Cette très belle et magnifique maison neuve à Osterville a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances fantastiques! La maison a été construite en 2004 et a 3300 pieds carrés sur 1,14 Acres. Quatre très grandes chambres à coucher avec tous les nouveaux draps et trois salles de bain très bien aménagées offrent une place pour se détendre et se détendre dans le style. La cuisine personnalisée comprend des comptoirs en granit, des appareils haut de gamme et tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour les repas familiaux ou amusants à grande échelle. Plusieurs espaces de vie incluant un grand salon, un bureau et une salle de jeu énorme rendent les vacances familiales amusantes même si il pleut dehors! L'extérieur de la maison est grand et professionnellement aménagé avec des sentiers pédestres, une terrasse et un bain à remous.
La suite parentale dispose d'un lit king size avec salle de bain et est situé au premier étage.
Le deuxième étage dispose de 3 très grandes chambres et une nouvelle salle de bain complète. Une chambre dispose d'un lit Queen, une avec un roi et deux doubles et une avec deux reines. En outre, au deuxième étage est un bureau et une grande salle familiale parfaite pour les enfants.
Le niveau inférieur a 1100 pieds carrés supplémentaires d'espace fini avec une salle de jeux et salle de bain complète.
Cette maison bien équipée a AC central, deux cheminées à gaz une grande terrasse arrière et une cour magnifiquement paysagé.

The house more than met our expectations. There was plenty of room for our family of 8. The bedrooms were all huge, and there was plenty of seating for lounging and dining. The house was well stocked with kitchen items, which as a family who cooks together, we really appreciated. Maria was very prompt in her responses to questions that we had. We are hoping to return next year!

We absolutely loved our stay! We were a big group with three young kiddos and we were able to fit VERY comfortably in this beautiful house! The area was perfect and only 5 minutes away from everything you need! Check in/check out was a breeze as well!

We had a great time staying in this house. We were 7 women visiting for a golf tournament. The house is very spacious with plenty of beds and a very nice yard. The location worked great for us and communication with the owner was easy. We would definitely rent again!

The house had plenty of room for our family and actually could have held many more than the nine of us who stayed here. It had a great game room, but unfortunately we didn't have time to use it. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.
Now for the bad, our first night the fire alarm went off, after checking for fire and found none, I called the owner and she sent someone out, it took about a half hour for the handy man to respond and he told us that this happened before recently. He really wasn't sure what is causing it, but took out an alarm that he thought was defective. Things like this unfortunately happen, and its totally understandable, but if it happened before, upkeep of the fire alarm should be a priority. We also had a big problem with tiny ants everywhere on the kitchen counter, I had to spray the counter twice but they kept on coming. After throwing out food that were infested by theses tiny ants, We couldn't leave anything on the counter concerned the ants would get into everything.
It wasn't a bad place to stay, but the ant infestation made the stay less desirable.

We had 10 family members from the ages of 11-71 staying in this beautiful home. It had EVERYTHING you could possible need or want. It has a large variety of bath towels and beach towels. You do not need to bring any. All linens were supplied which is pretty rare to find on the Cape. All the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and pots and pans.The 4 bedrooms are all very large as is the living space, upstairs family room and downstairs bar/game area. A bonus was the large office that was used by our granddaughter as she worked remotely. The grounds are beautiful and the hot tub was enjoyed by many. The neighborhood is so very quiet. It is a short drive to Dowses beach and Craigville beach. The house has a beach pass which will get you into both beaches and all those in Barnstable. Osterville is certainly a very lovely area with some very nice restaurants and some nice, quaint shopping. The oldest members of our family have been going to the Cape for 60 years and this is by far the very best home that met all of our needs. No need to look any further.

We celebrated a family birthday and couldn't have been happier. The place was clean and better than described. While pretty much everything is a drive from the property, we went in with eyes wide open. The air hockey table wasn't working and while the property manager was responsive, it wasn't possible to fix during our visit, which was the only detractor. Would.definitely stay here again!

Our family of 9, ranging in age from almost 2 to 71, had an incredible time at the Cape in this beautiful home. The house was just as pictured and described--only better. The rooms were huge, there we so many spaces for people to spread out, the yard and deck were user friendly, and the hot tub was an amazing way to relax at night when the kids were asleep. All the furnishings and accoutrements were high quality, the decorating was top notch, and they had a Weber grill outside! The downstairs has a pool and air hockey table, a full bar setup, and another large screen tv, but we rarely were down there because we preferred being outside--it would be great for a fall or winter getaway, though.
We were thrilled to be near so many shopping and eating areas and it was a short ride to Craigville Beach, which we love. (bathhouse, showers, food stands, lifeguards, and plenty of space). By the way, the owners kindly provide a beach pass which is good at ALL Barnstable County beaches, not just Dowses. We are already talking about coming back again next summer when our family will have another little one--there are lots of extra spaces to put another kid!.
We appreciated all the little touches--welcome bottle of wine, tvs and laundry hampers in all the rooms, and tons of bath and beach towels. Thanks to Maria and Cynthia for sharing their amazing home and giving us a fantastic vacation!

This was the perfect spot for four couples. The house is as lovely as the pictures suggest and everything is high end—the furnishings, the linens, etc, and it is stocked with everything you might need (except a tea kettle). We had plenty of room to gather or spread out for some privacy. The house is also centrally located with tons of activities, shopping, and restaurants close by. Oh, and Dowses Beach, which the owner provides a parking pass for, is beautiful. We will definitely visit again!

Wonderful Osterville home with LOTS of room
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Maria's house. The house is beautiful and incredibly spacious! We had 5 adults and 5 kids stay for a week and had plenty of room to spread out. The kids loved the beautiful yard and great basement area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals at the home. The home is beautifully decorated and the beds are comfortable. The road is very quite with very little cars which was great and the landscaping is incredibly well maintained. Everything at the house made it feel warm and welcoming and very relaxing. The only potential negative is that it is not within walking distance to a beach but the house does come with a pass for the nearby Dowes beach which was lovely. In terms of location otherwise we found it very convenient to shops, stores, restaurants etc. It off of 28 so you can easily make your way to other places on the Cape. We would absolutely stay here again!

It was a very spacious, clean and well maintained home. Perfectly located between , beaches, grocery stores, mini golf, and restaurants. There were 10 adults and we had plenty of room. We would definitely return.

This property was on a small cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. It was in a great location for a wedding we attended on the Cape. The house was large and could easily accommodate 10 adults.

I would definitely stay here again, beautiful home and charming flowers around the outside of the house. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The hot tub and back deck are a nice bonus and where we spent most of our time.

Large beautiful home in good location
This home is very large with lots of beds. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, lots of beach towels and chairs for the beach. Owner was very responsive when we had an internet and hot tub issue. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect place for large group!
We had 4 couples and one of the couples had their 20 year old daughter. We had more than enough space to spread out. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Very clean with prompt response from our host. Hard to find a place that provides all linen's plus beach towel and chairs!! They also provided us with a beach parking pass to Dowses beach which saves you $25! Great central location in the Cape in an excellent neighborhood. We spent a lot of time on the back patio and also enjoyed the hot tub a few nights. Would definitely stay here again if traveling with family or a large group.

An absolutely beautiful home nestled among trees with superbly maintained grounds. Immaculately clean interior with many spacious rooms and amenities that exceeded our expectations. Close to private beach and shops in Hyannis. Property owner was very responsive to our questions which we greatly appreciated. Great house for family vacations
We stayed at the Osterville house with grandparents, and cousins and everyone loved it! This is the best equipped kitchen you’ll find- plenty of pots pans, and spices we cooked most of our meals at home and enjoyed the gorgeous patio, and dining room. There were a ton of beach towels, chairs, and a foldable cart we took to Coast Guard, Craigville and Dowses beach.

Good vacation
Everything was good! Just a couple suggestions, a docking station to be able to play music and a fire pit to allow you to sit out in the evening. We had young children with us who would have loved a fire and been able to make smores.
