Our family has rented beach properties in Nantucket, the Jersey Shore and Outer Banks, and this one is by far the best we have experienced. First, the water views are stunning which never gets old from having coffee on the porch to watch the sunrise to having a glass of wine to watch the stunning sunset. The house is well stocked with everything you need and the attention to details is one of the best in that category. Plus you can't beat the easy walk to the beach everyday. And Chris is very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We plan on coming back next year!

Right on the beach which was helpful with kids. Property is clean and well equipped. Really enjoyed the stay.

Upon arrival we found the property freshly cleaned and all the beds appeared made. Upon closer inspection we discovered that they were made without sheets. The linen closet in the house had all necessary sheets but they were not organized into sets or folded properly. It took over an hour to match all the sheet sets and make the beds.
The second problem we encountered was with bathroom towels. There just weren’t many. We didn’t think much of it and had brought our own, so we used those. Then we did a load of wash and upon opening the dryer found a full load of bath towels sitting inside.
We found the outdoor cushions dump and we could not enjoy this lovely patio setting, unfortunately The dining chair cushions were very dirty..
The property is pretty but it needs some refresh.. The views are great indeed. For the price we expected higher standard and comfort.

Absolutely gorgeous property! We stayed here for a few days with our adult daughters, and one 12 year old daughter, and we all had an amazing time. The views from each room simply cannot be described in words. This property is clean, very well appointed, very well stocked, and absolutely amazing in every way. We had a great time, and will absolutely be back!

This home is stunning. My family and I stayed for a long weekend as a short "baby moon" in the early summer season looking for a place to both relax and have some fun together. I am not familiar with the Plymouth or Cape Cod area so wasn't sure where the gems would be hidden, but we are so lucky to have found this one. The place is wonderfully taken care of, we immediately felt right at home when we arrived. The inside is cozy and inviting, I think we all paused and did a deep breathe in near unison when we walked in, just completely relaxed. The wrap around porch gives way to a picturesque scene. The location is perfect, ocean front property nestled further up a small incline gives panoramic views of White Horse Beach and the cape beyond. This home is right at the end of the beach stretch which gives it a wonderfully private feel while still having access to the beach just steps away. White Horse itself is beautiful. The pebbly beach was full of gorgeous finds, clean, and was very peaceful for our daily walks. Our son had a blast searching through the area for treasures and playing in the calm water.
The owners were very helpful during our time here. They gave suggestions for restaurants and activities as well as kept available for the off the bat questions that came up while there. Overall this home was an absolute winner, we will definitely be coming back.

Very enjoyable
Well maintained. Well furnished. Very comfortable. Nice location. Great views. Brought a few people in their 80s. Needless to say they loved this house. We usually try different homes in this price range, for the last 14yrs. This is the only house we came back to. Owner is always available and really keeps up with his homes.

Perfect for the whole family!
The Fellows House was the best family beach house experience we've had to date. The home never felt crowded or uncomfortable, and we were working with quite the crew! The living room was perfect for a family movie night and the porch had seating for everyone. The patio was great for morning coffee / evening wine. The yard was absolutely the best for the kids and they thought rolling down the hill was hilarious. Bonus fridge in the garage was perfect for putting treats / drinks so sandy feet stayed out of the house. The entire crew raved about the beds being very comfortable. Every room had an amazing view. The only thing we felt was missing was a way to hang beach towels and bathing suits at the end of the day, but understand the rule about hanging off the rails. This house is a total stunner and you absolutely will not be disappointed staying here.
Just a few notes that might be helpful:
- All linens (Beds, bathroom, AND BEACH towels provided!)
- Brand new outdoor shower is awesome
- Individual AC units in each bedroom keep the rooms nice and chilly
- House is wheelchair accessible via the back door (Just not the bedrooms / upstairs)
- Because there is damage to a local beach access point, the only way currently onto the beach is via the boat ramp. This means that access is dependent on the tides. This only really affected one beach day, but something to keep in mind!

Great stay at White Horse Beach 2021
We love this property and have stayed here with others over the years and finally decided to rent it ourselves. They have made some solid improvements in the comfort of the stay with new mattresses', better appliances and a fridge in the garage. The house is tough to beat, it's in a great location with unapparelled views. If you have little ones like us, it is a little rough with no tub , high chair or pack and play like most rentals as well as lots of areas for a 1.5-3 year old to get hurt or into some real danger. If you prepare yourself with some gates and so on you'll be just fine overall. We highly recommend

This home by the sea is the perfect relaxing retreat. The views from the majority of the home are spectacular. Lovely outdoor seating allows ample seating for our larger family. When we first entered the home, I felt a sense of calm and peace. Lovely!

Amazed in April
We had a fabulous family getaway at the Fellows House in April to celebrate milestones with our children and grandson. The house sits up high over the ocean -- as if you are sitting on the bow of a cruise ship . It offers amazing views from nearly every room. To the southeast the waves crash against the rocky cliff, while to the northwest you can monitor all that is happening on White Horse Beach. We spent every late afternoon and evening in the comfortable chairs in front of the picture window in the dining room. We brought dinner in each night (great local fresh fish dinners), as we didn't think we could find a dining room anywhere that could compete with what the Fellows House served up. We also were blessed with some unusually warm April weather and loved having lunch and cocktails on the grand deck. The house was outfitted with all we needed and Christopher was very responsive when we tripped a fuse in the kitchen. He was at the property within the house to get that remedied. We look forward to coming back.

Beauty, Serenity and Kindness
From the panoramic view, the idyllic New England picturesque beauty of the water and fall color washed landscape surroundings, the warmth and charm of this family-style home, coupled with the caring nature of the owner, made my fall stay a glorious one. The convenience of having or being close to every amenity in town, along with the ability to work and communicate efficiently with strong wifi and cell signal made my special fall retreat complete.

First, I would like to thank our host, Christopher, for his professionalism and attention to detail. He made sure that we were well-informed and comfortable. The house is situated at the edge of the Cape Cod Sound, overlooking vast, open water. Each day the tide changes and the beach appears and disappears at the base of the sea wall, ushering in turquoise shallows or revealing boulders and scalloped expanses of packed sugar sand. White Horse Beach itself is wide and long, with easy access from the house. The house has a wrap-around porch as well as a side deck, with dining tables, lounge chairs, arm chairs, etc, allowing for multiple options for outdoor eating, relaxing, reading, chatting, and dozing (which we definitely did). The ocean views from the house are open all the way to the horizon, with large windows that allow you to enjoy the water whether you are inside or outside. The house itself is cozy, with all of the elements necessary to cook, relax, and even work (the internet connection is excellent). There is a true sense of place to the interior, it is not generic. There is a lovely fireplace for cooler nights, and lots of pillows, blankets, and squashy sofas and armchairs to snuggle into. Just up the road is a tiny fish market called the Lobster Pound (open seasonally from spring to fall) where we were able to find all manner of fresh fish and delicious local lobsters. In our case, we came to the Fellows House to find a bit of solace during the Covid 19 pandemic, and the month that we spent there was truly restorative. We are grateful to have found this charming, peaceful spot and hope to return! We highly recommend this property.

Great House, Perfect Location!
I think the title says it all! Beautiful 2 story home with plenty of space for our 6 adults and 2 children perfectly situated at the top of a rock wall overlooking the ocean. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, large yard, and short walk to the beach. Beach was quiet with mostly locals. Communication with Chrstopher was easy & he quickly responded to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Great stay, incredible location
Can't say enough for this property. Beautiful house, great furnishings, incredible location. Ocean/beach views from nearly everywhere in house, great places to sit inside/outside for viewing/listening to ocean. Immense yard great for kids. Beach is semi-private (local residences only) = low crowds and lots of distance between you and others. Shaw's Grocery store, CVS Pharmacy and local seafood shack located less than 7 miles away. Other convenience stores located even closer. Shout out to Christopher B who answered all our questions promptly.

Amazing!
One of my favorite VRBOs ever! A charming, spotlessly clean and beautifully situated house right at the tip of the bay. Christopher was prompt to respond to any questions or issues and we really appreciated all of the thoughtful touches, like the fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs & umbrella, ample deck furniture and hoses perfectly placed for washing sand of your feet. You can't go wrong with this gem of a house!

100% Wonderful!
This is our second year staying at this quintessential east coast home on the beach. What cannot be described in pictures is the amazing 180 degree coastal view from nearly every location in the house, both inside and outside. Both sunrise and sunset greet and bid you farewell each day on the water. The large deck, full kitchen, and large bbq allow for perfect evenings at home. Not to mention, the local fish market just 100 yards away up the road allow for fresh seafood options daily. The details of any stay there are well thought out ~ we simply could not be more pleased and we hope to return to our favorite spot again year after year. The landlord is great ~ thoughtful and accommodating. Thank you so much, Chris!

Gorgeous House Perched Beachside Provides The Perfect East Coast Summer Experience
This review is long overdue but the memories of our trip will last forever!
My family and I travel to the east coast each year and we always try to stay at least a full week in White Horse Beach. We come for the local summer beach life and this beach's privacy, the chill vibe, the powder sand and crystal waters, and fresh seafood market. This home has all of the components of a traditional east coast summer: big open windows with BIG ocean and White Horse & Priscilla Beach views, a wrap-around deck complete with a full BBQ station, multiple lounge chairs and tables in multiple locations depending on your feeling, a HUGE open yard that is perched above the beach below, comfortable and tasteful decor within the home (doesn't feel like a rental as so many of these rentals can feel like they packed the home with all of the rejected furnishings of 20 years gone by). The living spaces were large and spacious, the bedrooms were roomy and comfortable (linens were NOT provided so keep this in mind), the 2 bathrooms were all we needed (small bathroom with a toilet and sink downstairs to support the living spaces and another bathroom upstairs included a vanity and shower to support the bedrooms). Washer/dryer is on hand. Bring your own towels and bedding - other than that, it's all there. During the days we would walk our beach chairs and coolers to the sand just a short stumble down the hill through the private path and then in the evenings we would BBQ the day's offerings from The Lobster Pound just a short walk further up the hill and from one of the various perches from this property, we would bid farewell to another perfect east coast summer day with a gorgeous sunset ~ a few times, local fireworks would entertain the evening. We would fall asleep to the sound of the waves ebbing and flowing and wake up to do it all over again the next day. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this property and we will definitely try to stay at this incredible White Horse Beach property again and again and again. Private parking for personal vehicles and those visiting was a very nice amenity in this beach community where parking can be a bust. The location is just THE BEST! The owners were extremely responsive to any questions we had as they arose - we truly could not have asked for a more delightful experience.

Beautiful location, Lovely home.
We spent the fourth of July week at the Fellows House. The house is beautifully furnished and very clean inside and out. The dining area has a large picture window and breathtaking views of the ocean as do most all windows of the house. The kitchen was well stocked with Pottery Barn dishes and plenty of cookware. The two car garage was very nice with garage openers provided. My husband and I rented the property and invited our son, his wife and our twin granddaughters age 4 to stay with us. We enjoyed the beach which is minutes away and the weather was superb. We spent much of our time on the wrap around porch, dining and relaxing. I did not mind bringing our own linens since we drove from Michigan but the one thing the adults agreed we would change were the queen beds. We felt that they were too soft and not very supportive for such a high end rental.
On the last day it rained and we went to the Natural History Museum in Brewster which the children loved. We would also recommend the Mirbeau Spa which is nearby and provides a relaxing environment for pedicures, massages, etc.
Our granddaughters who love to watch the cartoon Peppa Pig called it our "holiday house" and it was just that, a lovely holiday home!

Lovely, inviting home
We totally enjoyed our stay at the Fellows House. There were many, many things we loved. The house has been updated inside with tasteful decor, very comfortable and ample seating inside and out. Kitchen was well stocked with quality dishes, utensils, knives, and cookware, including household things like saran wrap, dishwasher and laundry detergent, which made cooking a pleasure. Quality appliances. Two large flat screen TVs. Living room space is much larger than pictures. There are three very desirable outdoor spaces--two in the front and back of the covered porch which are ocean view and street side; one in open space to the side of the house. The view is as promised, loved watching the tide in and out each day. Beach is not crowded, full of wonderful colorful pebbles, we spent hours walking on the sand. Location easy to drive to other restaurants, or to downtown Plymouth to see the Mayflower and Plymouth Plantation. Walking to the Lobster Pound to buy fresh seafood for dinner was a treat--about a 1,000 steps away. Owner was pleasant to deal with, responded quickly to our texts. The place was very clean when we arrived. The upstairs bath if 3/4 with a shower (no tub). We were one family, and only used three bedrooms, so sharing 1 1/2 baths worked, but might be crowded for a larger group.
Things we would improve: while there are two high quality beach chairs, more are needed. Downstairs half bath needs a towel rack as there is no where to hang a hand towel . Sheets, linens and beach towels are not provided--which is a challenge for those who travel via plane and surprised considering the cost. The septic system only allows for one load of wash per day. One thing we didn't like: the closest neighbor played loud music on outdoor speakers for several days--so loud we could hear it when inside the house and we found it too disruptive to read on the porch. Several hours after being asked, they turned it lower, but we could still hear clearly it when sitting out on the porch over the next two days.

A Perfect Vacation
We just returned from a week stay at the Fellows House and it was a perfect vacation. The house is situated right on the ocean; the large wrap-around porch overlooks the beach and the coastline and the open ocean. It is a completely unobtructed view from the porch (we spent most of time out there), from the bedroom windows (lay in bed and listen to the ocean and watch the tide go out), and from the huge picture window in the dining room (with comfy rockers to sit in). We could not think of a reason to leave the house. We spent such relaxing and restful days walking down to the beach (right in front of the house), reading on the porch, watching the incredible sunsets, and eating all our meals overlooking the ocean. You couldn't get a table with a view like this at any restaurant. We prepared our meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and was able to get fresh seafood at the Lobster Pound (walking distance). We didn't need to worry about forgetting anything because the Stop and Shop, and the Dollar Store (and the liquor store and Dunkin Donuts) are all a very short drive away (less than a mile). The house is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. It is not commercial or touristy. The beach is not crowded; the water is shallow and the waves are gentle. We parked in the garage and kept all our beach gear in the garage. The house is incredibly comfortable and well-kept. The owner was very responsive to questions both before our stay and during out stay. We already miss our beach house, and can't wait to go back next summer!! We all kept saying that we don't know why anyone would go to Cape Cod when you go to Plymouth and have an incredible experience without all the crowds of the Cape.
Also of note: My sister who traveled with us is handicapped, and there is a boat ramp down to the beach that worked so well for her. Also the first floor of the house is handicapped accessible: right on the street level with no steps in. However, the bedrooms are all upstairs.
