朝食が和食で、とても美味しいです 大浴場の更衣室はとても広く寛げました

チェックインの際「（このホテルは）初めてでしょうか？」と女性フロントマンから質問され驚きました。 例え常連であっても、こうしたプライバシーに関係する質問は禁句だと思います。教育をしっかりお願いします

有浴場，洗衣機，備品充足，距離便利超商及超市不遠。

工作人員和善，附近就有便利商店，有宵夜跟浴場，設備充足。

Room was relatively spacious, with very comfortable beds, good bathroom and quiet. Public bath was lovely. Breakfast was Japanese style, and excellent! Good location in walking distance to shin Osaka station. Very friendly and helpful staff.

El hotel es muy bueno, las instalaciones son modernas y limpias. Cuentan con baño tradicional japonés el cual puedes acceder sin costo adicional. Además su desayuno buffet es de tipo tradicional, con varias opciones.

Közel volt a metró állomás, ahonnan gyorsan eljutottunk mindenhova. Csendes volt a szoba, finom volt a reggeli.

A szomszéd házra való kilátás, miközben városra nyíló kilátás szerepelt a leírásban.

The room was simple but clean and modern. The shared facilities were also excellent including a range of complimentary toiletries, laundry room, and an indoor/outdoor onsen which was again, simple, but always clean and pleasant to use. There were some good food options a short walk from the hotel and the hotel itself had a restaurant (which I did not try personally).

This is only a minor negative. The location was ok. Shin-Osaka does not have a lot around it for a tourist, however, the train station including the Shinkansen was a short walk away, and Osaka Metropolitan was only one stop away.

The place was clean and bathroom was big. Also loved having a public bath area that was also spacious and clean. Breakfast was good as well!

The room itself is a bit small.

No safe in room

It's clean..everything is well organised..like putting the clean up room magnet on door before 1pm..means even if u put at 12,they did not knock on doors at 10 or 11am to ask if u want to have room cleaned..so means u can sleep in without disturbance....n they have another magnet tat says no need clean up...and the place new towels in a clean plastic bag jus next to the room door.....if no magnets placed,they will jus put clean towels everyday... The 9-11pm...free soba is really delicious....

In the public bath..there are no rugs or floor mats to absorb the water from our feet., jus where we dress up at the lockers.....so after the bath..its always wet around the lockers..and the Dyson hairdryers aren't powerful as all other Dyson hairdryers I've been using.....so drying my hair in the room is much better and faster..as hairdryer there is more powerful..

The hotel was very neat. We had a decent sized room with a modern design. The staff helped us by holding our luggage when we were too early to check in. It's a 7-10 minute walk with luggage from station Shin-Osaka. It's not really near the city center, but if you like a quiet area this is definitely the right spot. What we really liked was the free soba and tea they served between 9-11PM. It was very tasty.

We couldn't visit the spa because of our tattoos, but we knew that beforehand so it wasn't a problem for us.

Very good hotel with excellent breakfast, quite spacious rooms and a large public bath. Would definitely come to stay again.

The location is awesome, 7 minutes walking distance from Shin-osaka station. Surprisingly, I booked a Deluxe Room for 3 people and the hotel still provides 3 beds for us which are 2 queen-size beds and 1 single bed, it exceeds my expectations. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The hotel will also provide supper for free and it tastes great. They provide hot springs as well.

Very good location next to the train station and Metro station. Very clean. Friendly staff. The bath facility was good and the possibility to wash laundry was equally much appreciated.

The breakfast was rich, but had few European options. That made it difficult to find something that our small child would eat.

Their facilities is on the same floor, so convenient. Cola ice-cream for free is the best for my kids.

A little bit far away from the station. But still in a walking distance.

There was a clip on the floor of the room that the previous guest had missed. I had a child and stepped on it. When I informed the receptionist, I only said I was sorry and did not ask if the child was injured. this makes me very disappointed

There’s nothing I didn’t like.

The room size was excellent given that it was Japan. Furthermore, the entire place is quite new, which means all of the amenities and equipment is as well. The location is excellent, a brief walk from a number of restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and the train station. It is obviously outside the main city of Osaka, but you can easily and quickly get to it via train, buses and cabs. The public hot water bath for guests is also excellent, as are the massage chairs. Additionally you get both a good breakfast and complimentary soba noodles for dinner, from the attached restaurant. Frankly you can probably spend an entire very enjoyable day in the hotel itself, which is a big compliment to how well the place has been thought out.

Perhaps more staff fluent in English would be better for convenience r, but perfectly good service nonetheless

It’s excellent! Extremely modern rooms and facilities, free Soba in the evening and free access to a bath as well as washing facilities. The location is also phenomenal. Located not a 5min walk away from Shin-Osaka station, all of Japan is just a Shinkansen away. Day trips to Hiroshima are easily possible and this hotel is also great if you explore the entire Metropolitan area including Kobe, Kyoto and Nara, all of which are directly accessible from Shin-Osaka Station.

The room was maybe a little small (three single beds), however still very comfortable!

Bed is super comfy. They provide complementary soba at night. The noodle soup restaurant across the road is superb.

Like 10 min walking from Shin Osaka Station. Not many eating options if you arrive late to the area.
