Cette 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes est la seule unité au Grand Victorian avec une baignoire jacuzzi dans la chambre. L'unité de luxe peut accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes. Laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité avec des serviettes et des draps fournis. Chaises de plage et serviettes de plage également fournis. Cuisine gastronomique avec des appareils en acier inoxydable. Balcon surdimensionné hors de la chambre des maîtres et salle de séjour. Les commodités dans l'unité incluent une télévision par câble à écran plat de 55 pouces et un accès Internet sans fil. Les autres installations comprennent une piscine intérieure avec mobilier de salon et un centre de remise en forme. Grand Victorian est directement sur la plage, à côté de Palace Playland. We had an amazing stay at the condo. Everything was exactly as it was listed. The convince of the beach being steps away was amazing. Beach was also very clean. Property manager was very helpful and kind. We would definitely stay at this property again and I would highly recommend it to others.

The place is a great location, just wish we were in a room closer to the ocean and off the street, it was extremely noisy at sleeping time. Nicely decorated and all the miscellaneous things were there. Would love to know about other places offered at the Grand Victorian…

We had a great time! The condo was beautifully decorated, with all the comforts of home. The beds were so firm and we all slept like babies😍. Centrally located , near to everything! Would definitely stay here again!

We couldn't have been closer to the beach and Palace Playland! Jenny's place was comfortable and well equipped for a family with little ones and grandparents. Jenny was also super responsive leading up to the stay and during the stay. Will be back in the future!

Amazing birthday get away
I reserved this spot as a getaway for my wife and 3 children. I go to old orchard every year but this property was by far the best we have ever been to. I also did this for my wife's birthday and she was thrilled. We will only rent here for now on!

The place was immaculate absolutely beautiful and has everything you need there. The deck was amazing with the ocean views. You can see the sunrise in the morning and hear the waves crashing from the deck at night. We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be renting again!

Absolutely beautiful
The place was immaculate absolutely beautiful and has everything you need there. The deck was amazing with the ocean views. You can see the sunrise in the morning and hear the waves crashing from the deck at night. We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be renting again!

Perfect
My husband and I took our 5 year old twins here for a little reprieve from the city and it was absolutely perfect for us. The surf was so chill, our girls were in heaven. Super easy to locate and immaculately clean. We had a blast.

The location was perfect; adjacent to the most beautiful beach and totally accessible to all the bars and shops. The condo itself was impeccably clean and appointed with comfort and style. Mini family reunion perfect stay
Unit 401 - Upon arrival to the grand we were greeted by Bill - he helped us 3 woman in the door and showed us how
To use the handicap lift that is available instead of taking the 4 steps up to the elevator with all our stuff. They also have a couple of bellhop carts that made it very easy to transport from our assigned spot to the 4th floor unit. Once in the unit - we settled in Like it was home - from the jacuzzi tub in the king bedroom bath - to the lovely seating area on the 37’ x 7’ deck well appointed with tall boy table and chairs as well as a couple of Adirondack chairs. I have to say I am so pleased with every aspect of our stay. The railroad tracks are across the street from the condos and it sounds a very loud horn in the middle of the night - sometimes more than once which we jump with
Shock each time and then laughed hysterically about it all week . It’s a momentary interruption of sleep but with the doors and windows closed not a big deal at all. Only one negative about our entire stay was a smell in the elevator that they kept trying to cover with fabreese but the carpet Just needs to be replaced. And that is truly the ONLY negative .. very appointed unit - from the well appointed kitchen items to fresh clean towels - linens - washer dryer - we didn’t want to leave - walk to ocean ... stores- pier- rides - loved it all -thanks so much for lovely home.

Great location. Very clean and organized. Great space in the condo. Walking distance to everything thing Old Orchard had to offer. Very close to Downtown Portland and both Kennebunk and Kennebunk port. Great communication with the owner and very accommodating. Definitely would rent this unit again.

Great location, property was clean and well stocked with needed items for the week. The owners where friendly and very responsive to questions. We had no issues while staying here and would rent again. Would definitely recommend!

This property is in a prime location" beach, amusement park, gift stores, places to eat and a grocery store very close. The condo has so many household items to use. We especially liked the crock pot. Plus they have a cart to bring in everything when unloading your car. Kept the beach chairs, toys, towels and boogie boards in the car every day. Made it easier to get to the beach. Out granddaughter really loved it here. Great place for family vacation. I really
recommend this beautiful place to stay. We will definitely be returning.
