the amenities that were included. We look forward to renting again in the future.

We were the first renters of the season and the house was not ready. Among other things there were screws and nails strewn across the parking and pool areas. The refrigerator leaked, and we were unable to use the stove for the first few days of our forcing us to do more takeout then we planned and in a pinch used the grill in the back yard as a stovetop. The pool filter was not turned on which causing the pool to be dirty by the end of the week. The outlets did not have outlet covers on them upon arrival. While Ronnie and his friend Niko did try to make the stay more comfortable, it was quite intrusive to have them at the rental several times every day. At the beginning of the week Ronnie apologized profusely for the inconveniences, and said he would offer us a refund that we deemed fair, in the end he refused to negotiate any refund at all. One item that was not part of the renovations, but should have been, was that the railing on the stairs leading to the 2nd floor had spindles about 12inches apart making it a hazard for small children, and certainly not up to building code. Hopefully this has been fixed since.

The location was perfect, the rooms were spacious and the house was immaculate. The kitchen was my favorite part with more than enough of everything. Definitely exceeded expectations. Looking forward to returning next summer!

We had an excellent week at Point Bleasant Beach. The house has a well stocked kitchen that opens up into a very spacious dining and living room area. Plenty of room in all bedrooms to accomodate guests. Walking distance to many excellent restaurants and a very short drive to downtown where there were shops and antique stores. Ronnie was a excellent host he checked in with us mid week to see if we needed anything. There is an impressive dry bar in the master bedroom for beverages to be seperate from other guests if you want. I highly recommend renting this house. Thank you Ronnie!

This was a great place for a family get together. The fire pit in the backyard was perfect for cool autumn evenings. Our host Ronnie was very nice and available whenever we called.

Friends and I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. House was plenty big and well equipped. Spent most of our time in the backyard by the fire pit making S'mores and sitting around the pool. Reasonably short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Ronnie was very responsive and helpful through the whole process. Would definitely stay there again.

This shore house is prefect! Look no further. Ronnie the owner is awesome. Responds back quickly & such a nice kind hearted man. The home is completely awesome clean, well stocked and soooo much room. 5 bed rooms w extra beds in most rooms. And 3 full big bathrooms . There are 2 floors w cathedral ceilings in the living room you can always sit on front deck the neighborhood is beautiful. whats also awesome there is an in ground pool with electric fire pit and lights surrounding the fence. It looks so pretty at night. The kids had a great time. The beach is about a 6 min walk, And board walk as-well. You really cant ask for more. I definitely will be coming back. We really enjoyed ourselves in this beautiful home thanks ronnie!!

This house gave us everything we could have wanted - room for all the family, short walk to the beach and boardwalk, and a pool. The owner continues to update the property, which has nice features already. We all had a great time.

Loved returning to Point Pleasant Beach to visit friends. House was way too big for just 2 of us, but would be a great location and space for a family get-together. Bedrooms are spacious with plenty of beds. We spent most of our time downstairs in living area. Kitchen is well stocked (maybe even a bit over-stocked); didn't need anything that wasn't already there. A very nice home and location!

house gave everyone their own space. The kids had fun in the pool.. Neighborhood is very nice and it’s a short walk to the beach. There is parking at the beach if you prefer to drive with all your beach chairs and coolers. Ronnie the owner was great. He gets right back to you if you need him for any reason & is happy to make your stay in his home a happy one..
