The entire experience was absolutely delightful. Everything was extremely neat and tidy, and it was clear that a lot of passion and effort the host had put into ensuring it is well presented for our stay. The staff/host were incredibly friendly from the date I booked until the end of stay, she really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of for us. The instructions provided was very clear and the house is fully equipped. The view was also amazing, it truely felt like we were on vacation.

The only thing we did not like was the actual house we were staying was well presented than on the website, we suggested that a photographer is needed.

I liked that I didn’t have to drive somewhere to pick up the keys. The house is spacious, well maintained with good appliances and plenty of space in the garage. The street is very quiet and walking distance to the Marina Hotel.

I would have preferred to receive information on how to get to the property and how to retrieve they keys one day before. The owner sent that information on the day of check in but I had no mobile reception for most of the drive and didn’t get the message in time. However the owner responded to me quickly once I message her on arrival.

Very comfortable beds. Great shower. Lots of room. The entire place was very clean, including the garage for our car.

Could have some air con in the bedrooms. Nothing supplied in way of food. Not even milk, tea, coffee, sugar or salt or any condiments at all. We couldn't find any bin in the kitchen. No soap or body wash was supplied for the shower. The towels were small and thin and there was no hand towel in the kitchen.

Beautifully presented properly. Close to all facilities. Trina, our host was really easy to deal with and was very helpful. Unfortunately for us we only had 2 of our 4 days there due to lockdowns by Victoria and South Australia. We will definitely stay at Laguna View again when we resume our South Australia trip!

No wifi. Also could have had more bath mats as floor got pretty wet in bathroom

Location was good. Quiet and relaxing

Bed in bedroom nearest laundry wasn't that comfortable as it had an electric blanket on and I could feel all the wires.
