The property was in good condition, good location, and had plenty of space. Pool was great. For everything we planned on doing, it was very centrally located. Property owner was great and quick to respond when we woke up the first morning and found out the coffee maker was not working! She was so quick, there was a new coffee maker just inside the door when we got back to the house that evening! We would look to stay again whenever we are in the area again!

Property was clean, functional, and everything we needed. Host was responsive and professional.

This house sits on the second hole and is a very good place to stay. If there were any issues the owner is readily available.

I did contact the property owner and she did try to resolve the problem but we still spent the first few hours of our vacation cleaning.

My family will most definitely stay here again!! The house and pool area is exactly as described. The house was very clean and smelled good. The beds were all very comfortable!! The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans etc. The neighborhood was very quiet. My husband and I enjoyed waking up early every morning and sitting out on the Lani drinking our cup of coffee and watching the golfers. Ms. Julie is an amazing host!! Anytime I had a question she was very quick at responding. I have no complaints at all. ~Heather

Very nice and clean property in beautiful location.

The property and location of it was nice. We couldn’t mop the floors as the mop that was there had an awful smell to it. You have to buy/bring your own toilet paper, napkins and trash bags. Overall it was ok but next time we go to visit family we will be staying closer to Tamp.

Overall good stay. I guess due to COVID-19 there was nothing by way of things like salt, coffee filters and such so bring some. This was no big deal, but the mattress in the master bedroom was horrible woke up everyday with a back ache.

The house had a great location close to parks and shopping.

Needed some dusting and the mattress in Master needs to be changed because it sinks near the headboard. Other than that a good stay

This is my 3rd visit to Southern Dunes and I like the properties and the area. Will rent in this property again when I visit. This house is nice and clean. There are no games (ex. pool table, ping pong) in this house, but that does not take away from the comfort.

My experience, May 18- June 8, 2021 We checked everything out and imedetaly noticed dusty aircon vents, plugged up bathroom, exhaust fans, dusty blinds, ceiling fans, gross cobweb and dust on that *weird head bumping spaceage- diningroom light fixture. The floor was just sticky & grimey and carpeted stairs had not been vacuumed. A long haired dog apparently had recently stayed there? Very dirty ceiling fans, moldy front window, bathtub shower curtians need washed or replaced & moldy caulk in tub/ shower. *Pool deck was filthy ( lots of dirt and dog hair) and I did try to hose it off. BTW; *NO Cleaning supplies at all. *One dishwasher tablet. *No bathroom cleaner, so after 3 weeks, toilets were moldy, sinks and tub/ showers were very bad. *65 degree Pool & heater costs extra??? Whaaaaat???? Yep! Just so you know-The street and driveway was super narrow, no sidewalks so you walk in the street. HOA rules are just weird and not inforced. Golfers were OK during daylight hours, but after golf course closes, the "party crazy people" come out, shirtless, loud, & drunk hitting balls every direction. Managment we repaired the icemaker ourself. *Management did replace the non working grill with a new one. Owner pays a cleaning service so I shouldn't have to clean a $$$$ rental house, but I did. Can you tell that I used to manage properties and was a housekeeping inspector? ♡We paid a lot for this 3 week rental and had a great time with our family. Florida is beautiful. Family time was wonderful.

The home was beautiful and clean. Exactly as described. We did have an issue with the WiFi but the owner as well as the property manager were quick to get it resolved. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Everything as described. Great location. Great heated pool, a must for our 3 months stay in Jan, Feb, and March. Safe 24 hour manned gated golf community. Close to restaurants. Convenient to the parks. Pet friendly a must for us.🤗

The house and location is great..I would recommend this house to any of my family and friends!!!

We enjoyed the pool and comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and an abundance of utensils.

This property wasn't clean as expected and an overall mildew smell that stayed in the house!!! However, we could easily reach the owner and I sent her plenty of pictures and she did respond. She sent her property manager to the house who cleaned a couple things and said she'd follow up after we left. I wouldn't recommend this house or stay here again. Felt sorry for the owner because I believe she's honest and she seems to want to keep her property clean and tidy but ultimately it's a matter of poor property management who most likely manages whoever is supposed to be cleaning the house. The housekeeper does a lousy job!!!! While we were there in Southern Dunes, two other family members and their families also rented homes and have rented them in Southern Dunes regularly over 10 years and always nicely clean and no odors! We generally stay with one of our families. Our families go to Southern Dunes each year and this was the first year I decided to get my own rental house and invite my children and grandchildren to stay with us. So we, of course, expected this home to be well keep as well but was surprisingly disappointed because it wasn't up to the standard of what we usually experienced staying in homes in Southern Dunes. I felt we should have gotten additional consideration in addition to the refund but none was given. There should be refunds if the house isn't up to what is expected and this certainly wasnt!! Today, with technology, pictures tell the truth and should be considered, even when refunds are requested from trusting customers !! Perhaps owners should provide an additional refund from what's given to the property management company!!! . Most times I ask people, how would they feel if they go on a vacation and find their accommodations not acceptable. It puts a damper on your vacation when we're supposed to be concentrating on enjoying Disney World and having fun!! My family members stopped over and they too concurred that the place wasn't up to par and felt bad for us. Again the owner was reachable but the blame should be on the poor property management! She should look into to hiring a caring, responsible property management team that really takes pride in caring for her property! Any positives, it was a nice house, everything was in it that was advertised but just wasn't clean and it could use some new household items that were a bit worn out!

The house was very beautiful and clean but the grill was just kinda dirty but after all everything is good

My family and i traveled from the va mountains and it was in deed a long ride with the 3 kids and the dogs as well. And I want to say ty to julie for allowing us to check in after 2 instead of 430 after traveling for so long. The house was very well equipped with kitchen essentials and all around great house.. plenty of towels and bed linings. I wud highly recommend this property and hope to stay again some day .. My first experience with vrbo.. enjoyed . Again 5 stars !! Thank you julie ...

We had a wonderful time in this home close enough to everything the kids enjoyed swimming in the pool everything you need within a very small drive very homie and comfortable perfect and home owner was very easy to get a hold of couldn’t ask for more thanks Julie Moron

What more can I add but a big thank you. We truly enjoyed our stay. The home is very well equipped with plenty of dishes, cookware, linens & towels. The pool & barbecue is an added bonus. Southern Dunes is a quiet & tranquil community & an excellent place for a good game of golf. Nearby shopping is excellent & restaurants are plentiful. I totally recommend Manny’s Chop House if you’re in the mood for a good steak. An added bonus is that we were 20 minutes from Disney World! So Julie thank you once again for sharing your house with us.... I’ll keep in touch!

It's a very nice home,in a great community. We went walking almost daily. Had brunch on Sunday at the club house. Home is on a gorgeous golf course. We enjoyed golfing and watching the golfers. The pool is nice too!

Julie's home was exactly as described and seen via the photos. Wouldn't hesitate for a moment to stay again.Julie was very responsive to my inquiries. A great place to stay. I have only one suggestion and that is to provide more than one key or even better; convert to a key less system.

Superb house in a gated community directly on a beautiful golf course. In fact, the property is located on hole # 2. We had a great time during our last vacation during which we wanted to recreate our honeymoon for our 34th wedding anniversary. This property is absolutely amazing. The support of the owner is exceptional. Great location, very clean house, supporting owner. I would definitely recommend this property to relatives... in fact I already did. In a word WOW! Thank you for!

The property is nice but the communication with the property owner was not good. There were several items where miscommunication happened. First we were told early check in would be possible because the people before us were leaving the day before we came. This was not correct and we were then told she looked at her calendar wrong when telling us we could check in early. After a 19 hour drive, having to figure out how to waste another 4-5 hours before we could check in was torture. Then when we got there we were told the temp needed to stay at 77 during the day or could go to 72 for an extra daily fee. This was NOT disclosed in the rental agreement and made our time in the house uncomfortable because it was so warm (and I was not in a position to pay that much more than we were expecting for comfort). Also, beware because the house is setup (or at least the thermostat) to be controlled remotely which felt very awkward to us (like we were being watched). Finally, before booking I had asked if certain things like laundry detergent was supplied or needed to be brought by us. We were told it was all supplied when it really wasn’t. Had I known these pieces of information before booking, I would have definitely chosen another property. If you are ok with these things, then you will probably love it because it is in a quiet gated community on a nice golf course. Unfortunately, we won’t be trying a VRBO or similar vacation rental any time soon. We will now be sticking with reputable hotels who are held accountable to correct information and customer satisfaction.

We had a great stay at this beautiful home during my recent birthday celebration. The home had more than enough space for my family and we enjoyed the pool and patio very much. Beautiful views of the golf course as well as friendly staff at the entrance of this gated community. Owner was very attentive and is open to pets once approved which was a plus. The property manager, Guy was extremely nice and professional and picked up as soon as I called about a question regarding the lock box. Everything was extremely clean in the home and fully stocked. All we had to purchase was paper towels and extra toilet paper which is normally the case when you rent any home. The driveway fits one vehicle (maybe two small cars) and parking is permitted along the street. Thank you so much for everything, we really enjoyed our stay!

Very comfortable house! . All and I repeat all of the necessities included just bring a bar soap. The owner very welcoming and very responsive to any questions a wonderful House.

My family and I stayed here for a week. We are a large family and this was the perfect place. This place has all the comforts of home and we were very comfortable there. Easy check in and the location is perfect, close to stores and minutes to Disney area. We look forward to staying again.

The house is beautiful!!! We really enjoyed our stay in the villa. Nice location, clean and very well equipped - perfect size for our family. Very nice neighborhood - quiet, beautiful view and easy access to grocery and shopping. It’s a perfect place to stay.

Fully equipped is right! This home was absolutely amazing from every aspect. Value, location, and condition were above expectations. Very clean, beautiful golf course view and an overabundance of linens and housewares made this rental a 5star stay for us. Julie was great and the home was as well. Highly recommend home!

Family of 8 with a dog. We had everything we needed. Perfect for kids. The pool area was great. Master bedroom was super with a bathtub and also shower separately. My family enjoy it so much. We went for the disney parks, but we also wanted a relaxing stay at the house and we got it. The bathroom had enough towels for everybody and the kitchen was fully equiped with everything we needed from breakfast to lunch. There is a walmart really close to the house and we did groseries for our stay. Really convenient location and no traffic at all going to the parks. I would really recomend this property for its convenience location and cleanless of the place.

Our stay at this house was great! The property is very well maintained and kitchen is very well stocked. Julie was always very responsive and helpful. The property management company responded very quickly to any questions we had.
