The bed was comfortable, sky TV, aircon, full kitchen

The neighbors were very in love all night long both night so no padding in the walls..lol The toilet needed repairing as it ran the whole time. We turned it off each night.

located on the main road through Balclutha the room did get some road noise. They were able to accommodate me on the ground floor when I asked. Had Sky to watch the rugby and league.

Staff were very pleasant. Loved the king bed so comfy, and we had a wonderful sleep. The spa was lovely. I liked the option of an open shower 🚿 too. The kitchenette had all I needed. The TV worked great. I didn't have to play around with channels. Chairs were high-backed and comfortable. The room was right next to the road but didn't hear a thing, even with the trucks.

Great location for biz travel. Lovely staff and although the room was old style it was very warm and comfortable. Clean and tidy,, good clean linen, electric blankets and decent shower pressure.

Freshness!! When you walk in, the smell in the room is so inviting. It was clean and our room was pre warmed, which was very thoughtful of our hosts! It was very comfy and we didn't want to leave!!! Thank you for making our stay amazing

Good location and although on the main road, our unit was quiet. There was no shortage of towels which was great! The perk coffee was excellent.
