Everything has been great about the apartment. it was very clean, especially there was no dust. When you lift up the blanket from the bed. location is great, very close to the airport bus stop. Very close and lots of options with restaurants and bars. Mattress has been very comfortable, and I’ve had a great sleep throughout the whole stay. Because there was a second door separating the main entrance, and the bedroom, there was no noise from the outside of other people entering their rooms. Also, during my stay, it was very cold outside for my liking but apartment provided great heating and kept me warm throughout the whole stay

I didn’t get the best room according to the photos of the other apartments, but it’s not really a negative, it’s more just an observation. Please buy normal pillows, the tiny ones in the room are horrible and very uncomfortable. Pillows and mattress are usually the success of the apartment.

La comunicación con el alojamiento fue muy buena, y el anfitrión Adam muy amable y servicial!! La habitación estaba impecable la n°2, con todas las comodidades, es amplia, el año esta bien separado, y es cómodo! Limpieza en perfectas condiciones, y está muy bien ubicado. Eso sí para tener en cuenta y no asustarse, son edificios viejos, la entrada no es la más linda, pero el piso está todo nuevo remodelado!

Emplacement très central, proche de tous les restaurants, bars et autres lieux d'animation. Logement neuf et plutôt bien aménagé, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Bonne insonorisation par rapport aux bruits extérieurs de la rue. La climatisation est silencieuse. Les WC sont séparés du reste de la salle de bain par une cloison coulissante. De nombreuses prises électriques dans la chambre et la SdB. Nous avons pu accéder au logement 2 heures (vers 13:00) avant l'heure normale prévue pour le check in (15:00). Le décoration est simple mais élégante. Le linge de lit est neuf et de bonne qualité. Le bâtiment est propre et un ascenseur permet d'accéder aux étages. Beaucoup d'espaces de rangement.

L'insonorisation vis à vis du couloir est assez mauvaise, on entend tout ce qui s'y dit, y compris dans les chambres. Le maillon faible de ce logement est la porte d'entrée. A chaque fois que quelqu'un ouvre ou ferme une porte dans le couloir, cela fait un appel d'air et fait trembler la porte bruyamment. Ceux qui on le sommeil léger apprécieront... Le logement apparaît plus grand sur les photos qu'il ne l'est en réalité. La décoration est simple mais élégante. Le lit est relativement étroit (140 cm de large), mais néanmoins confortable. Le frigo est très petit, on peut y mettre plusieurs petites bouteilles d'eau, mais une seule grande en diagonale.

We had a wonderful stay at the Budapest Holidays Residence! The location was fantastic, with easy access to the metro, making it convenient to explore the city. The accommodations were comfortable, and we enjoyed our time there. Adam, our host, was very helpful and welcoming! He even helped us book a Danube river cruise with dinner which was absolutely amazing and vastly appreciated!

The walls were a little thin so at times, we were disturbed by neighbours.

La habitación es un poco pequeña y el trato del personal de oficina en el check in y chek out podría mejorarse bastante.

Location very good. Close to Danube and city center. Stuff is friendly and helpful. They recommended us good stuff restaurants. Room is cosy and has everything you need for couple of days, including chicinette for cooking.

Being at main boulevard , room was very noisy, even at night. The window did not succeed to block the noise. A 3 glass window is highly recommended instead of the double one, which is now.

Great location near Astoria station. Comfortable, air conditioned room with all the amenities you'd need for a short stay apartment.

Property was ok - however the staff is sooooo rude and unwelcoming - didn’t even say hello but was aggressive and ready to argue with us

You really must change the people that meet the people for the key - they have no idea how to welcome people

Ia not a hotel. The building is old and scary, difficult and stressful to get into the apartment, which is on the same corridor with the others unattractive and unkempt. Will not stay here again

The shower doors didn't close up properly causing water spraying out a little bit when showering. Sliding door on the toilet were a bit stubborn.

Place is conveniently located. Clean and tidy.

Rooms are too small. Check in process needs lot of coordination. You need to call and wait for person to handover the keys and take copies of documents it wastes lot of time. all these can be done online and thru key Locker. For what it is (reasonably up cycled small room in very old unkempt building) the charges are high.

Our apartment was incredibly spacious, had brilliant facilities and the bed was really comfortable. The room was spotless and designed very well, in a superb location!

you can hear the neighbouring apartments even when they are talking in their own apartments, so the noise can come through very easily, and also maybe a few more clothes hangers would help.

The location was very good could walk most places nearby

The smell in the bathroom was horrendous the room should not have been let out in this state there was clearly something seriously wrong with the drains, could smell it all around the room. Also we were kept awake for over two hours one of the nights with shouting from the room beside us non stop from 2am to 4am couldn’t get a wink of sleep, walls clearly way to thin. Then when I reported this to the host the following day he just said sorry didn’t offer anything for our inconvenience!!

The apartment we got was very nice and spacious, had everything we needed for our short stay. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen area was well equiped and the bathroom was nice and clean. The location is really good for exploring Budapest, very close to the Astoria metro station. Check-in was pleasant and punctual. I would gladly come back.

Bed linen and towels could have been cleaner and fresher. It seemed as if the sheets have been changed some time previously and so I would have appreciated the fresher and ironed sheets.

The room was indeed very clean. Bathroom was clean. It is in the city center, easy to go everywhere. Window looks on the side street so it is also not loud (in this particular case). The person who gave us the key was very helpful and punctual. The room is very cheap.

Smell could be fresher (it was clean just probably too little of airing). There could be a little bit more amenities (e.g. little bit more choice of glasses and plates, for example wine glass).
