The only couch in living room was full of hair , wasn’t vacuumed . Bath tub hadn’t been cleaned and had hair in the drain. Free cable was suppose to be “included” which never worked , called customer service number a few times and they said tech was on the way who never arrived ! Heater stopped working and temperature dropped to 62F and that’s when we called the maintenance number who said that owners have control of the heater and they ll ask them to fix it ! I am usually pretty low maintenance but hair all over the place was really sickening and makes you understand that no matter how much ever you pay (paid $2700 for 3 nights ) some hosts just don’t care !
