Récemment rénové, rustique mais moderne, 700 pc, 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain maison d'hôtes. Cuisine entièrement fonctionnelle. 2 lits doubles, plus accès à un lit queen ou twin air si nécessaire pour 2 personnes supplémentaires. Le lac Hauser, la rampe de mise à l'eau, le parc et la zone de baignade sont accessibles à pied, à 400 mètres. Situé à mi-chemin entre Coeurd’Alene et Spokane Valley avec accès rapide à l’autoroute. Foyer et barbecue. Vous pouvez organiser l'utilisation de nos vélos et kayaks autour du lac Hauser. Nous avons maintenant le WIFI et le CÂBLE!.

This little cabin was perfect! Warren and Julie have thought of everything to make it feel like home! We fell in love with the cabin and the area when we stayed here for our 10th anniversary❤️ it just could not been any better! Thank you Warren and Julie for sharing this wonderful home with us. Hopefully we will be back sooner than later!!

We had not seen our brother in law since 2008! Due to “family dynamics” and lacking accommodations at our hauser home, we arranged for him to stay at the Cabin during his visit.
We had no idea how fortunate it would be that we had made that decision!
The Cabin is so cozy and comfortable, Brother felt immediately at ease. Which is fortunate because he became ill the second day of his visit.
Everything he could have needed was available at the Cabin. Peace and quiet, tv, internet and a warm gas fireplace were just the ticket. It gave Brother a place to hang out, recover and enjoy the trip. Coffee maker was a God send!
We are impressed with the facility and how nice and clean it is. Great beds and the bathroom was already warmed and welcoming. That was important for someone who hadn’t experienced a North Idaho winter!
Only comment would be that the floor was a bit chilly. Borrowed slippers fixed that!
Having the Cabin was an absolute blessing! It made the trip fabulous for all!

What a wonderful place to stay! My granddaughter and I absolutely loved it here! Clean, cozy, comfortable…well furnished and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Close to shopping, restaurants and local recreation. There were deer that visited the yard and beautiful Hauser Lake was just down the road. Warren and Julie are wonderful hosts and quick to answer any questions. They have gone extra mile to make this country cabin a home away from home. They even sent my granddaughters new shirt she left hanging on the chair when we left back to us! We are looking forward to our next visit here. Thank you Warren and Julie : )

Another wonderful stay at the Hauser cottage in the books. We love this place. Warren and Julie provide a well equipped and cozy space. We love staying on their property as it is close to the lake, with quick access to the freeway to explore CDA and beyond. Great kitchen, comfortable beds and lots of other amenities. Huge plus having a washer/dryer and AC in the unit. Warren and Julie are quick to communicate and answer any questions - they are nearby but completely respect your privacy. We are looking forward to many future visits!

We’ve been coming to Warren and Julie’s property for a few years now and it’s top notch every time we stay! We love it so much and they are the best hosts! Adding AC was so Greer and only added to our already amazing stay! I highly recommend to anyone staying in the Hauser, Post Falls and Couer De Lane area.

We really enjoy staying here. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Loved seeing the deer in the yard. Fresh eggs were in the frig when we arrived. The road noise was a little loud, but we were there on a holiday weekend.

Our family had a wonderful time at this cozy cabin. We had two little kids ages 4 and 8 and the accommodations were perfect. Comfortable sleeping arrangements and plenty of room for everything. We love the proximity to Hauser lake and Silverwood park. Our host, Warren and Julie, we're very welcoming abf thoughtful. We would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you.

Best Place to Stay in Hauser, Post Fall, Cour D' Alene Area
This was our fourth time staying at this Cottage near Hauser Lake and we absolutely love it! Warren and Julie are the best hosts and are so welcoming! The cottage is updated, clean and perfect for our family. We're minutes from Hauser Lake and 10 minutes from Post Falls restaurants, shopping and fun activiities. If you're looking for the perfect place in this area where you feel relaxed while on vacation in a quiet setting but minutes from anything you need in a city and also have the conveniences of home this is the place for you!

Cute little cottage
First of all I am very picky! I was not disappointed at all in the cleanliness, decor or location. We would have liked the living room chairs to be more comfortable, however, the sofa is super comfy and reclines.
The only thing I was slightly disappointed in was the walk-ability to the lake or even a path just to take a walk. There are a few nice restaurants within a mile or so, and a couple with a view of the lake. We had a very nice stay and will stay again.

As advertised. Secure. Great beds and amenities. Patio perfect for having family and friends visit for a meal and a glass of wine.
Enjoyed fresh eggs and tomatoes. The fancy chickens were entertaining.

Most Relaxing
Had the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
Warren and Julie are very nice and had us some fresh eggs from their chickens stocked in the refrigerator. The rental was very well equipped for all of our needs.
However, I’m still waiting on a refund for the extra night we didn’t stay that I canceled weeks in advance….

Best place in Idaho!
We’ve come here a couple times now and this cottage is the best! Clean, quaint, family friendly and such gracious hosts! The cottage has everything to make it your home away from home. The location is minutes away from Hauser Lake and also many local restaurants in and around Hauser, Post Falls and Cour de lane. We will be back!

Great place for a getaway close to Spokane and Coeur d' alene
I stayed in this cottage with my 11 year old daughter, just for a mom and daughter weekend. We flew into Spokane, and drove to the vacation home. The property is secluded, but also within a 15-20 minute drive from anything you could want! The lake was close, and we had a great time riding bikes in the area. We drove to Coeur d' alene each day, and it was a quick drive. The house had everything we needed to cook while we were there, and the beds were comfortable.(Two double beds). There was a little miscommunication about checking in, but the owners were amazing and apologetic. I should have made sure to have the code to the house before departing for the trip. Owners went out of the way to make us comfortable. Felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place and perfect location.
The guest house was perfect and had everything we needed. Very clean and cozy. Our favorite thing to do after exploring the local lakes, was to sit outside by the gas fireplace in the evening and have a glass of wine (or Two or...) and watch the local deer, bunnies and chickens room the farm.

Perfect Getaway
We wanted to take a few days and explore the Coeur D'Alene/North Idaho area. This little guest house was perfectly located for all our exploring. The price was fair, the amenities were just as described and the unit was clean and charming. Our host provided information about our stay and we were delighted with the quiet, peaceful location to unwind and relax.
