We enjoyed our time at Pinnacle Port. Everything was great Kathy was nice and she responded very quickly for the small issue we had on first day there. Will consider to come back.

Clean unit. Beautiful view of the ocean. Did have a leak in the shower, but could tell they had tried to work on it. Caused no problems for us tho. Unit was fully stocked with what you needed. Publix was near bye. Even for the week of the 4th of July. The beach was not over crowded on that end of the complex.

Everything went smoothly and the furnishings were beautiful. The view was amazing and i loved the high top table and chairs out on the balcony. The only snag was that i got trapped out on the deck, because the door was impossible to open from the outside. Luckiest my sister was staying in another building and came to rescued me. All turned out fine.

This condo has everything you need for a peaceful vacation! The view from your bedroom and balcony is beautiful! The condo is one of the last ones before Camp Helen so you aren’t on top of other people while enjoying the beach. We love the gated community and the security of the Pinnacle Port employees on the property. There is a Publix across the street for all your grocery needs so you can cook your meals and enjoy them on the balcony with all the kitchen necessities that are available. We love this area because it isn’t in the hustle and bustle. It is very quiet and calm! The washer and dryer is a huge bonus as well! I love having everything clean before getting home from vacation. This is our second time staying at this condo and we will be back!

I noticed the previous reviewer had lots of problems. They must have cleaned it up before out stay because we had none of those. The condo was nicely furnished, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We initially had a problem with the entry door not locking correctly but I contacted management and they had someone come that day to make the repair, and he did a great job. We have no complaints regarding this unit, to the contrary it was very nice and we will definitely stay there again.

Very Dirty, mold/ mildew smell
This is by far the worst condo I have stayed at out of the twelve years I have been staying at Pinnacle port. Problem #1 The access code they sent me in my email to use didn’t work not a huge deal. We finally got a new code and it worked. We Got inside and the mildew/ moldy smell hits you right away. I have horrible allergies and sinus problems so this wants good for me. I don’t recommend the unit to anyone that have allergies or sinus problems. We then looked around and WOW I could not believe how dirty this condo was. Where to start? In the kitchen there was food splattered all over the wall and light switch. Food all on the refrigerator door where the previous renters had opened the door. Dried food on the cabinet doors gross. That isn’t even the worst of it. The floors were so dirty I wouldn’t take my shoes off until I went to sleep or took a shower then I put them right back on. The bathroom oh my! The shower was never cleaned and I’m not talking just one or two maybe three times it was months and months. The amount of mold around the shower pan and glass doors was absolutely disgusting. I would not take a shower until I went to Walmart and got bleach to clean it. So it was cleaned for the nested renters. On The bottom of the shower pan you could see other peoples dirty foot prints before I cleaned it. The little cubby in the shower that holds your shampoo and stuff, Someone else disposable razor cap was still in the cubby. As the so called cleaning person or persons just pushed it back to put the sample shampoo, body wash and towel in the cubby. The toilet ran all night every day. The ceiling in the shower looked like it was going to fall in including the mold on it. The mattress you literally fall in a hole where everyone else has slept. There is a lump between each side because of the sunk in mattress where you sleep. The rug in the living room is very dirty and never vacuumed. Just sit in the chair by the patio doors and look under the couch you will see all the food that has been dropped and the dust balls under it. The couch is very dirty. I put sheets down on anything we sat on because its so dirty. First time ever having to do that. The internet and TV didn’t work my husband messed with them to get them going. I called the manager about they told me to call maintenance so she gave up the number well that number was to the condo we were staying in. The AC went out and was out for five days. Nobody would get back to up. #nofanincondo

A great place to stay
The property was very nice, The location was great! We enjoyed the stay, Only thing was the bathroom door had 2 hinges that was loose, I called and they came right over and fixed it in seconds. The couch smelled and was dirty looking. However, we just put a sheet over the couch and it was fine. We spent most of the time at the beach or the pool. The property was very clean, bed was comfortable, loved sitting on the patio in the evening looking over the ocean. We used the kitchen to cook many meals, overall this was a great place to stay, and we will be back to stay on our next trip. Thanks for a wonderful stay on our vacation.

All you need
This property had everything we needed. Plenty of kitchen supplies, towels and bedding. The patio was very spacious. We loved the water pressure and temperature as previous properties we have experienced elsewhere have lacked in this. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. This unit is far away from the heated pool but we are young and didn't mind the walk over. Super close to play ground and grills. Parking is plentiful. Maybe including a map of the entire facilty with building location on the listing would help. Place was quiet and not crowded at all during spring break. Would stay here again everyone was very friendly.

Nice condo and a nice area of Panama City beach. The complex had two nice pools, a grilling area, a lake for fishing and boating, playground for kids and outdoor games. Our condo had an easy Beach access.

First its a beautiful view of the ocean. Few things about the room. No can opener had to run to dollar general and purchase one. Nice condo. Rug needs to be thrown away. The mold and Mildew smell definitely needs to be addressed if you have breathing problems this is not a good room for you. We had to clean out the dehumidifier when we got here it was nasty and the water smelled terrible in it. We had to buy candles due to the smell. The toilet seat needs to be replaced. We love the property here it’s our favorite. Thinking about purchasing in this area. Love the bay view as well. If you own jet skies bring them with you. We will next time.

Shower assaulted us everyday. Never have I had pain cause by the water pressure. Mildew smell the entire time. Door code was inaccurate on email and had to call to get a new code.

Guy Trip
Perfect condo for a guy’s trip. Location is awesome and the balcony is absolutely right on the beach. The unit shows a little age on the inside but everything works well. Once again, for a group of guys just wanting to hang out and enjoy the beach, it’s absolutely perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Don’t waste your money!
This property was moldy, smelled terrible and we found multiple cockroaches. The condo was outdated and badly needed to be repaired and furniture replaced. The management company was terrible to deal with and we will never be renting from them again.

Disappointed to say the least
I am not one to typically make these kinds of reviews, and I initially tried reaching out to the property manager regarding my concerns, but when management decided to completely ignore my concerns, I decided that possible future renters should know about the issues we found regarding this property. First off, I had to reach out to management myself in order to get any check in information regarding our stay. Once they sent the information, they mentioned a form that needed to be handed to security upon arrival, but failed to send the form and then blamed it being sent to my junk mail. I finally got the form last minute. Upon arrival, we instantly noticed a strange, almost mildew type smell and the condo was extremely hot and humid. There was a de-humidifier in the room, which we had to run 24/7 in order to keep the smell at bay. The room did not seem super clean - we wiped everything down with Clorox wipes and had to vacuum the rug ourselves because it was so dirty and filled with sand still. The kitchen pantry smelled strongly of ketchup and all of the drawers in the bathroom and bedroom smelled old and also of mildew. We also noticed numerous spots in the very old popcorn ceiling that were more than likely mold. The bed also seemed to sink down on both sides and creaked loudly when moving around in it. The room had a great ocean view and was in close proximity to the beach access and parking. Luckily for us, we spent most of our time on the beach and not much time in the condo. Based on location and price, this condo could be 5 stars all around with some very simple updates and fixes. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to see if this happens.

Gorgeous view
This was smaller than what I thought it was, but the view was worth it from the balcony. There plenty of pans to cook with and plenty of towels. I would recommend having salt, pepper and sugar on hand as well, but totally understand with the COVID-19 pandemic of not having condiments that others have used. Great place for couples with one kid.

Will not use this condo again
I will begin by saying I have stayed at many different units in Pinnacle Port for 15 years and have never had a condo that upset me like this one. From the moment we opened the unit, there was a strong musty odor. There was damage to the door and frame which led me to look at all the mismatched colors of paint and stains all throughout the condo. All the vents were rusty and the ceiling had many areas that were dark which looked like or could have been mold. The refrigerator looked dirty and you could see outlines of where papers had been posted. The oven door was rusty also. Before we unpacked, we immediately started using Clorox wipes and Mr. Clean pads on the surfaces. However, items were clean, the rust and staining gave the appearance that they were not. We wound up buying cans of Febreeze to help eliminate the odor, but had to use it every time we walked back in the unit. The one small couch appeared dirty and we kept it covered with a blanket. The rug in the living room was very dirty and stained. In the past, we would’ve got in the floor around the coffee table to play games with friends and nobody would even want to walk barefoot on this rug. The furniture was lacking, the mattress sunk down on each side, and the kitchen utensils and pans were not adequate or up to par. Every other unit we have used has done a great job at making it feel inviting and welcoming with an information sheet, visitor booklet, games, etc. This unit had nothing. I did call someone about the property to discuss how displeased we were and to let them know a vacation condo should not make guests feel dirty. He ensured me that it was clean but it was just dated. I told him I could look past something being dated, but couldn’t look past something giving us the feeling of being unsafe for the mold or dirty. He advised that the next day someone would call us to come look around with us. No return calls were made but there was a day we returned in from the beach to a very strong smell of Bleach and pieces of ceiling on the ground. It was obvious someone had been inside trying to scrub the black off the ceiling which improved the look slightly but was not removed entirely. This alone was upsetting because someone had been in the unit without our knowledge.
Overall, there is a definite moisture issue in this unit which also had a dehumidifier in it that we emptied 4-6 times a day. We made the most out of our week by staying outside.

A getaway to come back to !!
The place was great. Although the views were fantastic, it was also close to the other things we love to do hiking in the State parks, we had the pleasure of seeing and hiking (9) NINE of them really none farther than 1 Hr and 15 min from our stay. Great places to eat and a wonderful place to eat right at our place along with all the picnic lunches we enjoyed at the parks we enjoyed fishing in the Lake on property and caught 2 ! The sunsets and sunrises UHHH !!! Jason was very helpful to our needs which were few.. SPOT on vacation would love to return in the future. It truly is a great place to enjoy it all even the sounds of the ocean was worth the stay alone. Thank You to the owners again I hope you got our note we left for you. Tom and Linda Scalise Drums PA

We love Pinnacle Port, we have been coming here...
We love Pinnacle Port, we have been coming here for about 10 years and always have stayed in a different condo. The condo was very nicely decorated with what looked a new couch and chair. The balcony had the high chairs that I love, because I can see over the railing easier. We always eat breakfast and look for dolphins from there, and love that. We also loved that it was the 2nd bldg from the end, and so the beach in front of the bldg was less crowded. It was also easier to walk to the smaller pool, which was so well maintained. Like a previous reviewer, we had trouble the first few times we tried unlocking the door, but we finally learned the trick: put in the code, after it turns green, turn lock knob counter clockwise, then pull down on the door knob. Just turn lock knob to the right to lock it when u leave. We absolutely loved the 2 sinks for the bathroom! I wish I had that at home!The bed was a nice king size, but it had a ridge in the center and 2 ditches on each side. That being said, we still slept well after the first night of trying to get comfortable. The kitchen looked worn. The refrigerator door on the outside had rust marks, but was spotlessly clean on the inside. The counters were stained. I bought Magic Eraser, thinking it just needed to be cleaned, but even that didnt get the stains off, so then I was fine knowing it was clean just stained. The cabinets need some help as the finish is coming off around each knob. There was a little mildew/mold in the bathroom, but I think that could be fixed with an exhaust fan.All this being said, we would stay here again because it was clean, and great location, and that is why I gave it 4 stars.

Enjoyed ourselves
It was a lovely place but we had trouble with the combination door lock always getting stuck. Also the Cable TV was always shutting off, bad reception. Management was very responsive and good customer service, just those two issues.

Wonderful condo but needs a few changes
My husband and I stayed in b3-307 from 3-29 to 4-6. Overall the condo was the perfect location, perfect for the two of us, and we plan to stay here again in August of this year.
We were disappointed to see that there was only one dishwashing pod for this long of a stay. The power outlets were few and far between. The last few days of our stay we needed to use the ac but it was blowing hot air. We tried to call with no response. A fan would’ve been helpful. The top mattress needs to be replaced as soon as possible as it sinks on both sides and you can’t move around on it without waking up your spouse and yourself entirely.
If these issues were fixed I’d give it a 5 star rating. But regardless of these minor fixable issues, we will be back!

I found this listing on Book-it after numerous searches through multiple hotel chains and broadcast sites such as Expedia. A random icon appeared with this destination and it was perfect. Close enough for us to gain access to our property yet provide that oasis in a time of crisis. The view was awesome, the furnishings made you feel at home and it was a very quiet place. Jason, the rep interfacing with us, answered any questions and assisted us through this ordeal. He is an excellent representative for this property. I hope to use this again on our future vacations.

Just left the condo. We had a great and relaxing vacation and will definitely return. The condo had most everything you need and was very comfortable. Only issue was the TV's were a little complicated, thank goodness we had a teenager to figure them out. Thanks to the owners for such a great place, we will hopefully see you again next year!
